Cozy & comfortable room. The hotel also has lovely sitting rooms to enjoy the view. You can leave luggage for only €10 (nice to know if you're hiking the TMB). All the shops are located on the other side of the highway, so you may want to get stocked up first if you're arriving on the bus, but it's not a long walk.

This hotel is clean and tidy. The location is average. It is a bit far from the subway. But there is free parking. We were also given an upgraded room. However, the facilities are a bit simple. There is no refrigerator.

Really beautiful view from the window. Bed was comfy and loved the cabin like vibe! We had some problems with there not being enough towels or hand soap and had to ask numerous times to get that resolved. This was a brilliant hotel to stay at on our recent trip to the French Alps. Really nice, very clean, charming rooms with a ski chalet feel that worked really well. Amazing games room, lovely swimming pool and some of the best views possible. Great service to match the all the other positives.

Honestly where to start?! I am in awe on how well kept this place is. Everything is tight and neat, not just the room itself but all the common areas are super sparkling! Great time staying here. Staff were lovely, enjoyed the Sauna twice. Sauna is a good temperature, unlike some hotels which have them a bit too cold. Absolutely stunning! The staff feels like family and our server Ernest was so sweet. I have had multiple lunches here, played tennis, and enjoyed the pool. We even did a yoga in the garden. Favorite place to relax :)

The hotel is just located next to the bus station. It is great if you will travel to other places by bus. There are some interesting entertainments you can pay to play such as bowling games. If you book a room that does not state garden view, it may well be directly facing busy highway. If the weather is hot, and since the rooms do not have aircon, your choice is either a hot or noisy night. This is something the hotel should be more forthcoming. This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s decor is very comfortable and beautiful. The balcony faces the mountains. The location is also extremely convenient. Authentic Chamonix Hotel! This hotel feels like home in a mountain town and is rich in Chamonix history. I stayed here with my girlfriend in March 2024 on a ski trip. It is perfectly located to catch the bus to ski, walk the streets of Chamonix after a day on the slopes and walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Cham. I stayed 2 nights and I’m in love it’s so beautiful it’s an amazing 3 star hotel. Lots of wardrobe space, no fridge but I put my water in the balcony 😂 ❄️ They lady offered to get me a kettle and they have hot water on the bar in the evening if you want to make a drink. I arrived a day late, and I fully understood that my reservation was nonrefundable (we missed a connecting flight). The front desk was very responsive and helpful with advice for our overnight in Geneva, and they were welcoming when we did arrive the following day. We did not try the breakfast (15€pp). NO CAR PARKING. The hotel DO NOT HAVE CAR PARKING. If you are with your car, you have to find a private parking (20 euros/day) or have Lucky enough to find place on the streets for free. The hotel is good, well located and they are Very kind.

Super hotel right in the centre of Chamonix mont Blanc. Five minute walk to station. All restaurants, bakery and super market close by. View of mont Blanc from one side of the hotel. The breakfast was superb. Remember to check-in at their sister hotel nearby.

Good price but you get what you pay for. Definitely a two star experience. Gets an extra star from me for nice staff and amazing location. Ambient noise from the street all night.

I believe this was originally a single luxury home converted to an inn. Over the years the owners have spent much effort into brining it up to three star hotel status. Really enjoyed our stay in resort and this hotel which located just off main shopping and restaurant/bar area. Owners very friendly. Some building work going on during our stay, but managed to get into room after climbing over wet concrete 😀. Thanks owners.👍

The room is very clean, the heating is sufficient, the boss has a very good service attitude and has a very cute puppy. The hotel's balcony has a nice view, the bathroom is clean and large, and there is a small bottle of mineral water prepared in the room. Overall, it is highly recommended. Considering the price, it can be said to be a great value for money!

The property was quaint and the owners were both thoughtful and assisted with all our needs. Perfect location and definitely will be visiting again soon.

Location is good. Hotel staffs are nice especially yang lady helping us changing room. Also man at restaurant was so kind. Room and mood are nice and modern. Room top room we are not familiar and please be careful when making booking. Bathrooms is difficult and not functioning.

It was a much narrower space than I thought. The window was right above the bed, so when I opened the window, a dried, twisted spider fell out and I was surprised. The bathroom was also spacious, and it was a perfect hotel for a one or two-day stay.
