Pretty poor breakfast, e.g. scrambled eggs from powder. Nice Karelian mini-pies but the egg-butter for it was not well made. Beautiful bread assortment though. So bit hit and miss. Room is fine and clean. Hardly any cleaning going on during my 3 night staff though. And only Finnish TV channels. For more than €120/night I expect more! Not coming back here.

Terrible experience. First, when we arrived, the room was not completely clean; there were even pubic hairs on the shower walls. Over the days, we noticed that when the room was made up, it wasn't done properly, as the beds were not correctly made. The final straw was when one day we returned to find the pillows on the floor, and the bathroom had not been cleaned. The towels we needed replaced (which we had thrown on the floor) were rehung dirty, without being changed. We reported this to reception, and they gave us clean towels and pillowcases (though we couldn’t use the pillowcases because they were the wrong size), but they neither apologized nor seemed concerned about what had happened.

We are two people in two different rooms, and in the other room, the bathroom had also not been cleaned, nor were the towels replaced.

The room lacked complete amenities, such as a shower cap, etc. Additionally, we were given an accessible room for disabled people, which was somewhat uncomfortable.

The room only had a small squerish pillow and some dirty, even smaller cushions. I had trouble sleeping so I requested a regular sized pillow, I was told this hotel does not have them. I was even told the standard room only comes with a small pillow according to the room description, which is not true (see attached picture from the room description). The location is great, food was also nice, but I only recommend staying here if you are ok with the budget pillow strategy the hotel has apparently chosen, as it might affect sleep quality. Probably good pillow for some, my neck and head was uncompatible with it.
