citizenM Gare de Lyon Hotel

From start to finish, the level of service and hospitality at this hotel exceeded all expectations. Lea and Harper not only helped us with our booking beforehand but continued to provide outstanding support throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well-cared-for. The staff as a whole were incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, making our experience even more memorable.

The hotel’s amenities were top-notch, blending modern technology with convenience and comfort. The check-in process was seamless with easy-to-use computers, and the in-room tablets provided quick communication with the staff and allowed for complete control of room settings, adding to the overall convenience. The room itself was immaculately clean, spacious, and stylishly designed, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and functionality.

Breakfast was a true highlight, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. The generous portions and high-quality ingredients left us looking forward to it every morning. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough; it is an ideal choice for anyone seeking a five-star experience in both service and hospitality.

Staff is amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was superb!! Hotel location is great and right beside Gare de Lyon. Room was very small but come on, it’s Paris! We’ll definitely be back.

As always, our stay at citizenM was great. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Above all, the staff are friendlier and more helpful than in any other hotel. Everything is very uncomplicated. The hotel is exceptional in its design. The rooms are beautifully furnished and the location is, as always, excellent. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Very spacious and clean room. Bed is comfortable and very well made. Our view is very scenic facing the seine river. Location is superb-very near train stations. Breakfast is excellent - heaps of varieties. Free water and free bread to take back in room. Staff is very helpful. Seeing them smile all the time makes the hotel welcoming. The lounge is very cute to hang out. We felt very safe all throughout our stay. We were allowed to store our luggage for several hours while we stroll around Paris. Shout out to Montse and Agnes👏

We visited paris in the month if august and i am soo glad that we got to stay in citizen M with such an amazing staff. It was my brother in law’s birthday and the entire staff was soo helpful that they helped us in giving supplies like the card, balloons and even the speaker. They kept the restaurant open till 12:30 so that we could celebrate the birthday with eiffel tower view. The rooms and lounge were top notch. Really thankful to Titi for helping us. You helped us make a memory that we wont forget.

Fantastic experience! Being a hotel general manager in Asia myself, it’s not often that I’m impressed by a hotel, but this hotel is different! Easy self check-in and -out. Great design all around. A room that works with everything in the right place and an app to control everything. Great bed & shower. A cozy living room/restaurant with nice food. Great location next to the metro/train station. Overall a great experience and well done to the people who designed it and execute on a daily basis. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our time at the Citizen M. I was initially skeptical about the small size of the rooms, but it was perfect for us and our short stay in Paris before heading to the French Riviera. The staff made the experience for us, they were absolutely incredible. At the front desk, Lea was amazing with giving us directions and secret spots to visit (go try the madeleines at Blue Sucre, they were mouthwatering!) and checked back in with us asking how our days were each time we saw her, which was so sweet. At the bar, we loved talking to Christina and the rest of the team!

The hotel is modern and comfortable. The room was a little worn out, and the location wasn't our favorite, a little rough around the edges. But we loved the experience enough to want to try another Citizen M for our next trip!

Very clean, very convenient location, super comfortable bed, room control system from iPad, very fast self-check-in and check-out system. Excellent breakfasts. Lots of beautiful public spaces. Beautiful views from the windows if you take the high floor.
