Riviera Beachotel - Adults Recommended

Just back from a 2 week stay in this hotel (our 3rd stay there) can’t praise this hotel enough! Wonderful staff from the restaurant, reception, chamber maids to the bar staff. Very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The food is very good, can’t fault it at all. Lovely clean hotel with comfortable beds. I would highly recommend a stay there. We will definitely return in the future.

Just returned from a 5 night stay in this fabulous hotel. From the minute we arrived the staff were helpful and courteous, and the waiting staff couldn’t do enough for you. We stayed in a ground floor room as requested; it was spotless, spacious and very quiet. Another real positive was the variety and standard of the food, some of, if not the best we’ve sampled.

Stayed here many times. Hotel as it normally is, clean, lovely staff, food etc. People queueing by the door to run for sunbeds that run along side the first floor rooms, as this gets the sun first. Still get rude people who think it's OK to throw towels onto their beds from balconies above rather than wait for the door to open at 9. There was a member of staff on our previous visits would take towels off beds unoccupied for more than a hour, not the case now as we witnessed beds with towels on until into the afternoon, this was from 9am. I feel the hotel need to monitor the situation as at one point people couldn't get beds.

Great smaller hotel. Good location just a wee bit away from the evening noise! Lovely clean and modern room. Great food choices, well cooked and hot food was hot!! Pleasant and welcoming staff. Disappointed that the Music Lounge was closed during our stay … we were informed 2 weeks before departure, but at least they told us. Only negative was the tiny claustrophobic lifts. We used the stairs most of the time to avoid them. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just came back from a 11 night stay here. The hotel is in a great location and really clean. The positives are location, outside bar, and the staff. Negatives the food, and the show bar was closed. The staff make this hotel really friendly and cannot do enough for you. Our cleaner was called Lorrena and our room was spotless cleaned every day. When we booked the hotel through jet2 we weren't told about the show bar being closed. We got an email about 4 weeks before departure. They gave us the option to change but didn't really want to start looking again 4 weeks before our holiday starts. This is not the hotels fault but jet2 should have informed us earlier.

First time staying at the Riviera Hotel, it won't be the last. Rooms were ready on arrival. Hotel spotless, staff really friendly and we found the food to be the best yet we have experienced in Benidorm. Only downfall I can say is the main lifts so slow and noisy, we stayed room 214 and all you could hear was the broken lifts.

Lovely hotel in a great location. I visited for 4 nights as a surprise for my sister’s birthday (who was already staying at the hotel with my mother for a week).

The reception staff were great. They arranged for some cava and chocolates to be delivered to the room as a birthday treat for my sister. They were also able to accommodate my request for our rooms to be close together on the ground floor (I ended up being in the room next door).

All staff we interacted with in the hotel were so friendly and were lovely to chat to. They are a credit to the hotel.

My room was spotless and the air conditioning was superb which was appreciated in the 30+ degree heat!

The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Plenty of choice on offer and the food was delicious that I ended up eating there every night of my stay. I am gutted that I missed out on the chocolate fountain that my sister and mum enjoyed the night before I arrived! The 6 euro bottle of house wine at the restaurant was fantastic value for money. The waiters in the restaurant were always so nice to chat to and were very attentive.

The terrace bar was also good for some people watching while enjoying a cocktail or two. Table service from the hard working bar staff was also a nice touch.

The pool area was smaller than other hotels I have stayed at but there was never any issue with getting a sun bed (even during August) and the pool was great to cool off in with the water being a pleasant temperature.

Overall a really great adults only hotel. I hope to be able to visit again soon!

This has to be the cleanest hotel's in Benidorm I have ever stayed at the location is also very good. The staff are really friendly and the food is a massive 10 from me. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely holiday 😘

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location, rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Food buffet was great, always plenty to eat. Hotel staff were always pleasant and friendly. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend Hotel Riviera✨️
