Great hotel with excellent location 1 block from Arc de Triumph. For the most desk staff helpful. Housekeeping is something else - had to complain twice about getting room cleaned. We stayed here 5 nights. For the price paid - expect better service.

The room service may skip cleaning the room if you didn't ask.
Also the rooms picture are misleading, i reserved superior room based on the image of the room, however the room is so small can not take two large luggage pieces.
I changed the room by paying 300 € extra.

Would recommend this hotel over and over again to anyone needing a hotel on the west side of Paris. The room is dated but VERY clean. I would recommend clean over dated.
The professional staff truly understands customer service. Hotel breakfast is not the best but who wound eat at a hotel when you have over 15,000 restaurants in Paris to chose from. It fine for a quick bite. Love the Nespresso machine in the lobby and hotel room.
This hotel is 4.7 star hotel.

For the price this hotel is not worth it. Definitely not a 5 star hotel either. We were in the executive suite. Our ceiling was leaking all night and woke us up. The sink sprayed in our faces each time we turned it on. Our door fob stopped working so for a day we had to go to the desk and they would use a key to open our room. To make up for these issues they gave us a one person champagne no money back! I got charged twice for our stay as well and they are saying they only charged me once. They had great staff and great breakfast.

We were very disappointed to find out that the 'courtyard view' was in fact a building site. The windows were blocked out with sheer blinds as there was no view. We were told that the noise wouldn't start until 10am but it started at 8:30am.

We were told by the receptionist that we could be moved to a better room (street view) the following day but that this would cost us some money. We were never offered this opportunity and don't see why we should have had to pay any way.

The room was very small. The tap was broken and had to be turned off carefully. The door to the fridge cupboard was not hung correctly.

Staff were pleasant. Great location near the metro and good restaurants.

Dirty towels were left outside our room during the evening and overnight into the morning.

We were very disappointed that what was supposed to be a 5 start hotel, felt more like a poor 4 star and we were very upset about the building work. If we had known this we would NOT have stayed at this hotel.

Excellent location, good restaurants nearby. Hygiene is average. No tables and chairs on the balcony. A girl at the front desk was not very friendly. It felt a bit discriminatory, but other boys were very friendly. There were only 2 bottles of water in the room. If I asked for more, I was given 1 bottle. A bit stingy. I should have at least 6 bottles of water for 3 days. Not good value for money. At least because of the waitress, I won't stay again.

Average Stay Experience, Improvements Needed in Service and Room Conditions

The stay was not entirely satisfactory, with the following issues:
1. Check-in Delay: Although the check-in time was stated as 3 PM, the room was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait for a long time, and it was only after repeated requests that we were finally assigned a room.
2. Room Conditions: The assigned room was small and located at a corner near the staircase, with an unpleasant view outside the window. The bathroom was extremely cramped, and water splashed everywhere when using the shower. There were black spots on the bedsheets, duvet, and pillows, which raised concerns about cleanliness. Additionally, the room had a noticeable unpleasant odor.
3. Service Issues: Despite hanging a “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping staff entered the room, which compromised our privacy.
4. Check-out Issues: During check-out, the hotel questioned whether we had consumed items from the minibar, but the room was so small that we initially thought there was no minibar. Furthermore, the deposit remained pending for over a week after check-out, and we had to contact third-party customer service to resolve the issue.

Overall, the hotel could improve in areas such as service efficiency, room facilities, and cleanliness. I hope future guests can have a better experience.

Not bad. Ctrip helped me solve a minor problem. I wrote this review to get some points. The location is very good, right next to the Arc de Triomphe and close to the subway station.
