Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris

I would like to share my wonderful experience at the Bar in Four Seasons George V. We visited as part of a bar tour for my friend’s birthday, and, of course, Four Seasons was at the top of our list. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hostess gave us the best table with a warm welcome, and every detail of the service was impeccable.

A special thanks to our waitress, Eugenia, who truly made our evening unforgettable. She answered all our questions, introduced us to the bar’s concept and signature cocktails, and, upon learning about my friend’s birthday, surprised us with a thoughtful little gift.

Though we stayed for just an hour, the experience left us with memories we will cherish for a long time. Thank you!

I begin this review knowing that I will not be able to adequately capture just how excellent our experience was before and during our week’s stay. We are blessed and travel extensively and exclusively to the best venues in the world. Without hesitation, I can say that this was far and away the best experience that we have had on any property.

It began when Shirley from Reception actually greeted us on the street as we arrived. She greeted us warmly by name and walked us to our room explaining just enough information along the way. Our room was ready at 0930 AM when we arrived. Moreover, the hotel absolutely honored our request for type and location of our suite. After our long flight, it was a welcome treat to find that our accommodations were ready.

From the moment that we arrived throughout our week’s stay, every associate that we touched addressed us by name and were so kind and professional. Whether it was Karina and Toni and the entire Concierge Team, or the Somms in Restaurant Le Cinq, the housekeeping personnel, room service, bar personnel, or restaurant associates, all were amazing.

A word about the Concierge Team. I utilized their services extensively prior to and during our stay. This is an amazing group of professionals. The continuity between them is seamless. If you talk with one of them, it is like you have talked to all of them. Their recommendations were spot-on…perfect!

A short note about Le Cinq Restaurant (Michelin 3 Star) on property. Our experience was 5 hours long. Will serve as one of our best all-time memories. The cuisine, wine, service, and venue are just incredible. We have experienced Michelin restaurants previously. They all pale in comparison. Spoil yourself and do this.

Our suite was perfect. Wonderfully appointed and spacious. Cleanest accommodation that we have ever experienced. Housekeeping touched our room 3 times per day. The Housekeeping Manager came by to ensure that we were satisfied. I could go on…

So I end where I began. My review is woefully inadequate and I apologize to the George V Team of professionals. Do yourself a favor, stay here. My wife and I have been in Paris many times but this hotel alone is excuse enough to plan another visit. We definitely will.

I visited the Georges for dinner. The service was outstanding. The chef kept surprising us after and before each course with his specialities. The food was succulent. I recommend totally.

The hotel has a good location close to various attractions in Paris. Overall, the entire hotel has a suitable mix of classic French charm and various modern installations.

The reception at the hotel met all Four Seasons standards and we were greeted personally by the hotel manager. There are always wonderful flowers and art in the entrance area.

The concierge team was excellent in fulfilling all requests and reservations.

There are several restaurants and bars within the hotel. Tables are always kept free for hotel guests and there are no waiting times and the excellent service for which the Four Seasons are known.

The rooms are modern and designed in French charm. They are clean, spacious rooms. Most rooms do not have a view. However, there are a few suites with sensational views of the Eiffel Tower and the Parisian backdrop. This is compensated for by a wonderful inner courtyard. This is ideal for relaxing between shopping and shields you from the hustle and bustle of the streets for a moment.

The spa is sensational and, in my opinion, this is a little understated. there is a spacious fitness room and a long swimming pool. it is one of the longest swimming pools (17m) of all the indoor pools at four seasons worldwide. The pool is not too wide. there is also a hot bath with jets. there are also steam rooms and the usual infrastructure of the four seasons spa. The classic "recreation area" is just as present in this hotel. The spa area is very modern but still has the described Parisian charm.
The employees are attentive, friendly and proactive in all areas. The hotel is somewhat more expensive within the Four Seasons chain, but was convincing in all areas and maintained the high standards. The many restaurant options within the hotel offer variety.

Some of the lifts are a little older.

The hotel stands out even more positively in the chain with outstanding service in all areas.
