The hotel is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, although the view is somewhat partially blocked by another hotel. The room was very nice, with adequate hanging space and shelves for our clothes, and serviced every day. Breakfasts were comprehensive and plenty of choice from both hot and cold options. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and it's very friendly staff.

Everything was good.
Great location, next to the Eiffel tower, services. The air conditioning worked very well, which is rare in European hotels.
Only on the last day they didn't clean our room, even though I had asked the reception in advance.

Good location close to effiel tower but the rooms need renovating especially the bathrooms which felt like you were on a boat. We went to reception as we felt our room wasn't clean and staff were very friendly and got us a new room right away however it was the same.
Lovely reception area, friendly staff and good location but for the price the hotel really needs a renovation. Wouldn't stay again as didn't feel hygienic

This location was perfect for our short stay. Our room was neat and clean as well as a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. We were just steps away from everything we wanted to see while visiting this beautiful, iconic city.

Our visit from 6/20 to 6/25/24 was delightful. The room was ready for check-in when we arrived at 2:00 PM. The room size was perfect for the two of us, and the location was ideal. The room was consistently clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff were friendly and responsive. Our view included a lovely tree outside, where we observed pigeons moving about. Additionally, the Eiffel Tower came into view just a few steps from the lobby. A short 6-minute walk allowed us to see the tower in all its glory! Overall, it was a fantastic location.

Hotel lobby is well taken care of and nice. Staff was pleasant at checkin/checkout. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety and staff was pleasant. However, even though the location was perfect for walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions the room was lacking and dirty. There were stains on the wall, door was cracked, and there was oblivious water damage for the tub leaking. This was brought to the attention of the staff and they apologized but nothing was done. We also called down to reception for more toilet paper and they said housekeeping would bring some up but never came, so we had to go retrieve it ourselves. If/when we return to Paris we will most certainly not be using this hotel again.

The hotel was a few steps from the Eiffel Tower and walking distance to many other touristic attraction. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice.
The room with the Eiffel Tower view was nice, but unfortunately, we can only see the top of the tower from the room. Overall very satisfied with the hotel!

Traveled with my husband and teen boys. They had the pull out couch and we had a room with a door! Very nice. AND a view (while a little obstructed by the Pullman Hotel) of the Eiffel Tower! Very comfortable for our 2 night stay but you definitely pay for the location! But so easy to walk to the Eiffel Tower and right next to the metro!

We wanted close proximity to the Eiffel Tower and to see it from our room which was fantastic, our curtains didn’t get closed. We appreciated the free juices and water daily but didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the food offered as there’s no room service. Reception staff helpful and friendly.

Let me tell you about our stay... So, we arrived at around noon, hoping to maybe snag an early check-in, but no luck. We ended up hanging around until after 3pm, constantly bugging them for updates on when our room would be ready.
And when we finally got into our so-called 'prestige room' with a view of the Eiffel Tower, we were seriously let down. The bed was a cramped full-size, and the room was so tiny, we couldn't even spread out properly or fully unpack. The only saving grace? Yup, you guessed it – the view got a single star.
But that's not all. Outlets? Few and inconveniently placed. And don't even get me started on the air conditioner – it might as well have been a fan. We ended up sweaty and uncomfortable all night, especially after we had to open the window, which let in an unwelcome visitor – a wasp!
Oh, and the bathroom situation? Total nightmare. Two separate rooms, one for the toilet and the other for showering and handwashing. Seriously inconvenient. We even tried to switch rooms that same night, willing to sacrifice the Eiffel Tower view, but they insisted we were already in their 'biggest room.'
Overall, not the Parisian dream we were hoping for, that's for sure.
