The studio we had for the 2 nights was on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool and gardens which were really well kept. The room decor and floor tiles were dated and the floor Iles were badly cracked by the patio doors and under the table. Pros: Amazing air conditioning, late check in, location, mini fridge, balcony, very comfortable bed. Cons: Lack of communication on late check in, bathroom a bit mouldy and pretty grimy - could use a deep clean, walls paper thin - could hear everything in the hallway and next door. The hotel is very conveniently located. Not far from the beach, shops and the train station. The staff is friendly and kind. They allowed us to leave food in the fridge at the reception and have dinner in the shared kitchen on the condition that we do not make a mess and wash the dishes after ourselves. The room is a little shabby. But it is quite normal for sleeping. Wi-Fi works with a stretch....

Excellent value & location, everything you need, great staff & even a balcony! We stayed in a 'superior room' overlooking the courtyard - so quiet & all we could hear was the lovely sound of a few seagulls & swallows :). Would highly recommend.

Noémie was extremely welcoming when I arrived dripping wet on a motorcycle, she let me park the bike outside to avoid having to go back out there which was very kind. The room was modest however the hotel is located very close to restaurants, bars and the sea front. If you like your window open at night I suggest you ask for a room away from the street or use the aircon!

Loved the Location, the folks who own the hotel were so very nice and forthcoming with great information on the area. The hote was very nicely appointed and it felt like you were in someone’s home.

The owners really make you feel at home here and the location is fabulous. I visited this week on a solo trip and I really felt safe staying here. The woman who helped me was incredibly sweet. Will definitely be staying here again. The location of the hotel was so close to everything!

Love this place. It's very well located in Cannes, directly between the Croisette and Rue d'Antibes and always reasonably priced. The staff is helpful and very responsive, and the rooms are well kept. I've stayed there a few times and it's always the easiest part of my trips to the area.

The size of the apartment is decent, it's equipped with a few things (kettle, microwave, stove, fridge,vacuum cleaner, cutlery, pots and a few plates). This hotel deserves a nice renovation and the director Laurence told us that it was planned soon, these bright colors in the rooms are daring, we will come back as soon as k=the renovation is done, in the meantime it would be good if the new management revised its prices significantly downwards because we really had the impression of paying too much

Everything was very good except the location on a too busy roundabout

Over the years I have become quite fond of Hotél Anna Livia. The team are helpful, The hotel is peaceful and the location is great. 5mins walk from all the beach clubs. 10 mins away from the public beach. 15 mins from Cannes station. At night the area is vibrant and alive. The hotel is surrounded by lively nightlife. Yet very secure.

The hotel is well organized. The receptionist who assisted me was extremely polite and attentive. The room and the bathroom are very clean. I liked it and highly recommend it. Excellent financial benefit.

I loved it here! The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and it was perfectly located. It’s about a 10/15 min walk to the train and bus station, they offer a currency exchange service! My friend and I loved it! We went to Cannes last summer and would happily stay there again!
