Palacio Can Marqués Hotel

We had the most amazing week in our favourite hotel in Palma! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, beautiful, light, and with great charm! The location is ideal for walking around and easy to get taxi’s if required. The staff are wonderful and immediately make you feel welcome! We were looked after so well by Antonia, Mati and Meriem! The rest of the staff were great as well! Definitely recommend this hotel!

A beautiful oasis of calm and luxury with the hustle and bustle of Palma on its doorstep. Warm welcoming nature of all the staff particularly Meriem is outstanding. The tasteful decor and art creates a stunning backdrop to a wonderful stay.

The location is excellent, with pleasant neighborhoods and beautiful, authentic streets to wander through. There is little traffic, and everything you might want to see in Palma is within walking distance. The hotel itself is living history and was once the residence of a noble family. The rooms are spacious and airy, filled with beautiful art and exquisite design. It's elegant, but not overwhelming. The building and interior have a sense of timeless class. The staff are professional, warm, and provide excellent service. You feel truly welcomed and receive personal attention from both the staff and management. I would especially like to highlight Antonia, Meriem, Matias, and Ivan as skilled and service-minded employees who helped make our stay unforgettable. The hotel manager, Esther, is highly competent and capable.

You could easily walk past the front door of this hotel and not even notice it was there! It is in a fantastic location on one of the many small streets in the old town. Close enough to the shops, restaurants etc but not too busy immediately around the hotel. Once inside the setting is stunning and although it doesn't have lots of rooms the facilities and décor are worthy of the 5 stars. This all gives the hotel a really lovely intimate feel. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times and the breakfast was truly magnificent. If we visit Palma again we would have no hesitation in booking this hotel.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything about it is exceptional. The location is excellent, near the Cathedral, Marina, shopping and lots of bars and restaurants. The staff are outstanding, they make your stay perfect. Our suite was extremely comfortable and spacious with the highest ceilings I’ve ever seen. Great choice at breakfast and excellent cocktails in the evening. Our stay was perfect, not one complaint or niggle. If ever back in Palma I would stay again and for longer.

Me and my mum stayed here for a short weekend trip. We had the most amazing time, the hotel and room was beautiful, everyone within the hotel is lovely and very attentive - ensuring that they made the hotel feel like home for the time we were there. We will definitely me returning later on in the year, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

We spent 4 nights at Can Marqués in November and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond!

In regard to the actual space, the rooms are spacious albeit dated. Street noise does leak into the room, but this was fine as we are on a side street that wasn’t too busy.. at least not in November. Although the location wasn’t the most central, we found that it was convenient enough for walking (keep in mind we are from NYC).

Overall, I would come back to stay at Can Marqués simply just for the staff and breakfast.
