Large room for Paris and in a good location but felt quite old and very pricey for a 4* hotel. Decent bathroom. Rooms are super thin, you can hear all your neighbours. No porter.

Such a wonderful hotel! Great location and excellent service by the very attentive and helpful staff particularly Lucy at the front desk and Laurent in the dining area. We are definitely coming back!

My husband and I spent 3 nights in Bradford and had a great time. The proximity to the facilities, the size of the room, and the more than friendly staff made this a fun and delightful experience. We loved the breakfast selection and many great restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were helpful and greeted us warmly and professionally. Thank you for an unforgettable trip to Paris.

I've booked due to the reviews in here, but it was probably the worst experience I had in any hotel I've stayed in my life.
To start, we arrived at night (around 21h) to check in and asked the front staff if there was a recommendation of a place to eat, they didn't know anywhere around.
We went to our room to drop our luggage, to then go find something to eat and that's when the issues started:
-The TV was not working;
-The room lights randomly flickered;
-The bathroom fan was on at all times with no option to turn off (and it made a huge annoying noise);
-The mini-fridge didn't keep anything cold (it was actually worst then the room temperature);
-The carpet was peeling off in some parts of the floor.
We went out to eat and when we arrived, we told the front staff about the "electrical issues" (such as TV, the lights, the fan and the fridge). The technician was not there so they told us they would come up to cheek soon. We waited for more than one hour and no one showed up. We called the reception, they went up and just said "Sorry, I cannot help".
In the morning, we went to have breakfast and were called to the reception. The lady there made us feel like the issues in our room were somehow our fault. For example, when I mentioned the mini fridge was not working properly she said "It's not a fridge" or when I mentioned the bathroom fan she told me to close the door so it's not so noisy. By that point, I've given up and just wanted at least the TV working, so I asked her to ask the technician to go to our room once we went out of the hotel (as we had bookings for a museum in the morning and wanted to get ready).
We went upstairs, to our room that was with the do not disturb sign on the door, and to our surprise, the technician was there and the main housekeeper was there as well. We were shocked with the situation, as this is not something appropriate and as we specifically mentioned we didn't want that to be done at that time.
After all of that, not a single question if the problems were solved (they weren't, just the TV was), not a single "I'm sorry for the issues" from the team, nothing.
Terrible experience, do not stay here.

The toilet facing the to the shower that I could not sit on the toilet unless I was sitting on the side. The bed was not done okay when I entered the room, with some sheets coming out from the side. the toilet wasn’t the cleanest. No toiletry equipment, but only a tiny half used bottle of moisturiser. After the first night I dropped towel on the floor, hoping you would be changed. I found it on the floor after housekeeping it’s not worth €250-300 a night

We stayed here twice, and both times were excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had a package shipped to this hotel from Lyon, and they kept the package for me at the front desk without any issues. There are free drinks and snacks provided to guests throughout the afternoon and evenings. The first time we stayed here, we got a room on the top floor, with views of the Eiffel Tower. The second time we stayed here, we got a beautiful room with a large bed and fabulous interior decorations.

Definitely choose this hotel if you want a place with an amazing location, in the heart of Paris, with extremely friendly and welcoming staff, free food and drink options all day, and a very comfortable bed to rest in after exploring the beautiful city of Paris! I did a lot of research for hotels, and I couldn’t have been happier with this choice. The room was small but had such a gorgeous balcony, super comfortable bed, and the service of the staff put this hotel above all others. The location also can’t be beat. Quiet street but literally around the corner from the hustle and bustle of what you would want to see in Paris.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 12 days, in two different rooms, and we would highly recommend it. The staff is professional, kind, and courteous. The rooms are tidy and nicely decorated and the complimentary afternoon snacks and mini bar drinks are a fabulous bonus as well.
Nirosha and Hamadou were particularly attentive and helpful during our stay so quick shout out to them.
We look forward to coming back on our next visits to Paris!

A PERFECT hotel for your Paris stay! The location can’t be beat. From the moment you check in to this lovely hotel, you’re treated so well! The lobby is beautiful and inviting, and the staff is top tier! Our room had plenty of French charm, was immaculately cleaned, and so spacious! The breakfast and afternoon snacks were an excellent touch. I will definitely stay here for my future trips to Paris!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It ‘s very cosy and comfortable. The staff is very professional, attentive and caring. Breakfast is huge and delicious. And the vintage silent elevator is a masterpiece. In addition they offer a free tea/coffee/cakes buffet for all day long. Absolutely recommended!
