We stayed here for the night yesterday, room was super tiny and so was the bathroom, no space for a cot so didn't even bother asking for one. Our toddler likes her own space but it was okay for a night. Room is quite cold but I slept with socks on and had a thick top on so wasn't so bad but would've liked it to be a little warmer. Overall, room is clean. Elevator is really small so couldn't take our pram upto our room, had to leave it near reception something to keep in mind if your travelling with a child but that was fine with us. The reception man was really nice and helpful. Also, the hotel is nearby to a lot of places as well which was great.

Excellent city centre hotel. Great breakfast, good sized room with Nespresso machine provided with free pods. Very friendly attentive staff. Highly recommended.

The gentleman at reception was rude and surly - no greeting, no welcome no eye contact. If it was not late and already paid for I would have felt like walking out. Rooms very small even by Paris standards. Breakfast OK. Location is its only selling point.

The Albert hotel is close from Gare du Nord/eurostar- despite its glitzy pictures on booking.com, it’s room was rather upsetting by a a loud air- conditioning unit and stopped us sleeping - hotel Manager was not be seen at site at all weekend. My friend has Parkinson and myself with Neurological disorder. Nathan, the manager was rather abrupt, unprofessional towards the situation and very inconsiderate. We tried to put up with the noise but sadly we could not have a good sleep. No refund was given despite stating we wanted to leave at 0500 with our luggage in the lobby. We wanted to leave but was obliged to take another room and was told we will be fully refunded the next day. The receptionist for the night came with screwdriver trying to fix their air conditioning unit but no luck. There was no manager on site for the whole weekend. It was rather bad service and rather unpleasant Executive Assistant/Nathan.

Brilliant budget accommodation next to Gare De Nord. Negative reviews think they get the George V for this price? Get some perspective!
Employees super friendly and great English. Super easy access to the trains and metro. Convenience store was very close. Area is a bit sketchy so take care but regardless I highly recommend for a late night arrival into Paris.

Extremely convenient location to both Gare du Nord and Gare Est. Property is quaint and secure with clean rooms. Americans looking for air conditioning - this is a great option! Rooms are small (no smaller than typical European lodging) but well maintained.

Receptionist was great.
Location for Eurostar is top notch.
Beds were comfortable and AC OK.
Rooms are smallish (ours was anyway) but spent the time outside anyway.
Surprisingly quiet given location.
Would use again.

Fantastic service! Great experience with Nadia who checked us in and explained everything.
The hotel itself is small but very cosy and has a working lift (only two people and a suitcase can fit).
We were visiting for a few days from US and it is ideally located across Gare du nord (North train station), lots of pizza and cafe shops and an amazing bakery (Artisan Boulangerie). So it was very convenient because of the location.
We even did our laundry at a laundromat (laverie) which was a few mins of walk.
We will definitely recommend this and please don’t compare with the US. This is Paris and most of the buildings are very old and very small. So we were able to appreciate that for its culture and tradition.
Merci beaucoup!

Nice hotel, lovely entrance and staff spoke great English which was really helpful. The lift is small but we only use it once. The rooms are small but nicely furnished and clean. The location is perfect if you’re using Gare Du Nord but about a 40minute walk to tourist areas. There is a hostel across the street but it didn’t bother us in the slightest.

Good place to stay before or after your train/air trip. Noiseless, unless you open your window and then all hell breaks loose.
Shady neighborhood, don't go out after dark.
Clean rooms. Elevator is smurf-sized. Expensive breakfast.
Service is minimalistic.
