Urban twin looks big from website image actual size not that big.
Rooms 4/5 - clean and comfortable! Size is small for 4-star hotel but OK in Paris. Free reusable water bottles for guests! Hallway had microwave and water machine that you can refill still or sparkling water. Oh, robot vacuum cleaners were on duty, cute and efficient!
Services 4/5 - Reception was great, while the computer system was slow. Lobby and elevator were promoting €39 Set Menu from LM Bistro for a few days, but when we tried to reserve and they said it had ended last month (what, today is Apr-20). Sloppy management! Housekeeping had missed one pair of slippers when we checked in for two, and forgot our towels twice!
Location 5/5 - quiet and safe but walking distance to Arc de Triomphe. One mall was just across the street and it’s easy with all accessible public transportation. We used Navigo Card which was very convenient to navigate in Paris.
Great location, various transportations and easy to come and go.
Hotel staff was brilliant and always available for questions. We don not speak french, but all staff speak english.

Hosekepping is very good team and the room was always refresh and clean. The amenities are very good quality.
We order room service twice and the menu is very good. We were able to find what we needed, because it was cold nights and we did not wanted to go out for dinner.
Room was great space, high floor, very bright and beds are very confortable. The bathroom with separate vanity is not much my style, but i did not pay attention to that information detail during booking.
The water pressure in the shower was not the best, but i believe is something that did not interfered in our experience.
I was celebrating my bday during the stay and got a sweet treat in the room wich was very much aprecited. I felt very special and happy.
To us, the hotel was a great option and i would come back.
