Staff, location and room all exceeded our expectation. Our room was not cleaned at 5pm
when we returned but the front desk immediately had it cleaned. Excellent choice for a well priced hotel! Our flight was canceled & our friends invited other friend but we found another flight & finding this hotel made everything better!

Nice hotel very central vilse to everything, beach, shopping, restaurants.

Great hotel, good location, clean, spacious. We had a massage in the spa which was really lovely.

Hotel is located on the eastern end of croisette beach, about 10-15 minute walk from train station and 20-25 minute walk from old town. Service was very friendly and they stored our luggagge before check-in and after check-out. Pool area was quite nice and clean. Breakfast had lots of options which was positive surprise.

Close to the beach. Good shower pressure and breakfast. I booked a studio for one person which was very spacious. Excellent TV that swivel to the 2 main parts of the room. Very clean hotel with helpful and friendly staff.

Rooms are a bit old but well maintained and perfectly clean. Good size shower and sink area.
I went during a high season and I understand the hotel was crowded, but every single staff at reception I spoke with was rude and slightly aggressive, which was a shame.
Still, the room was comfortable so I could enjoy my stay, go with zero expectation for the staff service and it should be fine.

Clean and comfortable room but very noisy from traffic outside. Poor selection for breakfast, slow to top up as food was taken by guests pool area nice with towel and beds available.

Upon check-in with my two children, we encountered multiple disappointments.
The sofa bed was unprepared, and I was told to set it up myself, an unexpected task in a purported four-star hotel.
Regrettably, the scratched toilet seat and not fixed in our room further dampened our stay.
Additionally, the swimming pool did not resemble the advertised images, leaving us underwhelmed.
Inquiring about a one-hour late check-out resulted in a 30 euro charge, compounding our dissatisfaction.
Breakfast is average and.cappucino not at standard.
Overall, my stay fell short of four-star standards. Attention to detail and fulfillment of advertised services are crucial. I urge you to address these concerns promptly to enhance future guests' experiences.

I have been to many hotels in cannes , this one considered from the top , very nice team , and rooms 90% simmiler to the photos , we have took the penthouse which was so nice !
