Fantastic hotel!
We only stayed for four nights but we'll definitely be back.
Hotel is spotless and located right on the beach front with a short walk to the sand.
The rooms are serviced every day with fresh towels.
Complimentary drinks in fridge on arrival was a nice touch (bottled water, two Coca-Cola, two sparkling wine).
The pool area is lovely, clean and we never had a problem with loungers or chairs.
The waiting staff are so friendly, professional and make very generously portioned drinks.
The 16 euro breakfast is an all you can eat continental buffet with pastries, cold meats, cheeses, bread, cereals, and a chef on hand to freshly cook bacon and eggs (fried or omelette). Well worth it.
Car park on site.
Tossa de Mar is a small town, and walking into it from the hotel takes about 15 minutes. Plenty of eating options in town.

I stayed with the hotel as a solo female traveller. On departure they called a taxi for me - a company that they use for the hotel regularly - this taxi driver not only locked me in his taxi (as a solo female) but drove dangerously and erratically whilst shouting - he even threatened me and once he (eventually) let me out of the taxi - stood at the bus station shouting (all due to a misunderstanding from the hotel miscommunicating).
I was left incredibly shaken and contacted the Manager following the incident who refused to give details of the taxi firm to be reported and offered absolutely no concern, no assurance that they would no longer use this firm (and therefore put other people in danger) and no apologies. His email was in fact rude and uncaring.
I am in the process of reporting this to the Spanish police but would not recommend the hotel to any women - especially given the response from the male Manager. I have travelled extensively as a solo female and never experienced anything quite so upsetting and dangerous.

Staff is really trying to be polite and friendly to the tourists, rooms are being cleaned nice, beds are left tidy, but walking bare foot we could feel that it could be cleaned much better and left rockless. Room service is trying to keep everything so clean that sometimes it's hard to breathe through all that chemicals smell. Parking place is not huge, but the price of it is, but not a problem to park a car up the hill and walk over 300 meters to the hotel. We had a really big problem with mosquitos, so don't leave open windows if you want to sleep peacefully. Food variation is not big. Main meal in the morning is scrambled eggs, and chiefs made plain eggs or omelets with chosen ingredients. Gym is pathetic. Haven't seen pictures that are advertised so i was disappointed. There's only treadmills and not a single barbell.

Went there as a last minute trip and had no real expectations aside from something clean and near the beach. However, we were given the room with the sea view and terrace which was breathtaking. The room was clean, the swimming pool and the sunbeds next to the sea make it such a comfortable experience. Lastly, the staff was always very friendly and location is great, would 100% go back.

Great hotel right on the beach.
The rooms have all amenities you could need and are clean and nice, despite not having much decoration.
The highlight of the hotel is definitely the outside terrace just steps away from the beach with amazing sea views. On this same terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet that serves everything from omelettes, a big assortment of hams and cheeses, pastries, fruit, and even cava. I would definitely recommend booking the breakfast buffet with your stay.
All in all, this hotel is definitely great if you want to enjoy the sun at a stunning beach just 10 minutes walking away from the historic centre.

A very good hotel. There are downsides, but a little:
1) in the morning under Windows of there staff and talking loudly, wakes up ahead of time
2) the Breakfast is modest, by the standards of 4 stars, even very modest
3) we dragged towels, but when the officer reviewed the cameras, found the two thieves - they were an elderly family
4) the sea is rocky, but quite cold (by the standards of mid-July)
5) concerts in the evenings, monotonous, performers a three.
6) in the middle of the restaurant serve less frequently than the edge, you see there the waiters chase managers, and those who are closer to the stage - there seems to be even ignored on purpose. Although the waiters are a dime a dozen.
7) Parking is paid, though the area allows the idea is to make it free.
But overall satisfied (newlyweds on honeymoon)
