Reviews
The people at the front desk are helpful, friendly and made us feel at home. The room has a mini bar with a small fridge, which was helpful during our stay.
I slept so well in the comfortable bed. The AC worked like a dream come true.
The location enabled us to walk everywhere and use the Madeleine Metro station for trips further from Central Paris.
We are so happy we chose this gem and if we come back to Paris, this will be our “home away from home” -
If you stay here you will be glad you did!
The design of each room very innovative with that small space
The air condition was making noise hopefully it was not too hot and we closed it and opened the window
The linen had some brown dots on it as if it was not changed. When we realized, it was too late
My suggestions to the administration
1 To verify the air condition noise specially after few minute and the noise remained present all the time
2 to make sure that the linen is well cleaned and changed after every customer leaving the room
Beside those 2 points all were great
The front desk very nice and helpfull
The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées and close to public transport. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable. Overall, Hotel Chavanel is an ideal choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Paris. Highly recommend!
The room was clean and comfortable. If I could make one request, it would be that there was a kettle to boil water.
