The location is very good. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the room terrace. It takes ten minutes to walk to the observation deck. You pass by the popular cafe. The hotel staff is also very good and polite. There are supermarkets, pharmacies and Chinese restaurants nearby.

Extremely conveniently located near the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. You get a nice view of the Eiffel Tower at night from the hotel’s terrasse. The room was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Love the scent of the hotel.

The rooms are spacious, which is a rare find in Paris, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. If you’re looking for a quieter stay, I recommend booking a room facing the courtyard.

The rooftop bar is absolutely amazing, with stunning views that make it a must-visit during your stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which added to the overall experience.

The restaurant serves great food, and breakfast had plenty of options, but I did notice some dirty glasses with lipstick marks at the buffet. Not a big deal, but something to improve on.

Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel in Paris, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The room is big and the price is expensive. After all, in Paris, the Eiffel Tower can be seen on the road. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the Eiffel Tower viewing platform. The subway is about 200 meters away from the hotel. The transportation is very convenient. Western breakfast, the restaurant is clean and beautiful.
Service: The Swedish girl at the front desk is very beautiful and the service attitude is good

We had an amazing experience at Canopy by Hilton Trocadero! The location is ideal, just steps away from some of Paris’s most iconic attractions, and the views of the Eiffel Tower from both our room and the rooftop were breathtaking. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, setting a great start to each day.

The staff was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and cared for, even accommodating special requests effortlessly. My husband and I had a fantastic babymoon in Paris this year, staying at the Canopy by Hilton Paris Trocadero. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a quiet room with a breathtaking view and received a complimentary breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect—just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and other attractions. A Dream Ending to Our Parisian Adventure at Hilton Paris Trocadero

Our two-week journey through France culminated in a stay at the Hilton Paris Trocadero, and it was nothing short of spectacular. While we loved every place we stayed, this hotel experience was the true highlight.

From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and informed of an exciting upgrade. But nothing could have prepared us for what awaited us in room 621. The upgrade was beyond our expectations—this was not just a room; it was a two-story masterpiece complete with a spiral staircase. The crowning jewel? Our very own private terrace on the rooftop, boasting panoramic views of Parisian rooftops and the iconic Eiffel Tower. Our jaws dropped, and we were left utterly stunned by the beauty and luxury of it all.

But the magic didn’t stop there. Every interaction with the staff was delightful, and their attentiveness made us feel like the most special guests in the city. The morning buffet was another highlight, offering an array of delicious options that started our days perfectly.

This stay was the perfect conclusion to what we thought would be a once-in-a-lifetime trip to France. But after such an unforgettable experience, we know one thing for sure—we’ll be back. Thank you, Hilton Paris Trocadero, for making our Parisian dream a reality.

Fantastic location, building and staff. I am a long-time Hilton customer for business travel, but this was my first time at the Hilton Canopy brand and the first time I have used Hilton for a vacation stay. The experience was excellent. Room: I stayed in room 604 - Premium King Room with Private Terrace. The room was spacious, modern, comfortable and well decorated. The built-in USB outlets and 110 to 240 volt outlet in the bathroom were a big convenience. The room was quiet and the view over the rooftops of Paris was very cozy. Amenities: The Canopy brand is tastefully decorated in a modern style - this is reflected in the lobby, dining room and bar, which all flow together into a large open space. There is a paid parking garage with an elevator that goes directly from the garage to the guestroom floors, lobby and rooftop. The rooftop is really the main feature of this hotel. About 360 degrees of Paris views, including the Eiffel Tower. Less than 1km away from here you can enjoy views of the Eiffel Tower. The food and drinks on the rooftop, restaurant and room service were very good, including a variety of cheeses, meats and fish. Location: As noted, less than 1km from the Eiffel Tower, the location is very good. There is a Trocadero metro station and taxi rank within a 2 minute walk. There are plenty of cafes, shops and other amenities such as pharmacies in the surrounding area. I found it very easy to navigate all the major tourist spots in Paris. I also rented a car for the day. The location made it easy to get from the city to Normandy and back. And the garage was a welcome feature. Lastly, I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Every person I interacted with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. From restaurant recommendations (Le Marches) to help me find COVID testing resources, car rentals and places to visit. I genuinely enjoyed their company and the rooftop/bar/lobby conversations on everything from politics to football. This is truly an exceptional Hilton staff.
