I booked thru the hotel website directly. Some thought 3rd party sites would be cheaper but my rate was competitive and straight forward (highly recommend it). Hotel is located in the heart of old town. If you dirve the rental, enterance is bit tricky but not an issue (if you are not good at driving, please have someone experienced in tight Europe old town driving). Staff is super attentive and kind. They will help you everything you need while your stay at Mallorca. Hotel restaurant is nice and amazing food although you can book any nearby restautants, which are all great. Individual suite is great and what a character. Beautiful and elegant. It's truly hidden gem in Palma. Will definately visit it again!!!! Thank you all Puro staff for helping us to feel at home!

Our third time at this beautiful hotel will certainly not be our last. If anything this was even better than our previous stays which were top class. The rooms are all magnificent and this time we were in Rose which was best yet for us. A fabulous space with great facilities and a terrace looking over the nearby plaza. The staff were all so kind, attentive and professional and added greatly to the enjoyment of our stay. It would be remiss not to name them and they are Antonia, Tholo, Elisa, Eddie, Susie and in charge, Isabel.

Note: all hotel facilities, including bar and dining, is open only to hotel resident guests. Sadly was not able to enjoy any of the facilities as I was not staying there. But the hotel looked really nice—although it felt mildly haunted (no one was there). If you want something equally nice, but friendlier to visitors, just go around the street to Can Bordoy Hotel. Another 5-star gem, but with a more inclusive policy towards non-residents.

Its a beautiful place to be. When the trasditionally way of being is lived to its full potential there is no other place I would consider in the center of Palma.

A great central place to stay and discover the city of Palma. Rooms are spacious and do not feel like hotel rooms, but rather Villa apartments. Spanish colonial that gives you an authentic experience. Lovely staff with detailed service.

One of the best hotels in Palma if you are looking for a secluded but centrally located place to stay in Palma. We just stayed for one night as we were going to the theater, we got the Azure Suite, which exudes luxury and history, all the details have been thought. The welcome as well as the check out were super friendly and smooth. Great place to stay in Palma

First of all customer service is very good . Impeccable . But rooms themselves is no way near the price range . They are unique for sure , but some of things are old not as part of design and need to be fixed , like broken shower faucet, towel warmer , dirty hair dryer, peeling caulking. Twice my fresh towels had some spots , bath robes looked liked they seen stuff and lived a life . But most horrible and why I gave two stars is sound proof . It’s not existing. Hotel located in the heart of restaurant district and one side going on a small square and it’s literal horror. I’m in low season , covid pandemic times and people drinking , parties, drunk fights all night long . I haven’t slept in 3 days . If you looking for romantic getaway or enjoyable vacation, if you are not going to stay away drinking by yourself all night long stay away from this hotel .Sound proofing is this bad . When people just talking you can hear everything now imagine them drunk screaming, singing and fighting.
