The hotel's location is excellent, right outside Gare de l'Est station and just a one-minute walk from the metro. The staff was helpful. The room was extremely small, making it difficult to open my luggage, but this was understandable for the price. Many restaurants outside the hotel. You may need to request housekeeping, as rooms are not cleaned daily by default.

Always important to remember what you're paying and set expectations. As a person travelling alone with an overnight before catching the Eurostar looking for a cheap hotel I can't fault the hotel. Was able to check in at 12:30. Was able to get a quick breakfast before the morning train and location meant was straight on the train in minutes in the morning.
Room was a little small but at the price for the location I wouldn't expect a huge apartment.

Ideal for a touring trip
Ideal hotel for a group of people, we have used the hotel many times before for the Six Nations. Given that the hotel is basically used for sleeping and washing it fits the bill perfectly with good access to the metro and a nice bar, Ville de Provins, at the road end

Do not book this hotel. They will charge you a random additional fee and not provide proper explanation for what it is for. We were charged a fee of 143.54 in euros for 1 night when we checked in at the hotel on top of what we already paid in full through Expedia. The charge on the invoice was listed as a “bank card” charge which we assumed was a deposit for which we expected to get back. We did not get this amount back and when we contacted Expedia to reach out to the hotel it took them multiple tries to get an answer. All the hotel said that this was part of their “policy” which was ridiculous because this was not stated anywhere in their policy. I know there are a lot of scams in Paris but we did not expect to get scammed by a popular hotel chain. Completely unacceptable

This hotel is very conveniently placed within a few minutes walk of Gare de l'est and Gare du Nord. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfasts are excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended if you're travelling by train. There are good cafes and restaurants and a mini market in the immediate area. Would definitely stay there again.

We were warmly welcomed. The property within itself is a bit dated. The towels were a little stained. The location right next to gare de l'est is good.

Really great located, close to Gare du Nord, easy to access from the airport, excellent breakfast and tiny but great rooms.
