Booked THE LAST ROOM in the walkable section during Cannes for well under 1k a night. Very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location, the festival pavilions are a simple 5 min walk. Close but far enough for quiet nights! Cute updated room. Would totally book again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. It’s in the perfect location to access the beach, the promenade, the restaurant strip and the train station. The service was excellent. Rooms are large and comfortable.

We stayed in this hotel a week ago. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Gabriela was very professional and nice and she gave us a very good service and a beautiful room. She presented us the room before we got in and she even wrote a welcome letter and left us some macarons on the table.
The location was amazing, in the center and very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We were very pleased with everything and we want to thanks to Gabriela for her kindness.
We initially booked for 3 nights and because we liked it we extended to another 4 nights.

The room is very smelly, and the road downstairs is really noisy. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise when I opened the bed. The smell in the room was pungent when the window was closed. I didn’t sleep all night, and I fell ill the next day... I recorded a video, I don’t know if I can hear the sound. The reality is much louder than the video, because there are many motorcycles at night. I am a person who does not have high requirements for accommodation, so I can’t stand it. This hotel is really bad.

Unfortunately we had to cancel the hotel for later this month due to our flights being cancelled with Easy Jet been trying to contact hotel but very little response or decision on any refund
