Fantastic experience! Being a hotel general manager in Asia myself, it’s not often that I’m impressed by a hotel, but this hotel is different! Easy self check-in and -out. Great design all around. A room that works with everything in the right place and an app to control everything. Great bed & shower. A cozy living room/restaurant with nice food. Great location next to the metro/train station. Overall a great experience and well done to the people who designed it and execute on a daily basis. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our time at the Citizen M. I was initially skeptical about the small size of the rooms, but it was perfect for us and our short stay in Paris before heading to the French Riviera. The staff made the experience for us, they were absolutely incredible. At the front desk, Lea was amazing with giving us directions and secret spots to visit (go try the madeleines at Blue Sucre, they were mouthwatering!) and checked back in with us asking how our days were each time we saw her, which was so sweet. At the bar, we loved talking to Christina and the rest of the team!

The hotel is modern and comfortable. The room was a little worn out, and the location wasn't our favorite, a little rough around the edges. But we loved the experience enough to want to try another Citizen M for our next trip!

Very clean, very convenient location, super comfortable bed, room control system from iPad, very fast self-check-in and check-out system. Excellent breakfasts. Lots of beautiful public spaces. Beautiful views from the windows if you take the high floor.

The rooms are just super! Very stylish and well thought out rooms.

Awesome hotel! The service is super. The rooms are not for families with children, but if you are traveling alone or as a couple, this is an ideal option. It has been said by everyone who can, but control from an iPad is an extremely comfortable thing :) (but it’s better to additionally set an alarm clock on your phone, it didn’t work for us!) The breakfasts are pleasant, special thanks for the luxurious coffee, the softest croissants and freshly squeezed orange juice. Everyone understands you in English without any problems, is very friendly and will help you at any time of the day or night (we needed a second blanket at one in the morning, for example). We were here for 4 nights, probably covered all the shifts at the reception and restaurant, it was very pleasant to communicate with each of the staff! In Charles de Gaules it was a little more convenient for them, because there was the opportunity to buy dinner there, but this is not critical - there is everything around, from good French restaurants to Turkish duners. I won’t talk about the location, everything can be seen on the map ;) Almost everything is very easy to get to on foot or by metro.

Best hotel within this budget. The room are slick and functional, the shared area are well-designed and welcoming. The staff is super helpful and has a great vibe. Citizen M is one of the most popular trendy Hotel branch on the market and this flagship is no exception to it ! Loved my stay with you guys. Thanks a lot.

This was our second stay at this location. This time we had a total of 3 rooms. The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance of several restaurants. The majority of the staff were very helpful. The restaurant and bar were both outstanding.
The only opportunity was the rooms. We booked higher floor rooms with views of the Eiffel Tower, which all three had. One of our rooms was handicap accessible for my mother, which worked out great. Surprisingly, the other room, which was next door, was also roomier. Our third room was on another floor and was a standard size. When we went downstairs to see if any other corner rooms were available (was willing to pay for upgrade), the lady at the front desk explained that all of the rooms were the same size and only the layout is different. There was a clear difference in the sizes. We can understand if she'd taken the approach that no other corner rooms were available, but it was sorta insulting to insist that all of the rooms are the exact same size.

Our go to hotel whenever in Paris. Far enough from all the tourist attractions to have cheaper rates but right next to the train station that gives you easy access to anywhere in Paris. Rooms are small but clean, quiet, and pretty high above the traffic.
