The hotel is good, the breakfast is great (buffet), the service at the counter is fast and the staff is very understanding (they speak many languages), we lived in a double room: the room is comfortable, clean, although the windows overlook the wall of houses, but the location is close to the Bastille and the Lyon train station. There is a shop and cafes nearby.

A very bad experience. The room was not cleaned when I checked in. It was very dirty and messy. The hotel staff did not deal with it very actively. It was the worst hotel experience ever.

A superb hotel 2 minutes from Gare de Lyon and 10 minutes from the Bastille. The rooms are superb, very well equipped, TV, smart speakers. The small balcony on the 6th floor has a beautiful view over the rooftops of Paris. The white marble bathroom is very well decorated, has a bathtub and a well-lit mirror. The bedding is superb, with a large double bed and two pillows, one hard and one soft. The isolation is perfect in the quiet after a day of walking around Paris. The welcome is warm and luggage storage is organised. I highly recommend this very good hotel with a strategic location.

We stayed here for one night for the Olympics and were not disappointed! The hotel team made us feel very welcome, were very helpful and even helped me and my family practice (and improve!) our French language skills! The hotel is ideally positioned very near to Gare de Lyon so it is easy to get the Metro / RER / buses around Paris. We booked two rooms, both of which were a very good size for the centre of Paris and very comfortable. Next time we hope to visit for longer - many thanks once again to the hotel team!

Our room wasn’t ready at 15:00 because Holiday Inn allows IHG members (apparently) to check out at 14:00. It isn’t fair to staff to have to turn rooms over in just 1 hour. We were traveling with a 3 year old so a room not being available at the given time is hard. We had booked a "sky view" room, but on the top floor the windows are very small and part of the building blocked our view.

Clean rooms, bed and little hard, but still comfortable, full breakfast was awesome, friendly service. Close to train station. We left the trash can outside our door to be emptied and someone urinated in it! No cameras in the halls. Although it's located adjacent to a sex shop, there are great restaurants, stores, currency exchange, and souvenir shops within walking distance.

First of all, the new taxes from Paris… We paid for a four star hotel taxes and this hotel is not even 3 star.

Second of all, the room is to small and everything in the hotel looks to old (I think that’s normal in Paris). The elevator is to small and slow…

We like shower and we get the room with shower! The water runs to slow, especially in the morning… and the rarest moments the runs fast, the bathroom drain get full!

The breakfast is not bad but is very far from something good! Today for example, was 9h10 and they already stop refil the food!!!

One nice think I liked was that in the bar, they had a nice staff girl who make me an amazing hot chocolate and she was so nice and polite!
