Very nice hotel, perfect helpful service. The room was clean and spacious, we chose superior room.
Parking is paid but you should be able to find a parking space outside the hotel at the side street.
Various activities and wellness available, gym, sauna, roof terrace with a swimming pool.
You can find nice local café bars and restaurants. If you want to enjoy the beach and clubs in Valencia then it's good to have a car. Takes about 15-30 minutes by car to get to clubs or the seaside.

Disappointing in some respects, room was Ok, bathroom dated. Big stain on the seat of one of the armchairs in the room! Housekeeping needs improving.. Room not cleaned until past 5pm after reminding reception. Following day awoken twice by them letting themselves in to room without even knocking. Bar staff in contrast very pleasant.

We only booked here for the spa and swimming pool. It was really run down, hot tub not working sauna was freezing. Was a long way out of town. Rooms quite good but no coffee in room.

The hotel is very impressive with big rooms and great view to the city especially from the upper floors. The bath is huge and very clean. There are two big wardrobe. The beds are comfortable and large. The breakfast was very good but with the same manu every day. The food was delicious. The pool is on the first floor, it is a small pool.
The staff was very polite and helpful
The hotel is near to the Congress center. You can find very good restaurants around.

This hotel was a very good choice! The staff is very kind and helpful, exchanging messages in advance goes also very fast. The room was Superb, clean and comfortable. The pool area is very nice, you can have your breakfast besides, on the terrace, it is fantastic. The location is good, the area is friendly, clean, offers some bars and restaurants. Metro and tram are some minutes on foot, bus stop is directly there, but there is also a taxi stand in front of the hotel entrance, and the local taxi fares are quite friendly. The hotel has a 24hrs reception. I will definietly recommend this hotel to others!

I enjoyed my stay in the Sercotel Sorolla Palace, everything was great. All hotel teams are perfect, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing, delicious and served with professional teams. Highly recommend to try the Sercotel Sorolla Palace. I forgot, the room was amazing too. Thanks all..

Elevators slow and not enough capacity at busy hours eg breakfast. We stayed here for 1 week and during our entire stay 2 of the 5 elevators were out of order. Sometimes it took us >10 min to get to our room at the 14th floor (no kidding, we timed it). Breakfast room has really bad acoustics. I rather enjoy some silence in the morning.

Overall i enjoyed ny staying at this hotel.
The staff was very helpful, the room was very nice and clean, also it had a wardrobe room before the bedroom. Bathroom was spacious and very clean.
Also we left the luggages at the reception because our flight was late at night so thanks to them we got to enjoy freely the city.

I particularly enjoyed the modern and attractive exterior of the building, which set a positive tone for my stay. The lobby was not only fancy but also very comfortable, with various seating areas that provided a welcoming ambiance. Its close proximity to the conference place was extremely convenient. The inclusion of a bidet in the bathroom was a standout feature and greatly enhanced my comfort during the stay. Moreover, I must commend the staff for their exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism, and excellent command of English

While my stay was generally good, I found the room furniture to be outdated and the mattress and pillows uncomfortable. Additionally, the view from my room was unappealing, as it was mostly surrounded by walls. Moreover, the absence of basic facilities like a kettle, coffee machine, and limited availability of the lobby coffee machine

Overall, my stay was good but not perfect; I believe it would be improved with additional facilities in the room

The cards dont work. Have to reprogram them every day, sometimes multiple times per day. They tell you its because you have kept it by your phone, but we had this problem when we took the card out of the cardholder to go have breakfast, forgot to bring our phones, and when we got back the card wasnt working.
The pool is a bit grubby. Breakfast is good. Location not so much.
