The interaction I had with the Manager have been of a rare and very high standard quality, with respect and understanding ! humanity.

A true value for money! Very polite staff and excellent location. The rooms are recently renovated.

Very welcoming and hospitable staff. The room was very clean, the maid put it back into perfect condition every day. Also, of my God the shower is so good!
The location is great because it's close to a lot of good restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Also, night life is but 15min walk away. The metro station is 3min walk away, so prime access.

A small sweet hotel. Reception staff exceptionally nice. Rooms are relatively big, with a fan and a kettle with tea/coffee.
Comfy beds and windows that open with flowers on the railing
World smallest elevator, probably, which is an experience in itself.
Continental breakfast is fine, Nespresso machine in Lobby
Location is excellent, close to metro, shopping and many many restaurants.

Loved the hotel. Really clean, concierge was amazing, coffee bar in room, helpful people. Only issue was rooms were a little thin when you could hear others through the room but we sorted it with playing a little music in our room. Slept really well and the beds were soft. Towels were clean and fresh. Location was walkable to many of the tourist attractions and amazing restaurants nearby. Supermarket is also nearby

Great Hotel! Always stay here when we are in Paris for the rugby. Friendly welcome and always looked after. In a very quiet area but centrally located for easy access to the rest of Paris.

I would strongly recommend against this hotel, due to the appalling staff. Never been spoken to in such a rude way before and severe lack of communication between staff. Discovered my bathroom had a sewage leak and after explaining (in French) was told to get over it or leave the hotel.

Calm. Nicest people who run it. Best hotel in the charming Cité Bergère which is just off the Grands Boulevards. Lively theatre area full of old arcades ,pubs , restaurants and ambiance. The Hotel des Arts is clean,charming and a boutique hotel. Unfortunately often booked out so book ahead.

Very good location, plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and trustworthy. The only down side is the wifi in my room on first floor is quite poor, barely had signal.

Nice place, sufficiently out of the way that it won't be too noisy, but also less than 5min from the nearest metro stop. A good location in general, with Cafe's, restaurants etc. In the vicinity. Wifi works mostly, and there's a 24h reception desk.
