During our stay as a couple, we found the atmosphere relaxing, with minimal disruption—though some external noise from weekend traffic near the stop outside was noticeable, it was not a major issue. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Paris!

I spent one single night here : the room was clean. the shower door does not work well ; the bedroom had enough room , I had a quiet night til 10am with no disturbance from cleaning staff.

The Checkout is a late one at 12pm and breakfast as well.
The Breakfast is at reasonable price and you can have pastries and fruits.

The Staff is helpful and I enjoyed having a discussion with the 3 staff that I met

First time in Paris and the hotel was pretty good for a 3 star. Arrived late but the receptionist was very helpful and even gave us some free drinks. Room a little on the small side, but was very comfortable and had everything required including a free safe. We had the continental breakfast and it was really nice with plenty of choice. Would definitely use this place again.

Came here for my birthday with my husband. The hotel was only for somewhere to sleep as we had so much planned, but it was lovely. All the staff spoke perfect English, which I wasn't expecting and did not make us feel bad for our lack of french.

The hotel was so quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely hot showers which we great after our long days of exploring.

Location is great, next to 2 metro stations that connect to loafs of others in paris.

Great discovery 1/4 hour walk from Gare Montparnasse. Well renovated and welcoming establishment. Comfortable rooms (good bedding). Friendly welcome. Very good breakfast. The counter seems small at first glance but it is very complete and qualitative. A very good value for money. 5 min walk: Pernety metro station (line 13) 10 min walk: bistronomic restaurant Le Jéroboam. Good address also.

A friendly welcome, the room is quite spacious and full breakfasts are €12. The Fabe is ideally located 5 minutes from 2 metro stations and close to shops and restaurants. Note that the street can be quite noisy.

Great place to stay. Lovely building and staff. Room was very nice and comfortable. Bathroom and shower all very new. Nice interior design. Would definitely stay again in future.
