This is a small hotel, with an elevator and a/c, in a really great location. Ten minute walk from the Tuileries Garden, lots of restaurants nearby, and a small grocery across the street. The room was very comfortable and clean. Amenities were appreciated (fridge with beverages, etc.) and we loved the afternoon coffee/refreshments in the lobby. Staff were great. There for us as every step of the way. If I ever have a chance to get back to Paris, this is the place I want to stay.

Just amazing, a delightful boutique hotel in the middle of the rue Saint-Honore, the reception team where amazingly helpful with early room access, the rooms are maintained and decorated to a very high standard, extremely comfortable and generous hospitality, thank you

We had the bottom floor suite for four days. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean, well apportioned and perfect for our family of four to spread out! We loved the location which was convenient to the Louvre, the metro, dining, market, ATM, shopping and more! Highly recommend! We hope to stay here again on our next trip! Also, hop next door to La Corte for dinner while you stay- you won’t be disappointed in the understated family run restaurant with great food!

Everyone single person at the front desk was extremely helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and was a source of suggestions on cafes and restuarants. Thank you to all, you made our group visit to Paris so memorable.

The hotel charged an extra $100 and resort fees. It is not a resort and there are no "extras" for which to charge. I did not take breakfast.
I asked Jerome about evening shows & made it clear language didn't matter. He was wrong on all counts which caused me to walk to one theatre that had no shows that night & caused me to miss a great show at another theatre.
The room: the toilet room was at the opposite end of the room from the shower/bath and sink. The toilet room was so small, one couldn't close the door or reach the toilet paper while on the commode.
There was no heat or air conditioning. The closet was full with extra bedding so there was no place to put one's things.
Lucia, nice person, was pretty good but following me (very close) to the door every time I left was disconcerting as it doesn't slam nor is it a problem to close. It turns out she was trying to be courteous and just make sure the door closed after I left.
None of the staff was knowledgeable about their city - especially about finding out about exhibitions and shows.
The toiletries were subpar; bad for one's hair & the soap was almost non-existent. Strange for a 4 star hotel.

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Jérome greeted us when we arrived and he and his colleagues proved to be hospitable and kind the entire stay. The hotel is in the perfect location in the city (especially if you like shopping), and the rooms are exactly what you need if you’re spending most of your day out and about in Paris: clean, practical, and quiet.

Great location, very professional staffs try their best to accommodate you 24/7. They speak english. Hotel is little outdated, but it was a charming point to me. Building has an elevator. Lovely rooms for couples.

Stayed for 4 nights. All of the staff is delightful and eager to assist with anything. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken for the first couple of days, but the staff was apologetic beyond necessity and refused to let us carry our own bags (we were on the top floor). The hotel is very nicely appointed. The breakfast buffet is more than adequate and only 1-2€ more than what we found nearby. Two disappointments; the shower head leaked and sprayed all over the place and did not provide an enjoyable shower. Also, we ordered room service for dinner on our last night. Despite the nice presentation, the food was probably the worst we had while in Paris. With so many amazing options nearby, we regretted being too lazy to venture out.
The location is exceptional, with quick access to the Louvre, the Opera, Musee D’Orsay, On/Off Bus stops, etc. We had, I believe, one of the smaller rooms, but it was quite comfortable and very clean

We had a great experience at this hotel last week. The family duplex is a great space with plenty of room to spread out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is superb.

This is one of the most disappointing hotels we have had the displeasure of staying at. First, our paperwork, the internet, and the sign on the hotel's window say check-in is at 2 pm. We arrived at 1 pm knowing that it was possible that the room wasn't going to be ready. So the staff offered to hold our luggage while we went to find something to eat. When we returned at 2:15 pm, the gentleman at the desk said the room wasn't ready and then argued that check-in was at 3 pm after the manager had told us it was 2 pm. When we finally received our room and went up to our room we noticed the room was very old and rundown looking, the walls were an ugly green colour, and the bedspread was torn. The final straw was that there was no air conditioning in the room. We specifically chose this hotel because they advertised that they have air conditioning. When we notified the front desk we were told that this was June in Paris and it was warm so the room would be warm. The manager offered to bring us fans to the room. This was unacceptable. We eventually had to decide to leave the hotel as the room was too uncomfortable. The manager and the staff are extremely rude and not very helpful.
