The site is good with a great view of Alps. The hotel is clean and comfortable.
Hotel is so good. Nice room. Clean and really good staff.
Quiet , bus stop right in front . Nice lobby , retro game machines, great breakfast spread. Good bed , firm. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
It was a great stay for us before starting TMB! The room is so cozy and equipped with almost everything you need! I love the design of the hotel and the people there are so friendly!
Nice view on top of mountain with 2 floors room. My son was really enjoy climbing up and down 😍. Nice food in the hotel.

Just 10 eur for up to 15 days luggage storage. They were very helpful and responsive in making arrangements for pickup even after the hotel closed for the off season. Rooms were clean, and dinner was delicious, and the views great. Thank you!!
Cozy & comfortable room. The hotel also has lovely sitting rooms to enjoy the view. You can leave luggage for only €10 (nice to know if you're hiking the TMB). All the shops are located on the other side of the highway, so you may want to get stocked up first if you're arriving on the bus, but it's not a long walk.
Great staff and very flexible. Wonderful views and a lot of space to spend time on the property.
The service was excellent, the breakfast was plentiful, and the price was incredibly reasonable.
This hotel is clean and tidy. The location is average. It is a bit far from the subway. But there is free parking. We were also given an upgraded room. However, the facilities are a bit simple. There is no refrigerator.
We had a very warm welcome. The hotel was superb facing Mont Blanc, very comfortable bedding, 100% already looking forward to coming back

The stay was quick yet amazing, the view is just in front of the hotel. The bfast buffet was also simple yet delicious, it includes warm food. There is coffee & juice available. There is a (ATM / money withdrawal machine ) available as well in the hotel. The only missing in that stay was the airconditioning (but ofc it is located in the mountains and is known to be a ski hotel) so we totally understand...
Enjoyed very much this experience. Pool service & Spa rooms, Relaxation areas, cinema room - all these are making a big difference (especially for family fun)
Awesome place, lots of fun things to do... We've been coming here for years!(since like 1997) My brother learned how to swim here.... Great memories of this place. They had a cool old mastiff years ago.
Really beautiful view from the window. Bed was comfy and loved the cabin like vibe! We had some problems with there not being enough towels or hand soap and had to ask numerous times to get that resolved. We did try to go to the restaurant but were told they needed more time to prepare which was odd. Still a good stay—we LOVED the indoor pool and the sauna. Breakfast was pretty good in the morning
This was a brilliant hotel to stay at on our recent trip to the French Alps. Really nice, very clean, charming rooms with a ski chalet feel that worked really well. Amazing games room, lovely swimming pool and some of the best views possible. Great service to match the all the other positives.
Honestly where to start?! I am in awe on how well kept this place is. Everything is tight and neat, not just the room itself but all the common areas are super sparkling! If I didn't know better I would think they've opened up a week ago! The interior decoration is thoroughly thought through and just sees to that you feel well and welcome and home within no time. The amenities are well kept and captivating...

Excellent place I recommend. We went there before starting our TMB and it was exactly what we needed: good rooms, great food and superb location. Will go back for my next hiking trip in the area.
We stayed here before getting on the trail for tour de Monte Blanc. Wonderful service, clean rooms, delicious breakfast. Cute place of old chalet and modern chic. Very helpful staff also ! We did not get to eat at the restaurant because it was closed, but breakfast was good !
Excellent three star hotel. Room was clean, spacious with a nice bathroom. Room had comfortable beds, but could use a fan to cool it off on an August evening. Dinner and breakfast were absolutely amazing! Great location close to everything will stay again.
My husband and I were hiking the TMB and stayed a night. The room was comfortable and clean. The dinner and breakfast was good. I most appreciated their service when I accidentally left my kindle in the room and didn’t notice it until that night at our next hotel. My husband called and they had already reported it found to our tour company and made arrangements for it to be delivered to our next...
We arrived early evening from Lauterbrunnen and were treated with prompt service and respect from the moment that we went through the door. Perfect place to stay! Great service from the owners, very kind and supportive. Located just at the bus stop so you don't need to use your car to go around. Near a supermarket and gas station as well. Affordable rooms and great food. worth the price. Have sauna and jacuzzi is a PLUS! Pet friendly too. Will surely be back again.

A warm, friendly spot with cosy rooms and great food!
Charming traditional hotel. The owner welcomes you, and makes you feel confortable.
This was a decent hotel. We were greeted kindly upon check in, and shown to our room. It was quite stuffy in the room, and we had to open all the windows to provide fresh air, which let in the flies. The bathroom required you to hold the sprayer, rather than stand under the shower. The bed was quite comfortable. Great place to stay. Convenient if you drive there.
We are super enjoy in this hotel, we are lucky coz we got much snow
Nice rooms, we got a room with the Mountain View. The room had a peculiar smell of wood but it was acceptable . Swimming pool has a great view overlooking the Alpes. We had a nice relaxing stay and can recommend it.
Pool wasnt warm so wasnt as nice as I had hoped. Would if loved a sauna at the hotel over a jacuzzi, that again wasnt warm. Good breakfast! Definitely worth the extra to get you fuelled for the slopes. I 100% would recommend hiring a car, we managed to venture to other ski slopes and get home when we wanted to rather than having to go vis the bus timetable. The bus stop is on the hotel grounds though...

Great time staying here. Staff were lovely, enjoyed the Sauna twice. Sauna is a good temperature, unlike some hotels which have them a bit too cold. Table tennis and the bar were good, pool table has room for improvement. They even accommodated a small brekkie for us for our alpine starts on two days. Great views from the hotel.
Absolutely stunning! The staff feels like family and our server Ernest was so sweet. I have had multiple lunches here, played tennis, and enjoyed the pool. We even did a yoga in the garden. Favorite place to relax :)
We had a lovely room with balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal sitting outside on a nice warm summer evening.
Very nice family managed small hotel, great location. With easy access to the train station. The staff is very kind and helpful.
A great Hotel with English staff, which makes it really easy! Totally delivers what it says on the can and friendly helpful staff!
Lovely hotel in a stunning location. Family run, with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food, with a particularly generous breakfast, cheese, and desert selection. Rooms are a bit basic but charming, and the bathrooms have been modernized throughout. Close to train and bus connections making it easy to get anywhere you want in the valley.

Highly recommended ! The hotel is very warm. We felt very comfortable all the time, the women’s who run the hotel are very friendly. The rooms are pretty simplistic for the price, but you have to keep in mind that Chamonix is a tourist destination so the prices are higher in general. Everyone working at the hotel is so friendly and kind; we didn’t speak any French but they always endeavored to help us in both English and Spanish, and I even forgot my backpack on the way out and they immediately called and texted me to let me know...
The hotel is run by a nice family, it's located on a quiet residential street, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel and another bus and train stop within less than 10 minute walk. I should start by telling you all that I rated the restaurant here 5 stars. My review is coloured by the simple fact that I regard €400 for a room to be fairly expensive, especially as we stayed 3 nights. This is the sort of charge I would pay for a very high level hotel in the UK with an excellent breakfast and dinner on one night. This made our stay quite expensive and for that I would expect a...
Loved the hotel, the property, the decor, the room, the view and the best croissant I've ever eaten!
The view. One of the most beautiful views of Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains. Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Classic chalet style. The restaurant is extraordinary. The walk to town and back earns and burns calories but if in reasonable shape, very pretty and pleasant. Nice little spa facility also.
Great location (steep hill made us thin even with Savoyard food). Perfectly quiet rooms for sleeping. Great breakfasts. Super close to Brevant/Flegere lifts

A really beautiful hotel with a fair price. It’s close to the bus stop that goes to Geneva, just a 10-minute walk from the train station and only a few minutes from the city center. The pool, jacuzzi, and both dry and wet saunas were excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay!
Location was great , the view from our balcony was beautiful , staff were pleasant , swimming pool and lounge area was good however I was very disappointed with the room hygiene . It's my first time stay at this hotel, even though I come to Chamonix many time. The location is good, the room is good. The hotel staff and restaurant staff are very nice and helpful.
Excellent location A small hotel, but with excellent value for money The service was very good We'll be back
The location was really great and the room was okay. However, the radiator didn't work, so I had to call the front desk every time, which was very inconvenient. The lighting in the room and bathroom was too dark. The breakfast was very ordinary, but expensive. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't go back. One of the best hotels I've been to in the Alps! Strategic location and really luxury facilities! Wow! Breakfast was poor tho. However - amazing experience.

The hotel is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the balcony can see part of the mountain, it is very close to the cable car station, there is a Carrefour supermarket opposite where you can buy some supplies, which is very convenient.
The location, breakfast, and amenities are good. The Chamonix Sud bus stop is close, the road to the city is pretty, and the Edigwimidi(?) gondola is right in front. The room is a bit small for the price, and there were some unpleasant aspects about the cleaning. The swimming pool and sauna are neither too little nor too much, just right. We stayed in an apartment on the first night of this hotel, and in a family room on the second night. The room has a balcony and a relatively large bathroom. We did not use the hotel's spa and pool during our stay because the activity time was a bit conflicting, and children under 13 can only use it from 10 am to 2 pm, so if we want to ski, the children basically can't use it. This is our second year at the Cristal de Jade during summer season in Chamonix, and it did not not disappoint. We have stayed in Chalet A each time, and it's been wonderful. Highlights are the rooms – generous, comfortable, and well-apportioned. Good closet space, and great bathrooms / en suites. (One caution for summertime visitors might be the road noise on the outward facing rooms. We had one...
If you book a room that does not state garden view, it may well be directly facing busy highway. If the weather is hot, and since the rooms do not have aircon, your choice is either a hot or noisy night. This is something the hotel should be more forthcoming. How about installing aircon to the highway facing units? MGM is otherwise a fine property with many positives.
Fantastic 5 nights stay in the 2 bedroom chalet You will find everything you need in it and around it
Loved this property! Great location, comfortable accommodations!
We always love staying at Le Cristal de Jade when visiting Chamonix; it’s our go-to place! The property is beautifully maintained, and the pool area is a wonderful spot to relax after a day out in the mountains. This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s decor is very comfortable and beautiful. The balcony faces the mountains. The location is also extremely convenient. However, what I want to emphasise the most is that the staff here provide the warmth of a loving family, especially the lady at the front desk. I am happy to have stayed here for a few days.

My friend and I loved this charming hotel! Owners and staff were very kind, rooms were impeccably clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom water pressure was strong, and the location was perfect on the main street (took seconds to walk to the bus stop right behind the hotel)!
Rooms are a little dated and the little things would of been nice like a shower head holder and a fridge. Breakfast was a basic continental but did the job. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Can't rate enough. Location in amazing as right next to Chamonix centre bus stop and on the main strip.

It is perfectly located to catch the bus to ski, walk the streets of Chamonix after a day on the slopes and walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Cham. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!
The hotel's property is located right on the main walking street in Chamonix. It is very convenient especially for those who do not have a car. The rooftop spa was fantastic — I really enjoyed it! The restaurant food was also quite good, and the staff were warm and welcoming. However, the room cleanliness needs improvement. There were several strands of hair from the previous guest still stuck on the bathroom wall — hard to miss and frankly quite off-putting. Attention to such details is important and should not be overlooked.

Just want to say a huge thank you to the staff. You assisted in everything and more when we stayed at your superb hotel. The rooms were wow, but it is the human interaction with the staff which really made our stay very special. Love the pool/ spa area- a salt wall!
Exceptional location, outstanding service. As many European hotels, it does not seem to have AC, but this was not a big inconvenience due to the local climate.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Well thought out system for storing skis. Clean and modern rooms. Only down side being slow-draining shower and unreliable elevator. Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend.
We had lunch on a visit to Chamonix. The place is nice and cozy, lots of Ferrari pictures and Italian themed as it was an Italian restaurant. I had the seafood risotto and it was amazing. I highly recommend thos spot but be aware of ski season as it can get packed.

You can hear your neighbors very well. There are no sockets - to charge your phone you have to turn off the TV. There is no refrigerator or air conditioner. There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom. There is no mirror in the room, you have to go to the bathroom all the time ((( Pros: there is a kettle and tea-coffee-sugar on the floor. There is a balcony with flowers and a view. They answer letters...
The location is good, the price is reasonable, and the view from the room is amazing.
The room is clean and tidy. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the room. The scenery is beautiful. It is very convenient to the various ski resorts in Chamonix. There are also various French restaurants, grocery stores and beauty stores nearby.
After the initial anger of not being able to clearly find out from the staff if the hotel has a charging station due to a language barrier, the manager, Isabelle, was skilled enough to calm me down and explain everything to me in a mature, clear and very easy to understand manner. If it wasn't for her communication skills, I wouldn't give this place such high marks. The hotel itself is cosy and comfortable...
I arrived a day late, and I fully understood that my reservation was nonrefundable (we missed a connecting flight). The front desk was very responsive and helpful with advice for our overnight in Geneva, and they were welcoming when we did arrive the following day. We did not try the breakfast (15€pp). The sauna is also charged 15€pp. just fyi. The room was very clean, modern and nicely put together...

Great location and friendly staff 👏
Close to everything Room is in converted mill from 1700’s - cool
NO CAR PARKING. The hotel DO NOT HAVE CAR PARKING. If you are with your car, you have to find a private parking (20 euros/day) or have Lucky enough to find place on the streets for free. The hotel is good, well located and they are Very kind.
Great hospitality The facilities and accommodation are as expected for a 3 star hotel, however the friendliness and hospitality rivals a 5 star. The staff are dedicated and will above and beyond to ensure the guests have everything they need for a great stay. The city centre location of the hotel is perfect for both convenience of shops and restaurants as well as walking distance to both gondolas...
Small room with amazing views in a great location Had a single room during winter & ski season. Clean tiny room but my top floor east facing room #46 had incredible views of the mountains and Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi when it was not cloudy The room had an equally tiny balcony with chair which would be fabulous in warmer weather. Heat was good. Bathroom was nice with a rainfall shower plus...
Perfect! The river next to the hotel is so cool and get free white noise. Very clean. Breakfast was nice. All staff were great.

Beautiful quaint hotel with big rooms an very close to the Main Street. Balcony views to the mountains. Good spread of food for breakfast. Board games, books. Parking is in a nearby parking station - check reception for details
Super hotel right in the centre of Chamonix mont Blanc. Five minute walk to station. All restaurants, bakery and super market close by. View of mont Blanc from one side of the hotel. The breakfast was superb. Remember to check-in at their sister hotel nearby.
Good price but you get what you pay for. Definitely a two star experience. Gets an extra star from me for nice staff and amazing location. Ambient noise from the street all night.
The room is fine just not clean. We found a women underwear (we were only boys in the room)
Small rooms but clean... Close to mountains and have a great view... Preferable for a couple who is looking for a decent and budget hotel..
Very cozy hotel with great service and perfect position for everyone who comes to Chamonix. We stayed 4 nights and we enjoyed our time there.

I believe this was originally a single luxury home converted to an inn. Over the years the owners have spent much effort into brining it up to three star hotel status. They do not appear to stop adding whatever improvements they can. The result is a very charming place with nice amenities and character. Excellent location that might be described as the rim of the town center. The ST. Michel church...
This hotel is the best in terms of owners, staff, kindness, beauty, charm, food, accommodation, helpfulness, and so much more. We consider ourselves very lucky to stay here. The room was charming, and the balcony with it gave us many sublime moments of mountain memories. It was quiet, too, yet central, steps away from the main pedestrian area and shops and restaurants. We already plan to return...
We had a wonderful stay! Philip, the host, was absolutely fantastic – incredibly friendly, full of local knowledge, and genuinely funny. He made the experience feel really personal and welcoming. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, right in the heart of town, which made everything super convenient. There’s on-site parking, which is a huge bonus, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of...
Really enjoyed our stay in resort and this hotel which located just off main shopping and restaurant/bar area. Owners very friendly. Some building work going on during our stay, but managed to get into room after climbing over wet concrete 😀. Thanks owners.👍
The room is very clean, the heating is sufficient, the boss has a very good service attitude and has a very cute puppy. The hotel's balcony has a nice view, the bathroom is clean and large, and there is a small bottle of mineral water prepared in the room. Overall, it is highly recommended. Considering the price, it can be said to be a great value for money!
The property was quaint and the owners were both thoughtful and assisted with all our needs. Perfect location and definitely will be visiting again soon.

Location is good. Hotel staffs are nice especially yang lady helping us changing room. Also man at restaurant was so kind. Room and mood are nice and modern. Room top room we are not familiar and please be careful when making booking. Bathrooms is difficult and not functioning.
Chamo getaway Staff are excellent - central but quiet, good breakfast, good sauna/spa - comfortable and hope to stay again next year
Fab hotel close to everything will definitely be returning. Only bad thing was the lack of light in our room.
It was a much narrower space than I thought. The window was right above the bed, so when I opened the window, a dried, twisted spider fell out and I was surprised. The bathroom was also spacious, and it was a perfect hotel for a one or two-day stay.
>> Management service take a very bold move to give me back all of the expenses. From one-star service to five-star service. They are fully known that they are working in service industry, so one bad experience from client will ruined their business. Thank you Alix for providing good service with good attitude, five-star service. >> MY REVIEW BEFORE ALIX HELP ME My experience at Hotel Le Faucigny...
