Hotel Monsieur & Spa

I had a lovely long weekend in Paris staying at the Hotel Monsieur. The location in the city was perfect and I could walk everywhere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would recommend a room on the street level rather than the ground floor to avoid the traffic noise, although it was nice. I would stay here again.

I loved my first time stay here! The staff was amazing, friendly and very willing to help me in moments of need. The solo traveler room was so cute, I love the esthetic of it. Exactly as advertised I’d say even better in person. Very comfortable room and it was quiet. Within walking distance from a lot. My window view was beautiful. I felt extremely safe as this area is noted to be one of the safest. Pricing was decent for what I was getting. I highly recommend this hotel. Very cozy and safe stay!

Updated:Very lovely stay. Staffs are friendly location is amazing and room is spacious and clean.
Just be aware that if you book from booking.com, you will be asked to pay for the room fee on arrival again as one of them is guarantee in case you use or break something in the room. But no worry that they will cancel the payment upon the check-out.

Yes, I do understand the pre authorization.
But for those like me paid by debit card,it will actually deducted the money from our bank first. Like for my stay, it wasn't returned to my bank account after check out but until I came back and checked with the gentleman at reception.

I foolishly booked the night after my required stay so I was worried I would not be allowed to stay. Lukcily there was one room left, which was one of the best rooms and kindly the manager said I could stay.

Great Value Hotel

During my stay at this hotel, I found it to be a great value option with cleanliness and helpful employees being standout features. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. However, there were some areas that left me wanting more.

One notable downside was the size of the rooms, which were described as too small. This lack of space may have impacted the overall comfort of the stay and could be improved to enhance the guest experience.

On the bright side, the hotel's location was a major plus, offering convenient access to all the historic sites and metro lines. This accessibility made it easy to explore the city and added value to the stay, despite the room size issue.

Unfortunately, the breakfast provided at the hotel fell below expectations. The limited options and subpar quality made it a less-than-ideal start to the day. Enhancing the breakfast offerings could significantly improve the overall guest experience and elevate the hotel's reputation.

In conclusion, while this hotel offers great value, cleanliness, and helpful staff, there are areas that could benefit from improvement. Addressing the room size, enhancing breakfast options, and possibly expanding the room choices could make this hotel a more attractive and comfortable option for guests looking to explore the historic sites of the city.

Excellent service all way from the reception through the breakfast and to the check out. Marina, the girl on reception, made our stay so easy and comfortable that we enjoyed every moment. We had a feeling that we were very welcome and very spesial. She had all answers on our questions and help us with tourist advices when we asked for. Thank you so much. We will come back.

Amazing hotel. Shower was awsome! Bed, Room with a lot of space. Free snacks and drinks. Really good.

Friendly service, nice rooms, easy check-in and -out, very centric.
Just the room service could be a more attentive: room occupation with 3 person, but just 2 (free) bottles of water. Coffee in the room was not refilled, ashtree Not cleaned on the balcony..
At the end small things, but worthwhile to mention when talking about a four-star hotel at 717 Euros for 3 nights...
