Room quality is bad for the price that is charged.
One of the sliding wooden windows is dislodged from its track and no one bothers.
The floor tiles with the air conditioning on just feels cold. Vinyl floor tiles would be better.
Location is good as it is near the Promenade Anglais and access to the tram station is good.
The hotel needs a renovation sooner rather than later.

Perfect location for exploring Nice. Our room lacked basic maintenance, the bathroom extractors did not work, the overhead shower did not work and the heated towel rail was stuck on maximum making use of the toilet beneath uncomfortable. The breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly great except the women at the pool bar in the evening who was very rude and condescending. I would stay here again purely based on location.

Disappointing welcome. The television did not work despite the intervention of two hotel technicians. A cleaning lady had put vinegar in the kettle. Impossible to make tea or coffee. Disgusting smell in the kettle.

We were given a very small room, even though we had booked a 20 sq. m. The room and the bed were very worn, there were no bathrobes or slippers (which are part of a 4-star hotel). There were also a lot of bed bugs. We called a lady from reception and showed her, took pictures, but nothing helped us. We were told to stay in the room anyway because an unexpectedly large number of guests were arriving for a conference. We couldn't sleep at all for two nights. On the third night, we were given a different room, the room we had booked. We were told that, as a gesture of goodwill, we could wait until 1 a.m. until a taxi arrived, which we did, but despite the promises and without our permission, the €185 was debited from a credit card that was not on file with the hotel. We now have to get the money back through a lawyer because the hotel is not responding to our emails.

The hotel is well located.
The room is simple and the hotel does not have parking, which is not compatible with a 4-star hotel. The room was very clean, there was hair all over the bathroom, including the bathtub, when we first entered the room. Check-out was before 12:00 pm, at 9:50 am the employee was already entering the room.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast more than perfect because there is a lot of choice while being of quality. The view from the 7th floor is just wow!!!!. Spacious room as well as the bathroom. In short, everything was perfect.

The hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan.
We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity.

The room is a bit small. One obvious drawback of the hotel is that the WiFi signal is very poor, which caused the card I bought to run out of traffic and become useless without recharge. I hope the hotel can improve the network service.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, our experience was mixed. We arrived around 7:30 PM and checked into our room, only to find that there was no power. We promptly informed the front desk, expecting to be moved to a new room, but instead, a technician was sent up to address the issue. With our dinner reservations at 8:45 PM, we found ourselves in a warm room without air conditioning, waiting for over 30 minutes while the technician worked on the problem. This situation made it difficult for us to get ready for our non-refundable dinner reservation.
After some back and forth, the front desk kindly accommodated us in the only room they had available, which happened to be the penthouse. We were very grateful for this upgrade and understood that we would need to move to a regular room the next morning.
Unfortunately, when we moved to our new room the following day, we encountered additional issues. The room had ants, the air conditioning didn’t work, and there was a noticeable mildew smell. Given that the hotel was fully booked, there wasn’t much that could be done at that point.
While we appreciated the effort made to upgrade us for the night, and the location is truly excellent, our overall experience was disappointing. Unless you’re able to book the penthouse, I would recommend considering other options.

the hotel was totally a nightmare, rooms are old,dirty. staff was ok but especially receptionist Irene was very rude. there are no shampoo or any vanity or conditioner in the room even they are 4 star hotel, just one shampoo for all body and hair at the same time :/ Also they have diffeent price system for same rooms we payed double price and the other day price down %80 and they did not help us. the partners' beach also terrible, we got sick after this hotel, never reccomend. do not go cause it is wasted money and time.
