Absolutely incredible! Room was perfect, have to mention how amazing the front desk staff were in all regards!! View from the front door was amazing and the view from the rooftop is even more so! Location was absolutely perfect as well, plenty to walk to and easy access to the metro. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Paris. Cannot emphasize enough how kind and helpful the front desk was, will absolutely be coming back!!

Stayed here while on business and loved it. Staff is friendly, the room was amazing, clean, large, modern. Location was also great, near Eiffel Tower. Breakfast included, and it was decent.

Beautiful hotel. Nice room. Property was very clean. Air conditioning was a welcome plus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. Metro stations are nearby too.

I have never wanted to give more than 5 stars but this hotel deserves 10 stars. My first stay at a Canopy property and I am 100% very committed to returning to this hotel.

My experience at the Hilton Canopy hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The rooms were not only clean and spacious but also boasted modern, sleep-friendly designs that ensured a comfortable stay. The staff members were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any requests I had, making me feel truly valued as a guest.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s medium-sized gym, which allowed me to maintain my fitness routine even while traveling. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise, offering a wide array of delicious options that provided excellent value for money.

The hotel’s location couldn’t be better, as it is situated right by the iconic Eiffel Tower, allowing for easy access to one of Paris’s most famous landmarks. Furthermore, the surrounding neighborhood is brimming with charming cafes and restaurants, providing plenty of opportunities to indulge in the city’s renowned culinary scene.

Overall, I highly recommend the Hilton Canopy hotel for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Paris. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this hotel truly exceeds expectations in every aspect.

We just returned to the states after a four night stay at the Canopy Paris. Incredible doesn’t really do it justice. The hotel itself is amazing. It’s new, has all the bells and whistles and they have thought of everything. Rooms are well appointed and wonderfully comfortable. We had a balcony room and enjoyed coming back after a full day exploring the city, opening the balcony door and grabbing a small rest before heading out for dinner. The service team is kind and helpful with recommendations. Ruslana was super helpful in getting our two rooms close to each other. Thank you. We enjoyed their daily breakfast and our morning coffees and a nightly beverage at the bar. And the location! It’s pretty amazing to walk out the front door each day and see the Eiffel Tower staring back at you. Also be sure to checkout the rooftop restaurant. Unmatched views of the city and Eiffel Tower and great bites and drinks.

We had a positive experience at this Hilton property. The location is really fantastic being a very short walk from the metro and reasonable walking distance from several popular tourist stops. We had a double twin room which was pretty comfortable for two people. The hotel quickly accommodated our request for additional hangers since closet/drawer space is limited for two people. We enjoyed dinner on the rooftop which has a great view of the Eiffel tower.

Other things we liked were the filtered water available to refill bottles on the first floor and the shower was nice and big and the water pressure was great!

A couple items I noted that I didn't like:
-the toilet closet is separate from the rest of the bathroom and had no trash bin.
-the breakfast was very over priced for what is offered. €38 euro per person for some pastries and coffee. And no option do to a la carte, which I asked if that was available and they said yes but then charged us €76 for two croissants, a latte, and a tea. Skip the breakfast and walk down the street to any patisserie.
-we had a room facing the street on the first floor and the cigarette smoke from people smoking out front would stink up our room.
-house keeping did not respect the privacy sign the first day and serviced our room despite the sign.

I was also surprised that the television in the rooms were not smart TVs and had no ability to cast from another device. Much cheaper hotels have better TVs. So if you don't speak fluent French, your viewing options will be very limited.

Despite those misgivings, I would stay here again.

Good Hilton Experience. There is some French vibe in the hotel. The breakfast is rather small compared to for example Warsaw or Vienna. The rooms are nice and modern, but less functional. There are almost no closets. If you are going to stay longer it might be inconvenient. Apart from that everything is fine. The service is very nice, the hotel is clean, and the location is perfect. The Eiffel's tower is just around the corner. The pricing is well... Paris pricing.

Breakfast is a disaster. Paying anything for it is a rip off.

Great location near the Eiffel Tower, the rooftop is amazing especially the view (see photo). Rooms were nicely sized and everything was very clean. As a Diamond member, breakfast was included. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we ever had at a Hilton. Staff was super friendly and we would definitely recommend.

Cannot say enough about how grateful we are to the warm and friendly hotel staff. The front desk helped us to find a doctor at 2am for our sick kid and saved our family vacation. Checked with us right after the doctor left to make sure we have all we need and even sent a gift stuffy for the sick little one to cheer her up. Our extended families took 2 rooms, one king bed room and one junior suite. Very modern, sleek interior design and the room is so spacious! The hotel beats our expectation all the ways. If there’s anything I personally had hoped it could be better is that they offer a refillable glass pitcher in room and you’ll have to get down to the lobby to for filtered water. But it’s a good little exercise and no one in my group complained about it. We’ll come back for our next stay in Paris.
