Had a good stay here - everything that is important for me was there. The vibe is cosy and modern. Although it is not s modern building, the toilet is modern with standing shower facilities, looks like it was newly renovated. Room was also very clean and bright and smelled fresh. Their kitchen is 24 hours which is really not a thing in most hotels in Cannes. My stay came with breakfast which had a good spread. The room is quite small though but i no issues with it. The aircon is generally not cold so the room gets warm sometimes.

Clean and comfy -and near Palais des Feativals et des Congres. We stayed around ILTM Cannes 2024. Hope to stay there again this year.

Having stayed here for about 12 days during each of several Cannes film markets, I really appreciated the home-away-from-home atmosphere. The warmth is provided largely by the wonderful, truly caring manager Nadia. Breakfast is made-to-order, and the hotel owner will himself provide rides to/from the airport (for a reasonable charge) and into town. The hotel is located a short walk from the main *****. Although the rooms are modest, they are comfortable. The outdoor pool and patio are lovely. Highly recommended! - Dan (from Canada)

I highly recommend it. The hotel is simply wonderful, close to the beach, near a shop, with nice views from the windows and the possibility of purchasing underground parking. The rooms are clean, neat, comfortable, and cozy. The staff is incredibly kind, smiling, and helpful. The breakfast is delicious; in this place, we felt more at home than in a hotel. We thank the entire team at Hôtel La Villa Cannes very much; our stay in Cannes was wonderful also thanks to you! We will definitely return here every time we visit this beautiful city!

My family and I came from the US and stayed at La Villa Cannes Croisette for 4 nights in two comfort rooms (they are small but can accommodate 2 people and luggage). We really did enjoy the location (close to the action but quiet) and the pool was great – my two kids (10 & 14) loved swimming and relaxing in it, as the nearby beaches were super crowded. Despite the positives, there was one overwhelming factor that stood out – it seemed there were slightly different rules applied to us vs others. Two examples: 1. We celebrated my daughter’s 14th birthday during the trip and decided to open gifts around 10:45 am, so I picked up breakfast from a coffee shop down the street. We had done the same thing the day before and ate outside before heading to the pool. No one said a word. On this day however, as soon as I came back with coffee and croissants, one of the staff came over to me and told me I was not allowed to bring in outside food. I explained we had done this the day before without issue, and we had seen others eating and drinking food that wasn’t from the hotel. Also, breakfast ended at 10:30 according to the hotel website and signs, so even if we wanted breakfast at the hotel, we were too late. The staff explained we could only eat outside food in our rooms. I didn’t see any signs or information on the website that substantiate this claim. She spoke to her manager and told us we could eat our food if we paid an additional 5 Euro a person. This seemed arbitrary and inconsistent with how others were being treated. As it was my daughter’s birthday and she was getting upset, we agreed. We continued to see others eat and drink outside food at the hotel without any staff saying a word. 2. There was a very clear ’no food and drinks’ signs posted outside the gate to the pool. We asked and were told to leave food and drinks (even water) outside the pool. But then we saw other people being served drinks poolside. Again, different rules for us vs others. As this is a small hotel, I am pretty sure we saw all the guests staying there at one point or another, and we appeared to be the only Americans (and maybe the only non-native French speakers). I don’t know if there was a deliberate bias or not, but there was a pretty clear pattern of different treatment. So if you are coming from the US or even outside of France, you may want to consider what happened to us when you book your next holiday in Cannes.

What a wonderful stay at La Villa. The rooms are great value, and tucked just away from the main strip it’s a good location (three mins’ walk to the public beach). Most of all though, the staff are genuinely friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place.

Great hotel! Stayed for the Cannes festival - service and location were amazing! Will definitely be staying here again.

Nice hôtel close to the beach but far from the city -20/25 min by walk
Nice stuff , nice breakfast
Clean room
Negative aspect: WiFi not working properly so to work it’s a big issue
Dinner menu very small - I have food intolerance and I couldn’t eat anything so I had to order with Uber eats

This hotel has its good and bad

We stayed 2 nights. At first it’s secluded and gated which at first seemed nice but that is because it’s in the opposite side of town where everything is not. The Elevator is the size of The Wonka-vator(very small). The room had everything we needed minus the smart tv. FYI you need to use your keycard for the lights in the room to work. Remember the secluded part…there is a train track located just south of the hotel (100-200 ft away). Lastly, the noise from the room above and outside were very noticeable. Conversations from the hallway I could hear from the bed. The last night we stayed the WiFi was out the whole night. They have breakfast but you have to pay for which would be fine the WiFi was decent. They do have breakfast available in the mornings you can bill the $21 meal per person to your room. However, you have to make your own crepes which there is no discount off your meal for that.

Had a 1st floor garden view room, very nice sized room, very comfy bed, very smart modern bathroom, clean room, bathroom and hotel. Great staff especially the wonderful helpful Marina. Breakfast was buffett and very pleasant and more than adequate options for a smaller sized hotel. The location is no more than 200 meters from the beach/ the Cannes boardwalk. Great small friendly hotel. Not a big chain hotel and perfect French feel to it, Will go back for sure. Its about a 18 euro taxi ride from the bus and train station.
