Fine room and location, It’s right next to the bus station and close to metro.
However, my complaint is that the dinner was 25 euros but didn’t include alcohols.
The front desk was not patient. I lost my power adapter and ask if they would charge my phone for me, and they rejected right away without explaining. When I come back at the night another man In charge told me they couldn’t accept guest’s phone. They take 25€ deposit to lend an adapter, but only in cash.

Beautiful hotel and spacious room.
Best was it's adjacent to bus station so if you are arriving early morning or late night you can walk 2 mins to get inside the hotel.
Breakfast buffet was top notch with all the continental and Spanish items.
They even allowed me an early check in and late check out at additional charges but that helped me a lot.
Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with options for all tastes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This was the third time I stayed in Hotel Turia, and I would definitely stay there again.

We just been on a 9 day holiday to valencia. I booked the Turia hotel valencia and was impressed. The hotel is very nice nice and clean.. the location is perfect just near Turia garden, the bus station and the nuovo centro shopping mall. Taxi stands just next door to the hotel. We booked half board and we were glad. The food is delicious both breakfast and dinner buffet.. plenty of options. The staff, im sorry I didn't get your names but the nicest staff I ve ever met. From the receptionists, cleaning, bar, and waiters.. they were really impressive. My son has severe autism and they made his holiday a pleasant one.. especially when we told them to change the table so he wouldn't be in the middle of the crowd. We felt like home but with extra services.. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone that is going to valencia.. thanks from the Farrugia family of 5 from Malta 🇲🇹.

A real 4 stars hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the service were outstanding. The people of staff were always kind, friendly and available. In the room we found slippers, bath kit and a super soft robe. Special mention for the breakfast: great variety and quality. They also give you beach towels if you need. A gym parking and a close bus/metro stop complete the offer.

This is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Came to Valencia for a conference and stayed here for 5 days. Great location (near the bus station and metro station), super friendly and welcoming service, and great breakfast! The room is also spacious and the bed is comfortable. More importantly, the AC is strong enough! Not to mention the little birthday surprise! I would definitely consider staying here again next time!

It’s very well located. It has a private parking included in the price and available only for hotel guests, and also a very nice gym. It’s always a challenge to find a hotel with a good gym. For sure the price is very reasonable. I liked a lot the breakfast - variety of food, clean and comfortable restaurant. The best part is friendly staff. My wife had a birthday and the hotel made a nice gift. It was really nice. There is a bottle of fruit water on the lobby - what a cool idea. Last but not least you can rent a towel (for cash only). We didn’t have dinner or lunch but there are these options.
However it also has poor soundproofing - at night I could hear every movement of my neighbours. Also it feels like it needs a small renovation. In the bathroom there was a leak in the ceiling due to air conditioning condensation. It was a bit weird. Also you can use the safe in the room but you have to take a key for a 10 euro deposit only in cash. Not the best option. Our balcony door was not able to be locked. But on the 10th floor it was not such an issue. So I have a mixed feeling about the stay but mostly positive. And there is no fridge in the rooms.

The service in all areas was excellent (thank you Paula for your very kind help and attention).The staff were so friendly and attentive and genuinely did all they could to make guests welcome. The room was very spacious with complimentary tea/coffee, comfortable beds and everything was very clean. The food was exceptional. Breakfast choice was vast and such good quality . Everything was well organised and items continually replenished and well presented. We enjoyed our stay very much and would have no hesitation in recommending Hotel Turia for a great stay in Valencia.

I stayed at Hotel Turia in Valencia with a friend, and our overall experience was very positive. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-functioning HVAC system that kept the temperature pleasant at all times. The food served in the restaurant met—and occasionally exceeded—our expectations, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful.
