We loved our stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. The room had every facility and was very clean. Staff at the hotel were always available whenever we needed anything or had a question. I wouldn’t read too much into the negative reviews because honestly, we had an amazing time and didn’t experience a single problem. Best part of our stay was the warm and friendly staff. The location was amazing, metro station and buses were 3 to 4 minutes walk from the hotel and plenty of restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this hotel and I know for sure I will be back here. Thank you to the entire time for making our stay so memorable

We had a great stay at The Paris Art Hotel. The Hotel was in a great location, close to two metro stations, which made it easy to get wherever we needed to go. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were small (it’s Paris so we knew this coming in), but were very clean and updated. The bathroom was beautiful. If we were to come back to Paris, I would stay here again!

Between July 23 and 29, we stayed at the Paris Art Hotel.
-The location of the hotel was excellent; we were able to reach many places on foot.
-Although the hotel is in a lively part of the city, the sound insulation was very good, so we had no issues with noise.
-The staff were polite and friendly.
-The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the dark, light-blocking curtains were perfect for a good night’s sleep.
The room was modern and designed to meet all needs.
In short, thanks to the Paris Art Hotel team, we enjoyed a wonderful stay that made our Paris trip even better. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Such a great beautiful boutique hotel in the Latin quarter. We had a great time! The reception service by Robin was fantastic! Great value for money as well. The neighborhood is lovely with tons of restaurants, cafes and obviously many outstanding bakeries nearby. Overall, highly recommended we will definitely come back!

We had a great experience at this hotel. I traveled
with a friend and we had a family room, which was actually 2 rooms connected by a common entry way, all doors individually locked but could easily be opened with door stops. It was the perfect amount of space for us. The rooms were nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. Everyone there treated us as guests in their home... wonderful staff. The breakfast was perfect for our needs, nice assortment of br beads, pastries, and hot foods. The hotel is in a wonderful spot. There is a bato bus stop just on the other side of the university which was great and it is a 3 minute walk to 2 metro stops and a 5 minute walk to the Seine. Very safe area . I would definitely stay again!

This location is very convenient for travel, and the room is not too small for a 3-star hotel in Paris! I booked a total of 3 nights, but the hotel insisted that they only received one night's room fee and the other two nights had to be paid now. Finally, I negotiated with Ctrip, and Ctrip refunded the fee and the difference in price on site, and finally I paid at the hotel! I am very satisfied with how Ctrip handled this matter! !

The hotel is very, very comfortable, The rooms are nice and clean. It is wonderfully situated near The Pantheon, Notre Dame, la Sorbonne. The only problem is breakfast. Food is fine, but it doesn't get replaced when it finishes, you never find a clean table because all remains messy for hours, cups for tea and coffee are the same, there is no selection of teas on the buffet. The personnel is nice, but there should probably be more of them
