This is not a 4-star hotel. I stayed here and could hear my neighbours talking through the walls — and they were just speaking at normal volume. At 6AM on the first two days, it sounded like there was construction happening above me.
When I reported it, they told me to come back the next day, which they then delayed by another day. When I finally got to speak with the manager, they said they could refund me but would still charge for one extra night. I accepted because I just wanted to get out as soon as possible.
Honestly, the hotel was 1) dirty 2) loud 3) had a horrible breakfast. This was absolutely not worth the 300+ per night I was paying. I hope people avoid this place as much as possible.

This is a 4* ? Honestly I think a 2* at best, run down dump!

The receptionists were all very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and equipped with a sewing kit, shoe cleaning kit, and personal care products. The rooms are a bit dated, but the comfort of the beds is excellent.

Stayed here one night only. The pool is nice and the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast was also good. I appreciate the amount of shampoo and shower gel that you get. 😌

We return after 20 years to this fairly central hotel that we have frequented often in the past. It was a great disappointment. Modest room, not soundproofed (the children in the next room screamed until 1 am), bathroom and toilet not very functional, no fridge in the room. In short, 4 stars undeserved. Courteous staff, acceptable breakfast. When we return to Cannes we will look for better.

I have traveled all over Europe and have never been treated worse. The staff was clearly picking who they allowed to come in to get breakfast and once in they were banging on plates and yelling at everyone to move or pick up their trays, demeaning their patrons. They particularly picked on women, following one all the way to the elevator yelling at her. I will never understand how they can stay in business that way. Epitome of RUDE.

Not worth staying here. The size of the double bed is for kids. An adult couple cannot sleep properly here. The hotel is old. The people are nice and friendly, but the rest is horrible to say the least.

The hotel is awful with the smell being gross and some of the tiles in the bathroom are broken ,not 4 stars .

Very conveniently located near the Cannes Palais des Festivals. Decent rooms, good breakfast.

The hotel is in really nice place, but the interiors should be refreshed. They confirm to have 4* but being doesn’t State it. The most disturbing was the breakfast with groups. Hotel didn’t provide the space for other guests when the Group has arrived. So my colleague had to eat breakfast at her room, as there was not enough space. Usually in such cases there are two - three tabels for other guests. The employees were top, the nicest people in the Cannes!
