My wife and I had a delightful stay for five days. Perfect location. Better than average sized room. Ours had a view over the street and was nice and clean. Loved the L’occitane soaps etc. Great breakfast selection. Handy location only 10 mins walk from Gare du Nord and meters from Canal Saint Martin and bike path. The highlight were the staff who couldn’t have done more to help. Would highly recommend and we will return next time we are in Paris. And no elevator is not a problem as the staff will carry bags for you.

I wasn't a guest of the hotel, but I went with a large group to the restaurant. Everything was incredible! Food was filling and delicious and service was incredible. I got the truffle scallop risotto and it was SO GOOD! Service was great, waiter was helpful and funny and the kitchen was fast. Definitely a highlight of my trip! Would go again!

Almost a perfect stay in a very quite area of Paris. Classic dishes in the hotel restaurant were delicious and very affordable for a hotel restaurant. Just one small problem which can be fixed but does not allow me to give 5 stars for the stay - slightly clogged drain in the bathroom. Otherwise an unbeatable price/quality ratio for Paris. Thank you!

Beautiful boutique hotel located in the 10th arrondissement. Chose it even though there was no elevator. Staff helpfully put luggage in rooms. Stairs were long to walk up to second floor rooms but we knew that. Room could have used one more central light but otherwise everything was perfect. We enjoyed the restaurant for dinner one night and food was good although waiter was not the best. Would definitely return if that area was on the schedule. Staff were exceptionally helpful and rooms were very clean and well-stocked.

Our stay was for a longer weekend and only two nights. The room was spacious and clean with everything necessary we could need. The location wasn’t right in the center and it was a bit pricey for the night but very comfortable. We only had breakfast once and it was fresh with good selection of dishes. Overall it was a really nice stay and the staff were very kind.

Excellent service. Close to Canal St Martin and a pleasant walk to Republique. The rooms are quite spacious for Paris. It was quiet, the bathroom was great - really nice shower. Bed was excellent and we had a coffee machine in the room, and a small fridge. No lift but we were only on the first floor. Very good breakfast - much better than most french hotel breakfasts. We also ate in the restaurant at night and it was really good.

This hotel really over delivered. It was listed as a 3 star and felt better than many 4 star hotels I have visited. I've stayed here twice and each time the rooms were massive, with a kitchen and brand new bathroom.
The location is good. Loads of restaurants within walking distance. 5 minute walk to the station for the metro, and 10 minutes to the Eurostar so perfect for the traveler!

I just stayed at this hotel in Paris for 5 nights, and I must say that the place is so clean, smells like flowers all the time, the location is prime, but what makes really a jewel is the absolute kindness, attentive, well manner, and educated staff that works here. I've been in many places in the world, but I must say that this team one of a kind. Hands down... What an amazing experience. I would absolutely come back to this place every time I have to come to Paris... Thanks to you all for the wonderful service.

The restaurant is amazing that belongs to the Hotel. The food is fresh, extremely healthy and the staff so obliging. We had amazing freshly made juices of carrot, kiwi, ginger & apple. So good have ordered takeaway before we get the train in the morning. Amazing salads especially the Poki. Fresh taste explosion.
Then our room in the hotel. It’s great. Not big but has everything including a really great shower and small fridge plus coffee maker.
The staff/ manager also top so a great find in Paris 😍 - took about 20 minutes to walk from the train station. Lovely Manager took our bags up to our room 😘😘

Amazing stay in a fantastic area. Rooms were great and very comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty especially the juice machine. Service was outstanding, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Hayet was so accommodating everyday and made us great coffee every morning. Would definitely come back, thank you for a great stay.
