This hotel was a very good choice! The staff is very kind and helpful, exchanging messages in advance goes also very fast. The room was Superb, clean and comfortable. The pool area is very nice, you can have your breakfast besides, on the terrace, it is fantastic. The location is good, the area is friendly, clean, offers some bars and restaurants. Metro and tram are some minutes on foot, bus stop is directly there, but there is also a taxi stand in front of the hotel entrance, and the local taxi fares are quite friendly. The hotel has a 24hrs reception. I will definietly recommend this hotel to others!

I enjoyed my stay in the Sercotel Sorolla Palace, everything was great. All hotel teams are perfect, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing, delicious and served with professional teams. Highly recommend to try the Sercotel Sorolla Palace. I forgot, the room was amazing too. Thanks all..

Elevators slow and not enough capacity at busy hours eg breakfast. We stayed here for 1 week and during our entire stay 2 of the 5 elevators were out of order. Sometimes it took us >10 min to get to our room at the 14th floor (no kidding, we timed it). Breakfast room has really bad acoustics. I rather enjoy some silence in the morning.

Overall i enjoyed ny staying at this hotel.
The staff was very helpful, the room was very nice and clean, also it had a wardrobe room before the bedroom. Bathroom was spacious and very clean.
Also we left the luggages at the reception because our flight was late at night so thanks to them we got to enjoy freely the city.

I particularly enjoyed the modern and attractive exterior of the building, which set a positive tone for my stay. The lobby was not only fancy but also very comfortable, with various seating areas that provided a welcoming ambiance. Its close proximity to the conference place was extremely convenient. The inclusion of a bidet in the bathroom was a standout feature and greatly enhanced my comfort during the stay. Moreover, I must commend the staff for their exceptional friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism, and excellent command of English
While my stay was generally good, I found the room furniture to be outdated and the mattress and pillows uncomfortable. Additionally, the view from my room was unappealing, as it was mostly surrounded by walls. Moreover, the absence of basic facilities like a kettle, coffee machine, and limited availability of the lobby coffee machine
Overall, my stay was good but not perfect; I believe it would be improved with additional facilities in the room

The cards dont work. Have to reprogram them every day, sometimes multiple times per day. They tell you its because you have kept it by your phone, but we had this problem when we took the card out of the cardholder to go have breakfast, forgot to bring our phones, and when we got back the card wasnt working.
The pool is a bit grubby. Breakfast is good. Location not so much.

A bit far from the city centre but close to a bus stop and tram stop, plus taxis are always available in front.
There's always a smell of air freshener in the lobby, it's real bad, smell like a toilet after cleaning.
If you agree on one thing with one shift of the receptionists, the other shifts will not know about it. Their English is not always enough.
Room service is very good, the rooms are clean.
The equipment are a bit worn.
The best thing was the breakfast: great variety, good quality.

We came to Valencia for one night, 2 rooms 3 people. the bad part was that I asked for double bed they gave us with 2 single beds, we asked for breakfast and they told us 50 euro if we book at that moment for the 3 of us and if we asked at next day 52,50 euros. At the room the bathroom had hair from the previous clients there were towels only for 1 person I had to call to the reception to bring us another pair. Also it was very noisy.
In general the receptionist that dealed with us was not helpful at all.
The good part is, the hotel is beautiful, well decorated and with Very good mattress. Has in the bathroom all these small little things like toothbrush, shower cup etc that makes you feel good. I could choose it again only if there was nothing else around available.

Lovely place but we couldn’t use the jacuzzi because it was too cold…I asked why and they just didn’t care despite being there for 10 full days. The staff in the restaurant and breakfast area were absolutely wonderful but the receptionists were generally very unpleasant (except one of the girls). Quality overall was ok, though we were missing some basic things in the room like coffee, tea and an iron. I asked for it at the reception and they said they ruined out but will put me on a waiting list for the iron (quite shocking and inconvenient since it was New Year’s Eve and I needed to get my dress ironed )

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was really comfortable with all the elements I needed to have a great stay.
If I could improve anything, I would say that the are for the breakfast looks gloomy compared to the appearance of the hotel. It does need a remodelling.
The Gym also needs a facelift. There were no towels available (at sight), no products to clean the machines after use, and it was too hot for me.
