One of the oldest hotels in the city (the building was erected in 1862 by), absorbing all the best from modern technological delights and redesigned, but retaining its magical aura in this place a magical link connecting the era. The rooms are decorated in a wonderful harmonious colours blue, red and gold hues and adorned with beautiful paintings from the world of Opera. Of the 80 rooms have views of the Opera house. My stay at the InterContinental Paris had its pros and cons. The room was **extremely small**, especially for the price, which was disappointing. However, the **outstanding service**—particularly from **Emmula during breakfast**—completely changed my impression.
He was **so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful**, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Thanks to him,I tried the **hot milk**, which was honestly **the best I’ve ever had at any InterContinental worldwide**. Without his warmth, my experience wouldn’t have been nearly as positive.
Yes, the rooms are cramped and overpriced, but **staff like Emmula make this hotel special**. Because of him,I’d even consider returning—this time, **with my mom**. If InterContinental invests in more space while keeping such amazing employees, it’d be perfect!
We expected so much more from a prestigious hotel like Le Grand.
The concierge team was incredible helpful though, I must point that out. They helped us with sight seeing and restaurant recommendations.
The location of the hotel is quite lovely but if you want good service, (and that too as a person of colour), might I suggest any of the other hotels in the same area?
Don’t think we will be staying here again.
Breathtaking in Architekture and designs . Magnificent halls. (even a chic sheikh from the Emirates hold weddings there) and luxurious lounges restaurants and rooms.
