Hotel Vernet Champs Elysees Paris

We loved our stay at Hotel Vernet during our trip to Paris! One of the many things that stood out to me was the excellent service, every single employee at the hotel went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A big shoutout to the concierge, specifically Julian and Harris who were so wonderful and helped us out with everything and were so hardworking and provided us with over the top customer service. Each employee there worked really hard to make sure we had the best stay, especially those working at the front desk, concierge, restaurant staff, and bell boys/doormen. The interior and architecture of the hotel is beautiful and location is 10/10 as you are walking distance from Champs-Elysees, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel tower, Louvre, and more! Rooms were clean and amenities provided on the daily. Cannot praise this hotel and the wonderful staff enough!

We really enjoyed our stay here at Hotel Vernet. The staff were incredibly helpful and were able to make reservations for us in hard to get into places for dinner. They even matched our 'style' which is a lot less fancy than the average guest. The room was plenty big for us and had all of the amenities you could ask for. It is away from the crowd, but a quick walk to 3 different metro stops giving you easy access to the whole of Paris. We loved it here!

We should got back from a 4 day stay at this hotel, The rooms are spacious and clean. All hallways were clean and smelled frsh and no noise was heard all thorough the day. The location of the hotel is amazing just a minute walk to the Champs . and to the metro. But what is so special about the hotel and that made the difference in our stay in Paris is the great service starting from the reception to all staff but mostly to the amazing concierge (Julien and Kayes) the followed up on every detail and made sure that all our tours and booking were up to standard and satisfied all our needs. We will definitely visit the hotel again and recommend it to others.

Happy to have had another wonderful stay at the Vernet. Considering how central of a location it's in, I would comfortably describe it as a hidden gem. The room sizes are big for Paris and everything you would expect in a 5-star hotel is delivered -- exceptional service, comfortable beds, spotless rooms, and amazing soundproofing. This was my second time staying for business and it is such a relief after a stressful, long day to come back to the Vernet where everything is calm, comfortable and taken care of. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay somewhere special while they're in Paris.

My friends and I went to dinner at the Vernet hotel restaurant and really enjoyed the atmosphere, the glass roof of Gustave Eiffel is truly impressive. I really appreciated the refinement of the dishes and their ingredients put together with skill and the presentation with attention to detail. the best part was that the chef sent us a dessert created that day. We were thrilled."

Our stay at the hotel started out a bit rough due to some misunderstanding but the hotel was very generous and solved the issue. The hotel manager was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite due to the inconvenience. The hotel staff is very lovely and accommodating. And upon check in when we mentioned we were on a baby moon we received a lovely gift for our baby. The hotel rooms are spacious, especially for Paris, but could use more lighting in the rooms. The location is very close to the main attractions you would want to visit in Paris. Once the issue was solved, we are enjoying our current stay in the hotel, and hope to be back soon.

I am a firm believer that a 5 star hotel is all about the quality of the people above all things. Hotel Vernet is a delightful hidden gem in the heart of Paris. We stayed there in the midst of Fashion Week and it felt like we were staying with friends/family. First - it is a fabulous location right off the Champs Elysee. Second, it is a beautiful property that is made to host photo shoots. Third, the food and service are excellent. But above all, the people are just tremendous. From the valet, concierge, to the front desk, to housekeeping, to the management team, these are just genuinely nice people committed to giving you a 5 star experience. They were so much fun, we missed them after we left! They will always be my first choice when visiting Paris.

My family were lucky enough to stay at the Hotel Vernet for 4 nights during a holiday in Europe. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until our departure. The Vernet has an excellent location only a short work to the Champs Elysees.

The room and facilities were all beautifully appointed, it has the style and class that you are looking for in Paris. The service was exceptional, front desk, restaurant and especially the concierge who very knowledgeable but also helpful and friendly.

Honestly, I can't think of a better hotel experience. Well done to the team at Signature hotels and thank you Hotel Vernet for making our time in Paris that much more special.

Having not been abroad for some time we decided to treat ourselves to a long overdue break away with an extended weekend in Paris for sightseeing and shopping. We booked Hotel Vernet due to its great proximity for both.

We arrived early to the hotel well before check-in time, in the hope we could just drop off our luggage so we could explore the surrounding area, but instead we were greeted and treated like we were returning friends.

We did receive an upgrade to our room and were offered drinks in the bar whilst we waited for it be made ready.

Our room was very clean and expertly made up by the staff with all the amenities you would expect from a 5* establishment, the bathroom was an exquisite, fully tiled wet room type affair with a rain shower which was both welcomed and needed after the extensive walking required when visiting Paris. There was a turn down service every night of our 3 night stay, complete with complementary nutrient water.

Breakfast was included in our stay and was a standard set menu although you could order à la carte if so desired, we found this unnecessary as the set breakfast was enough to set us for a day of exploring and spending. The breakfast staff were really helpful, accommodating and always on hand. All served under an awesome art deco glass ceiling.

All the staff are a credit to the hotel, from helping us find a recommended place to eat or booking us taxis in the evening to go out. They are the heart of the hotel and at Hotel Vernet it beats strong.

There are a lot of hotels to choose from in Paris, all boasting to be the best - however as this was my first time visiting Paris I seemed to have struck lucky first time on picking to stay at Hotel Vernet, I will be booking again for my all my further visits.
