The hotel is in a very good location, in 30 minutes walking distance to town and close to the catacombs (5 mins). The staff is very nice and they took care of all our needs and answered all our questions. The rooms were clean and equipped with a comfy bed. The main room had a little less space to store stuff and the bathroom was a bit small, but for tourism over the weekend this is fine. The public transport is close to the metro station is basically across the street, the train to CDG within 10 mins walking distance.

The hotel is very good value and it is not everyday you can sleep at the hotel where Satie, Man Ray, Duchamp had stayed! I made a mistake on the reservation and the staff and management where very cooperative and helpful.

Very cute hotel in a great location. Quiet and clean, which is what we were looking for. The rooms are very small (see picture of the smallest sink I have even seen) which was expected given how tiny the hotel is. Would have been 5 stars if one of the two rooms did not have two major issues: broken AC and shower door. The other room we had did not have this issue though. We did not complain since we spent just one night and the shower was usable and the temperature in the room was ok. Recommended for a short visit, given it is cheaper than closeby alternatives.

We stayed there for a extended weekend. Location is an amazing bonus very close to metro station. When we arrived we didn't even get a hello from the man at the reception, just gave us a card to the room and said its there. You would expect basic info about check out and any services avaialable like brekfast etc. Coffee at the reception you had to pay for it as a guest but dissapointing. Rooms very clean but basic, mini bar I wouldn't call it exists it was a kettle and 2 sachets of tea.and cofee each thats it. I would probably pick different place next time.

Poor bed in a tiny room. Service below average. It is not a good choice except when for a cheap price.

A great hotel, in montparnass, big rooms, friendly staff.
Had some maintanance issues with the elevator and inside the room as well but all in all very good. There is air con in the rooms which is super important.

Very nice small hotel. Recently renovated, very clean, comfortable though lacking some final touch and a bit of maintanance. The stuff is super kind and helpful. Internet and everything else work perfectly. Bathrooms are tiny, but fully functional, super clean and more than enough. The location is AMAZING!!! For the price this could be one of best deals in Paris.

Nice little hotel not to far from the train station. Good for a night or two if you spend most of your time in the city.

Room is clean and spacious but the bathroom is definitely too small. There's water everywhere after having used the tap of the sink.
