Our group absolutely loved our stay at Hôtel Fabric this past week! It felt like a safe area full of restaurants, cafes, and accessible to several transportation options nearby. We booked the top floor room which worked great for our group of 3; ensuring we each had our own bed. The beds were very comfortable & cozy. It was nice to have a small dining table and fridge in the room. The skylight window upstairs was a nice touch that allowed for fresh air. Bathroom felt luxurious and spa-like with dual shower heads, towel warmer, and vanity sink. We felt the plugs were in odd places so you had to plug your devices in across the room sometimes. Hotel staff were so welcoming and kind; they always greeted us when entering/exiting. At check in, the front desk attendant spent some time showing us a map of the city and pointed out things we might want to do/see in the area, which was much appreciated. The free coffee machine in the lobby was a plus, and we enjoyed having hot chocolate and madeleines in the evening. I cannot comment on the breakfast because we didn’t opt to pay for it (€20 per person which is pretty expensive), but it looked like a good spread. Notes for the hotel: The shower pan was slippery, so I would advise the hotel to provide a grippy bath mat if possible, for safety purposes. Additionally, the bathroom door doesn’t provide much soundproofing. Since we had three people (each with our own luggage) it would’ve been great to have additional luggage racks so our suitcases didn’t have to lay on the floor. Overall, I would absolutely stay here next time I’m in Paris. Merci, Hôtel Fabric!

This newly renovated hotel is really a nice place to stay. The staff is very helpfull and very professional. The rooms are a little small, but for a few days bog enough. When ordering the room it was indicated that there is a water kettle and a coffeemachine in the room, but that isn't true. When asking about this they said there is a coffeemachine in the lounge next to the room. It is not always noce to get out of the room when not nicely dressed to make yourself a coffee. I really think that either a kettle and a coffeemachine must be placed in the room or they will have to take it from the list of appliances in the room.

Great hotel with a very stylish aesthetic in an area which is unpretentious but so interesting- with everything from Michelin starred restaurants to vintage clothes stores. But the best thing about this hotel was the warm, professional service. The staff made me feel so welcome after a very early arrival on a long haul flight and had already arranged for the hammam to be available. The room is restrained and comfortable and the lounge area a lovely place to relax. Can’t recommend it highly enough and I will certainly be back.

Hotel Fabric was perfect in every way! The staff were extremely kind and hospitable. The room was beautiful and clean, housekeeping was great and attentive to detail. The location is unbeatable with great local spots, including food, fashion and unique finds! I would recommend a thousand times over! This is the perfect place to stay for a local feel of Paris.

Hotel Fabric is a fantastic place to stay in Paris! The location is ideal — close to the metro and within easy walking distance of so many nice cafés and shops. The neighborhood feels authentic and relaxed, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

The hotel itself has a really cool industrial-chic style, and the rooms are much more spacious than what you usually find in Paris. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. I also loved the extra touches like the gym and the steam room.

We had a fantastic time here at Hotel Fabric! Staff was amazing for our entire 8 night stay. The lobby is industrial chic and is great for a cappuccino or hitting the honor bar after hours. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Location is great (near Marias in the 11th)with a lot of great restaurants nearby…will definitely stay again on our return to Paris!

Great hotel in the oberkampf district of Paris. A lot of good restaurants nearby. Very convenient location with metro and bus stops within 3 minutes. The rooms are spotlessly clean and quiet.

What a gem! Located in a quiet neighborhood, our room was clean and well appointed, we loved availing ourselves of the steam room, and the warm, attentive staff were excellent. In particular, our concierge Victor was so kind and helpful. We loved having breakfast in the lobby every morning and tea at the end of the day after a long day of sightseeing.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Fabric. The location is tops. You are in the Marais, but you are definitely not in a touristy area. The hotel is surrounded by wonderful restaurants, patisserie, food of every kind, wine bars, and even a supermarket next-door. You are a few minutes from major shopping in the Marais and about a three minute walk from the Oberkampf Metro stop (central to seeing so much of Paris relatively quickly! So easy to get around from this central point).

The hotel is lovely. The lobby is welcoming, the staff is helpful (Claire, Brigitte, Audrey!) and it is so nice to be able to get tea at any hour of the day, or water… Both sparkling and still. We even picked up dinner one night and ate it in the lobby and it was no issue. The lobby is chic & really pretty. Rooms are super comfortable. The beds are great and easy to sleep in, the shower had incredible power… And we had more room than we had in the last hotel we visited in Paris so it was a plus. Lastly, the hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are spotless and the cleaning people do a wonderful job there.

Highly recommend hotel Fabric and we will definitely be back !❤️
