We were extremely disappointed with out stay at this hotel. The room was basically a shoebox, extremely tiny and nothing like what was advertised, the sink was so tiny that when you wash your face, water spills all over the floor. . After a long day of exploring in cold weather, you’d expect to come back to a cozy room, but instead it felt cramped and uncomfortable. To make things worse, there was a lot of dust under the bed and even on the bedside table, which made the room feel poorly maintained.

The hotel also has the strangest policy: you’re required to leave your room key at the front desk every time you go out. Their reasoning was that people lose their keys and it’s needed for emergencies, which honestly sounds ridiculous. When I said I preferred to keep my key, the woman at the desk asked if I was afraid they would steal from me.....completely unprofessional and unnecessary.

When we checked out, there was no one at the desk. We waited around 6–7 minutes but were told they had gone outside. We had a train to catch, so we had to leave. I was told I’d receive a receipt/invoice by email, but I never got anything.

Do not book this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable, pleasant stay. The overall experience was disappointing, and there are far better options for the same price.

Tiny, not nice nothing to like about this place except it’s close to the metro. $200usd per night you can get a very nice airbnb in the city.

Convenient location near the gardens and RER B line to get to CDG airport.

But mattress is rock solid with a valley in the middle. Tough to get good rest.

Shower takes about 10 minutes to heat up for any hot water.

I chose this hotel thinking it wasn’t too far from the Luxembourg Gardens, but in reality it was quite a distance. It also requires a fair walk from the nearest station, so the location isn’t very convenient.

The hotel itself is very small, and the room only had a rather compact double bed, leaving no real space to relax. The bathroom was also extremely small, with only a nearly finished roll of toilet paper and no tissues provided. The walls seemed thin, as sounds from neighbouring rooms could be heard clearly.

While Paris hotels are often known for having small rooms, this one felt particularly cramped. The small fridge in the room was, however, a helpful feature.

Overall, it's kind of OK: a very basic hotel that could benefit from some simple improvements. There's very little that seems professional about it. The most annoying things were the fact that there was no shower cabin, just a curtain, making the bathroom a wetroom for no reason. After a shower, the whole floor is wet, which is awful until it dries. And apparently there is no housekeeping – or maybe you have to specifically request it, but that wasn't made clear anywhere. There's also a strange policy of leaving your keycard at the desk when leaving, which I've not encountered anywhere else in the the dozens of hotels I've stayed in. They don't require any ID to collect it – the man who handed back my keycard had never seen me before, for instance.

I like the hotel location, but room 6 was not great. It was a room for handicapped (which is great for the Hotel to offer one), but the shower in the bathroom only had a shower curtain and the water just went all over the floor! Pretty dangerous to walk around the bathroom on a wet floor between the toilet & the sink! When I questioned the room, I was told I wanted a big bed?? All other rooms had large beds. Plus it’s on the 1st floor right by the entrance, not too much privacy!

Nice and clean hotel
Near the metro which is convenient

Crazy strong cleaning smell in the room like toxins. Wouldn’t go away even after opening window. Did not look like photos. You might be on the ground floor, a couple steps from the check in desk. There are hundreds of other hotels at the same price point that are much much nicer.

AWFUL! Chemical cleaning smell that did not go away, maybe to mask the typical Parisian smelly sink drains but it was way too strong. They have rooms that are steps away from the front desk, ground floor, so you have the noise from anyone in the lobby but also people walking by. This should be a storage closet. Doesn’t look like the photos. There were many hotels in this price I was kicking myself for picking this only bc it was near a crepe place I liked.

Very good budget option in a historic hotel, comfortable bed, kettle, beauty in everything
