The stay was quick yet amazing, the view is just in front of the hotel. The bfast buffet was also simple yet delicious, it includes warm food. There is coffee & juice available. There is a (ATM / money withdrawal machine ) available as well in the hotel. The only missing in that stay was the airconditioning (but ofc it is located in the mountains and is known to be a ski hotel) so we totally understand...

Really beautiful view from the window. Bed was comfy and loved the cabin like vibe! We had some problems with there not being enough towels or hand soap and had to ask numerous times to get that resolved. We did try to go to the restaurant but were told they needed more time to prepare which was odd. Still a good stay—we LOVED the indoor pool and the sauna. Breakfast was pretty good in the morning

This was a brilliant hotel to stay at on our recent trip to the French Alps. Really nice, very clean, charming rooms with a ski chalet feel that worked really well. Amazing games room, lovely swimming pool and some of the best views possible. Great service to match the all the other positives.

Honestly where to start?! I am in awe on how well kept this place is. Everything is tight and neat, not just the room itself but all the common areas are super sparkling! If I didn't know better I would think they've opened up a week ago! The interior decoration is thoroughly thought through and just sees to that you feel well and welcome and home within no time. The best experience! We booked this hotel as our base for a photoshoot with around 22 rooms. They went above and beyond to help us with all our wishes & needs. Stayed Sunday 7.14.24 to 7.16.24, two evenings. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious with a picturesque view of the Mountains from the balcony. Our package included breakfast and dinner, the food was amazing!

The room is relatively large compared to other hotels in western countries. Because it is in the mountains, there is heating in the room, the mattress is well supported and clean. The view is unbeatable!

Although it is a bit far from the center of Chamonix, it is nice because it is quiet and offers a better view of the Alps. At first, I called a taxi to go to the accommodation (35 euros), but after that, I took a train called TER for 20 minutes. To pay the fare, simply show the ticket provided by the hotel where you are staying. It's free after all. Riding a mountain train is also a new experience...

We stayed in the hotel as a big group. We celebrated Christmas eve there and all though it was a one night stay. We felt the warmth of the people working in tte Hotel. Very accommodating. One of the best people, they smile and we really did enjoy our stay. We will definitely gonna go back!

We had a wonderful stay just off the TMB, easy to find. Not close to Les Houches, about 15min walk. The dinner was out of this world! We paid for a private sauna and steam room and it was well worth it. Breakfast was expansive. Rooms were in need of updating so I can understand the 3 Star rating, but food and service were very good.

This hotel is centrally located with only a 10-minute walk to the small downtown area of Les Houches. The staff is incredibly helpful and the front desk is staffed during the day light hours, after hours you have to use a code to get into the lobby. I was looking to going skiing alone…a big decision but this holiday was the best decision I made 😊 Claire from the Ski Gathering was absolutely brilliant. She answered all of my questions prior to booking and reassured me throughout… Transports & ski hire was arranged and guidance given to me on how to book the ski passes etc. Food at the hotel was fantastic as-well as the swimming pool and sauna....

I stayed here recently in early March. I was part of a trip organized by The Ski Gathering.. The hotel was excellent and staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Great time staying here. Staff were lovely, enjoyed the Sauna twice. Sauna is a good temperature, unlike some hotels which have them a bit too cold. Table tennis and the bar were good, pool table has room for improvement. They even accommodated a small brekkie for us for our alpine starts on two days. Great views from the hotel.

Absolutely stunning! The staff feels like family and our server Ernest was so sweet. I have had multiple lunches here, played tennis, and enjoyed the pool. We even did a yoga in the garden. Favorite place to relax :)

Stayed here for one night in August on our way back home. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Shower was great. We didn't experience the noise issues that others have spoken about and the self check in was easy too. Self service breakfast was adequate. The food in the evening in the bar was fabulous. Great place to stay. We got bumped here from another Hotel and did not mind at all. Hassle free check-in, helpful staff, breakfast included, bus stops are at the front door (every half hour), good WiFi, Great showers, will store your bags if walking the TMB. I wish we had stayed our first night here as well. Would recommend.

Didn't stay here, but had delicious food and a few drinks in the evenings. We had eaten a few times in Chamonix town centre, but this was far better - really tasty and great value. The burgers are filling, the poke bowls are full of varied vegetables and the Thai red curry was wonderfully spicy

Fourth time I have stayed at le vert, with the lads, with my fiancee, who ever you stay here with you are made to feel more than welcome, like being at home with amazing food and drinks.

We ate at this restaurant twice for an evening meal during our holiday in Chamonix and can thoroughly recommend it. The staff were great and accomadating fitting me and 3 friends in when we were a bit late. The food is a set menu that changes every night and is really good value for money. Great little bar aswell. There is a bus stop right next door that will take you to Geneva, Paris or Annecy, so you don't have to rush out early in the morning. The hotel itself is nice too.

This was a very pleasant stay. The hotel’s decor is very comfortable and beautiful. The balcony faces the mountains. The location is also extremely convenient. Authentic Chamonix Hotel! This hotel feels like home in a mountain town and is rich in Chamonix history. I stayed here with my girlfriend in March 2024 on a ski trip. It is perfectly located to catch the bus to ski, walk the streets of Chamonix after a day on the slopes and walking distance to some of the best restaurants in Cham. We had lunch on a visit to Chamonix. The place is nice and cozy, lots of Ferrari pictures and Italian themed as it was an Italian restaurant. I had the seafood risotto and it was amazing. I highly recommend thos spot but be aware of ski season as it can get packed.

I arrived a day late, and I fully understood that my reservation was nonrefundable (we missed a connecting flight). The front desk was very responsive and helpful with advice for our overnight in Geneva, and they were welcoming when we did arrive the following day. We did not try the breakfast (15€pp). Elias was very helpful! We asked him for restaurant recommendations and he provided several fantastic establishments that we found delightful. Additionally, he helped us manage getting around town to the lift stations to go up to the mountain and ensured we had parking for the duration of our stay. My room was so beautiful and clean. Had the most comfortable stay here, lovely staff too. I would definitely love to return here. The only little complaint I had was that I had asked for vegan butter couple of times from the reception as I had paid for breakfast but they didn’t really put the effort in finding any I guess. The options were limited but everything else made up for it.

It was great! The vibe, the decor, areas within the property. Breakfast a must have. The minus is the shower, small, very small, but not enough to change my opinion that is a place to stay.

Spend 3 nights with family. Beautiful and fun hotel. Lots of food options and entertainment. Ski shop for rentals and ski passes is a huge bonus. Few min walk to downtown village and all the shopping and restaurants.

The staff were so helpful gave great advice and seemed genuinely happy to be there and made any reasonable accommodation to make their customers comfortable. The area around had good amenities shops and restaurants. Will definitely and happily return.

Wonderful stay We requested Mountain View’s which were stunning and quieter than lower rooms. Spacious living and sleeping arrangement, even with our own Christmas tree. Excellent stay. Everything we needed. The view of Mont Blanc was really good, and the location is excellent. The only slight negative was we found the upstairs to be really warm, almost uncomfortably warm during the night.

I was traveling for work at Pointe Isabelle for the first time two weeks ago, with a group of Brazilians. Everything was perfect! The accommodations, the restaurant, the breakfast, all the service, especially from Cassandra and Jacob! Very attentive, answered all my questions (I don't speak French) and helped me resolve some unusual details. Thank you immensely! I will certainly be back!

Beautiful hotel in Chamonix. Front desk was very friendly and allowed luggage storage before and after our tour. This is a G Adventures affiliate hotel, so lots of tour travelers coming through. No refrigerators or air conditioning the room. So ask the front desk to store your temperature sensitive items. And for a fan during hotter days. We had a lovely 2-night stay at Pointe Isabelle in Chamonix. The hotel has a fantastic central location- just a short walk from the train station, with easy access to the main streets, lifts, and some beautiful hiking trails. The room was modern, clean, and sort of quiet considering how close it is to everything. Only downside - the blue light coming into the room from the terrace is very unpleasant...

We stayed at this lovely hotel in Chamonix at the beginning of September, in room 205 this time. The first time was last year! We highly recommend places like this if you’re looking for authenticity. Really nice hotel in the heart of Chamonix centre. Nice interior design in the room we lived in and apparently PERFECT noice isolation, because we were not once disturbed by the best after ski Chamonix has to offer just two floors below our window. The personnel was greasy and offered first class service and the food was magnificent.

Stayed at this gem of a hotel, not far from the main train station and 10 min walk to the bus terminal. A very good location, shops and restaurants are a plenty. The hotel is quite ok and we had a fairly big room, bed was comfy, decor was ok, bathroom a little antiquated, breakfast was ok but the dining room was dimly lit.

I recently stayed in the Langley Hotel Gustavia when visiting Chamonix. My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the service and food was very good. I would definitely consider staying here again at this hotel.

The location is great. The staff are friendly but their local knowledge & advice is weak. The hotel appears to have recently been refurbished as it smells a little of paint & all the furnishings appear new. However, the refurbishment, furniture & design is simply not fit for purpose. The bed/matteress is way too soft & very uncomfortable. The so called double bed is actually 2 single beds pushed together...

Lovely hotel located opposite Chamonix Mont Blanc train station. Fantastic staff and a good breakfast is available from the restaurant attached to the hotel. The rooms are lovely and we were lucky to have a balcony with a mountain view. Lovely furnishings and fantastic bathroom.

What an amazing stay for our first trip to Chamonix. We had the 3 bed room which was perfect for us. Everything was spot on. Location of hotel is exceptional and so easy to get everywhere. Finally, Enrique on reception was excellent. So helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, really made the visit extra special. Would definitely look to book again

I had an amazing stay at Auberge du Manoir in Chamonix! The staff were exceptional — warm, friendly, and always willing to help. My room was excellent, with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. I loved my stay at Hameau Albert 1er. We had a cottage-style room with a fireplace and balcony with a view of the mountain (room #10). The vibe at the hotel, with its garden and mountain, made it so relaxing and homely. At the same time, the reception area and living room gave us a feel of luxury. We stayed at the suite apartment. It was cozy. They have a beautiful complex which is spread across. They have lovely electric cycles which we took to the market and was very convenient. Wonderful breakfast.
