I booked a room in this beautiful hotel. But due to floods in Valencia and Barcelona and the associated damage, I was unable to visit this hotel. I warned the hotel staff as soon as I could through all communication channels, asking for a refund. Because at that time I needed this money. The staff ignored my messages for 4 days. And only on the day of check-in decided to answer that they refuse to make a refund despite my exceptional circumstances. I understand your "non-refundable" policy. But even in business you have to stay human.

Very nice hotel. The staff is discreet, professional and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room is spacious and clean and the bedding very comfortable. The pool is very nice and clean with comfortable deckchairs. The breakfast was plentiful. Before our arrival, we received an email from the hotel to find out our expectations before our stay. We appreciated the approach. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again.

Our room was not ready until almost 4pm, at which time the hotel told us they lost the key to the luggage closet where our stuff was being held. We were told the luggage would be brought to us once the key was located, but after waiting an hour it still wasn't. We lost all confidence in the hotel at this point and tried to get out of our 4 night reservation, but all the hotel refused. They offered us two free drinks as compensation for the inconvenience...
We also overheard 2 other groups complaining about the check in experience, and even though we've only been at the hotel for 2 hours, we're extremely disappointed. We would not recommend staying here.

Staff, location and room all exceeded our expectation. Our room was not cleaned at 5pm
when we returned but the front desk immediately had it cleaned. Excellent choice for a well priced hotel! Our flight was canceled & our friends invited other friend but we found another flight & finding this hotel made everything better!

Nice hotel very central vilse to everything, beach, shopping, restaurants.

Great hotel, good location, clean, spacious. We had a massage in the spa which was really lovely.

Hotel is located on the eastern end of croisette beach, about 10-15 minute walk from train station and 20-25 minute walk from old town. Service was very friendly and they stored our luggagge before check-in and after check-out. Pool area was quite nice and clean. Breakfast had lots of options which was positive surprise.

Close to the beach. Good shower pressure and breakfast. I booked a studio for one person which was very spacious. Excellent TV that swivel to the 2 main parts of the room. Very clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff.

Rooms are a bit old but well maintained and perfectly clean. Good size shower and sink area.
I went during a high season and I understand the hotel was crowded, but every single staff at reception I spoke with was rude and slightly aggressive, which was a shame.
Still, the room was comfortable so I could enjoy my stay, go with zero expectation for the staff service and it should be fine.
