The location is opposite the Cannes Gare.. Only 5 mins walkable.
The room is a bit cramped but is good for a short stay. During my 3D 2N .. . The city is raining 😏
The lady owner is so friendly & attentive.. Just inform her to clean the room in advance.

BAD EXPERIENCE! We booked for 3 nights at the Little Palace Hotel in Cannes, but unfortunately this choice turned out to be a nightmare that ruined our entire holiday. We arrived on the first day around 4pm, checked in, rested a bit and then went out straight away, only to return to sleep in the evening. The first night everything seemed okay, the room wasn't very clean but we still didn't expect anything of what happened. The problem, in fact, came out on the second night when we saw an insect on the pillow for the first time, which later turned out to be a BED BUG. Still unaware of what it was, since it was very late, we killed it and went back to sleep. The next morning, however, we found two more of these insects and, as soon as we went down to the reception, we told the lady there everything. We were told that they would inspect the room, that they would change the sheets and clean everything, but that didn't happen. When we returned to the hotel at around 10pm, in fact, we found that nothing had changed, the sheets were dirty and the bed bugs were still there (see photos and video!). We immediately went down to talk to someone and since it was already late, we had to call an emergency number. The same lady we had spoken to in the morning answered and, instead of apologizing and finding a solution, she immediately denied it. She came, together with her sister and then her husband, to inspect the room and, instead of being sincere and mortified by the disgust and discomfort we were experiencing, she thought it would be a good idea to blame us by telling us that we had brought the bed bugs from outside. ABSURD! And not only that, she also contradicted herself: first she accused us of having infested the room on purpose (note that bedbugs become adults after 6-8 weeks and therefore it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to have brought them from outside, given the number of them in the room), then she suggested that we go to another room (first you think we will infest you and then you suggest we infest you elsewhere? How consistent!). We refused because that place was no longer safe and the treatment they were reserving for us was nothing short of squalid, so we asked for a refund, which was never given to us, not even by subsequently contacting booking customer service. So late at night, we had to leave the room, not having a place to sleep and having to spend even more money to find one. All at our expense! And it didn't end there, once we continued our holiday towards Nice, where we had already booked an apartment, we had to necessarily wash everything in the washing machine at more than 60 degrees and put the rest of the things in the freezer, thus losing a day behind this problem and creating a lot of stress for ourselves. I don't wish all this on anyone! DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL AT ALL, in addition to the s

Nice affordable stay for 1 day, just across the train station and 15 min walk to the beach and Cannes city centre. Room had a funny smell and no minibar, luckily the guy at the reception was so nice to let me have my Saint Tropez beignets in their staff fridge for the night.

True to its name, The Little Palace, Cannes offers minimalist living options. What it lacks in sizeable living space, it makes up in being ideally located.
The Gare de Canne railway station is just across the street. There's a cafe on the ground floor of the building wherein you can easily grab a quick bite.
The promenade is a 5 minutes walking distance from here and there are many restaurants in and around this place.
The lady running the place is very kind and helpful. It's best to take advice and tips from here for dining and sight seeing.

A small mini hotel. The rooms are small, the bathroom is also small, and it provides the most basic living facilities. The elevator is the smallest elevator I have ever seen.
There is a waitress at the front desk who speaks English. There is no problem in communication. Very enthusiastic.
This price is for a temporary hotel I booked two hours ago. I came to Cannes by train and stayed for only one night. That's okay. The most important thing is the convenient location, opposite the train station. It was already past 9 o'clock in the evening when we left the train station. We checked into the hotel, put down our luggage, and immediately went out to find a French meal.
Walk out of the hotel, walk a little way and turn left, there is a French restaurant on the street, it is good, simple, affordable and reasonably priced.
After dinner, I went to the beach and the cinema, then came back to take a shower and sleep.
The next day, I left the hotel and had a cup of coffee at a cafe opposite the train station and bought a piece of bread and a snack. Really delicious. The coffee is not as good as in Italy. After a good breakfast, I went to the small hotel to pick up my luggage, walked a few steps, and crossed the road to the train station. We can catch the 11:30 am train.
Just a simple one night stay, this little mini hotel is just fine.

It's right in front of the train station, so it's easy to find and the route is good. Walking distance to all attractions. The staff are also friendly.
