citizenM Gare de Lyon Hotel

During my recent trip to Paris, I had the pleasure of staying at the CitizenM Hotel near Gare de Lyon, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The rooms were modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable with a large king-size bed and smart technology that allowed me to control the lighting, temperature, and even the curtains right from an iPad. The design was sleek and stylish, making my stay feel both luxurious and cozy.

What stood out most was the warm and friendly service from the staff, who were always ready to help with recommendations and made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. I also loved spending time in the communal lounges and enjoying a refreshing drink at the rooftop bar with stunning city views. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and convenient transport links. I highly recommend CitizenM for anyone looking for a trendy, comfortable, and well-located hotel experience in Paris.

Everything’s fine, only the luggage storage is limited only to 12 hours at day time

Very new hotel equiped with ipad to control everything. The best one is the strating time of breakfast from 06:30 a.m. so that we could sufficient time to finish our breakfast before heading metro staion to Nord station for immigration process to UK.

The layout of the bed is landscape and could not straighten my legs have to shift. The room is controlled by smart system. You just need to use iPad to control air conditioning and lights and even night mode

Everything was great! The hotel is clean, the location is nice and most importantly it is safe, it is easy to reach places to visit. Also, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

looked different from pictures,… estate is on the slightly older side and rooms are not as sizeable as imagined. lifts are tough to operate, requires holding the door open before you can step in, and it’s really cramped too (2 pax + 2 luggages). to get to the lift there is a small flight of stairs. room doors are light and not too sound proof. however, hotel is good location from major train station Lyon perrache where you can select if coming in from paris.

Lea and Harper not only helped us with our booking beforehand but continued to provide outstanding support throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well-cared-for. The staff as a whole were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making our experience even more memorable.

The generous portions and high-quality ingredients left us looking forward to it every morning. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough; it is an ideal choice for anyone seeking a five-star experience in both service and hospitality.
