Fantastic service by the staff at Hotel Malmaison! Cannot fault their service.
The first night we could not get any sleep as the soundproofing in the room was poor (this was in the unrenovated section of the hotel). Some of the room amenities were not working.
I explained my concerns with the staff and they immediately arranged for a room transfer within 15 minutes. I understand the hotel is undergoing a complete renovation so I can't wait to return once this finished.
Great location, just a few streets back from the beach and also close to the train station and other transport options.
The rooms were exceptionally clean and beautiful.

Very nice and chic hotel in the heart of Nice. Staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. They even upgraded us to a premium room on the 4th floor which was amazing! The room was comfortable and cozy. Loved our stay!

Great location to seafront, restaurants and Old Nice. The hotel is clean and staff a amazing. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout as return flight wasn't until later on the day and we were able spend the whole day in Nice without having to carry our luggage. If there is any comment, i would say coffee at the bar wasn't to our expectation. Although airport taxi was booked through the concierge the driver demanded higher fare at the air port but i managed argue and not paid. I would say hotel management to bring this the attention of the bosses of their partner taxi firms.

Location is amazing. A few blocks from the public beaches and the pedestrian streets. Also 12-15 mins from old Nice.
Rooms are nice. Pretty big for Europe.
The only negative is that the bathrooms are not up to US standard for pristine cleanliness. I am flexible for this when travelling in Europe. I think they don’t have fans in the bathroom so over time the moulding and cocking in shower gets damaged with humidity.
The AC worked very well which is an important criterion for me.
Wifi was choppy but I was here to enjoy the city so it didn’t bother me. Overall I would stay here again.

We are having a most wonderful stay - this lovely clean quiet hotel is down the street from the beach and close to the train station. It is centrally located and the staff (Sylviie ) was so accommodating and friendly at our arrival giving us an itinerary as we waited for our room to be ready ( our flight landed early). I will definitely stay here when I come back. Also so many lovely boutiques close by.

Just outside the fun, busy area, minutes walk, this quiet hotel was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were moderate size, very nice bed and shower. We did not prepay for breakfast, but we had it 1 day, nice choices, excellent bread, cheeses. Also American style scrambled eggs, hashbrown potatoes and bacon were good, too. Nice coffee machine, made a good macchiato latte. Recommended.

The location was good. The staff was great. The room had beautiful decor but needed deep cleaning on badly stained carpets and mold on bathroom ceiling. We loved the balcony but not sure we would choose it for next time. They leave you a nice welcome note with chocolates upon arrival and slippers and robes to use but the negatives outweigh the positives I think. USB ports were broken and shower wand was leaking. We felt like we had to wear the hotel slippers so we didn’t touch the carpet. We had room #32.

The location of the hotel is very good. You have 5-10 min to the beach, 5-10 min to the main train station and also 5 min to the main shopping street. In the evening there are many restaurants near the hotel that we could choose from. The room was very clean and the bed was very good and comfortable. We have a small balcony which makes the French flair even more realistic. And last but not least - the stuff was more than nice and very helpful. Many thanks to silvie for recommending some nice places to see when in Nice. We will be back.

We've booked a triple room in first decade of may. Very nice hotel, big room, comfortable beds and pillows, near to city center, kind and friendly staff, always ready to fulfill your needs.
Decent breakfast, it could be more diversified for 4 stars hotel, but food very tasty (note that is no food for vegetarians).

Great location. Receptionist who checked us in was very polite. Street view from the balcony was nice. Clean and good size room. It was more expensive compared to other hotels in the vicinity but regardless I'd prefer to stay here.
