Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

Lovely hotel. Great front & bar staff. Room service needs improvement - over one hour wait with 3x reminders is not acceptable for a 4* hotel. Somewhat pricey for breakfast, food bar etc. Not much entertainment in hotel. Awesome location adjacent to Eiffel Tower, with balcony views of the tower and River Seine and Metro within short distance. Felt a little out of the way from the other tourist spots. Needed a plaster for a finger cut, only one available!

Loved staying at Pullman. Staff very friendly. Breakfast bar offers everything , from omelets to pastries. Croissants are delicious! Celine greets you with a smile and warm welcome each morning for dining.
A wonderful experience here. Accomodations were great.
Of course, location near the Eiffel Tower is a plus!

The hotel staff was very welcoming and the lobby was nicely decorated. Having breakfast on site was convenient. Our hostess, Celine, greeted us everyday and the servers were very attentive. The rooms were okay. They were simple and comfortable. The real value is the location. We could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. It was easy to get from the hotel to all of the sites in Paris and beyond. It was a great place to stay with kids. I would definitely go back again.

I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, making the location absolutely perfect. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially at sunset when the Tower was beautifully illuminated. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ensuring that everything was to the highest standard. The rooms were elegant, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was a delight, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Paris!

We only had a couple of days to spend in Paris, and this hotel was the perfect place to spend it. Our room had a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony, which we took advantage of by having breakfast with a view. The service at the hotel was excellent from the beginning. We were greeted outside the lobby when we arrived, and our bags were taken inside immediately. We checked in quickly with little effort and didn’t have to wait very long. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. We were lucky to get put on a high floor with a magnificent view. The surrounding area is very busy, and it was hectic when we stayed because of the Olympics. There are many places to eat around the hotel, and the river is also nearby, offering plenty of tours. The room service was pretty good, and the food was decent. Every day, they came and dropped some fresh cakes and pastries in our room and some fresh fruit juices. All in all, I would say that this hotel is a great place to stay in Paris because you have a wonderful view, and excellent service. I would definitely recommend it.

We had the best time at this hotel. The view and location were perfect. The food was amazing and the staff were very attentive. In particular Najma was fantastic during the breakfast hour - my coffee seemed a bit off but she was very quick to fix the situation and continued to help us during our meal, even delivering our omelettes instead of us standing to wait for them. An extra bonus were the gluten free options! Will definitely return here for our next stay. Merci beaucoup!

We loved every minute of our family stay. The front desk made a mistake with our room but then quickly changed and compensated which we appreciated. The views fantastic and breakfast in the room was delicious. This hotel is always busy so book in advance. Will stay again!

All the staff were incredibly friendly. Celine always greeted us with a smile before the delicious breakfast. Our room was beautiful with an amazing view. Front desk staff were always prompt and helpful. Location is amazing. Absolutely would recommend and return.

This is a well located hotel, walking distance to Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is very impressive. The restaurant waiter and waitress are very nice and friendly, particularly Celine. Highly recommended.
