Great location. The price quality relationship is superlative. The girl at reception very nice. Coffee and tea available when reception is open. We booked a private bedroom with private bathroom, all good. I will come back.

I stayed at Finn Hotel Helsinki between 27 June and 1 July 2025, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience on the last night of my stay. On 30 June, I was unable to access my room because the hotel had deactivated my key card before my departure. The reception was closed after 10 PM, and there was no staff available to help.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the emergency phone numbers and WhatsApp line provided, I couldn't reach anyone. This left me locked out of the hotel late at night without any support or explanation.
This was an extremely unprofessional and distressing experience. I strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking this hotel. It's worth paying a bit more for a more reliable and responsive place to stay, especially if you’re arriving late or need any assistance.

Wonderful place, perfect location. It’s in a bustling location but with closed windows you can’t hear anything. Cute decor and perfectly adequate for exploring central Helsinki by foot.

Great location—just about a 5-minute walk from the station, which is super convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit on the smaller side. Free coffee and water are available in the lobby, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
The noise from the bar next door at night; soundproofing could be better, so light sleepers might want to take note.

Great staff, great location. Very clean and functional toilet. Heating was on point.
Kind of thin walls, uncomfortable bed (seemed like some kind of sofa bed to be honest) and very small pillow. If you are looking for something cheap near the city center. This hotel is for you, stay max 3 nights. They offer free lockers for luggage before and after your stay

Located in the heart of heksinki, in the city center itself. The rooms are comfertable, but a bit small, there wasnt 100% nouse isolated and i could hear on the weekend when i was the noise from the bars and pubs, as well reception is not open 24/7 and when came on oprated time also werent avalible, i got good price for the furst night,but for extending onr more day they asked extra much higher that wasnt worth it. Generally its cool place, but as writen has its advantages and disadventages.

Room is big even opening two suitcase still have much space.
the shower space is little small for some people.
Hotel located in a bar alley, so please be expected noisy from downstairs even in midnight. It would be alright with closing windows.
The receptionist is super nice and helpful.
At the reception area, the hotel serves tea/coffee. The most surprising thing is they have a microwave for in house guest to use!
That is a plus for most budget travllers😍.
Highly recommended this place.

I booked a stay at Hotel Finn last minute as my flight was cancelled and I had an extra day in Helsinki. It was the perfect stay for one night. It’s in a great location in the heart of the city with many restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops nearby. I was able to walk with my heavy suitcase to the bus and train stations less than 10 minutes away.
I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of all the staff, including the receptionists and cleaners. My check in process was very smooth and quick, and I was also able to store my luggage in a locker for the day after I checked out.
The room was very clean and just what I needed for a short stay, but slightly small if you plan to stay longer. Overall enjoyed my stay at Hotel Finn.

Room was very basic. Bathroom very small. Had to shower with a toilet! Toiletries supposedly offered is just a scentless soap dispenser attached to the wall. Coffee and tea was not in the bedroom. Had to travel down 6 floors to get a drink if you wanted one. Only thing in the room was tap water.
The rooms are not sound proof. Could hear the people next door speaking, could hear their tv and music.
On the plus side, the receptionist was very nice. The location was perfect.

We stayed for several days in the Deluxe apartment, as we were traveling as a family. It was extremely clean (probably the cleanest rental/hotel we've ever been in), and included extras like a Nespresso machine, and plenty of dishes. It was very roomy, and easily held the 3 of us with room to spare. Wish we could have stayed longer!
