Reviews
The doorman at the front greet you by name.
It felt very personable here and we would highly recommend this MO location. Kudos to the management for running a wonderful establishment and crew.
Every interaction with your staff was marked by professionalism and genuine care, whether it was at the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, or the delightful dining experiences. The location, nestled in the heart of Paris, allowed me to explore the city with ease, but returning to the calm and beauty of the hotel was always a highlight.
Thank you for making my stay truly memorable. I look forward to returning to this oasis of luxury and recommending it to anyone seeking an extraordinary experience in Paris.
Towels, bed/mattress/pillows, clean and comfortable.
Front desk - great service, welcome champagne on arrival, very attentive
Pool/steam room- nice big pool, but steam room didn’t work very well. I tried to use the steam room during the first day and it didn’t work. I asked the receptionist at the spa for help but she was generally very unenthusiastic and borderline rude. Not willing to help and did not care.
Toilets - as soon as we checked in after arriving from London, I wanted to use the toilet and when I opened the toilet seat, there was a dried up urine stain on the toilet seat and I was shocked. I couldn’t use it and had to call housekeeping to clean it. This is basic hygiene standards and shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
Room amenities - Frederic Malle shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. This was good.
Room service - the room was cleaned to average standards, definitely not 5*. I had the champagne glass sitting in the room for two days and it was not taken away, macaroons sitting on table for 4 days and not taken away. Empty Coca Cola bottle that was not taken away. Very strange.
Bathroom size - great size and very spacious, which is not common in Paris. Good wardrobe space and his and her washroom section.
Lighting - a bit too dark in the room, especially during the day but good at night.
Food/drinks - Breakfast is good with a range of options and a small buffet. But nothing spectacular.
Overall I am disappointed at the service here, especially for the price point. If the staff at the spa was not rude and the toilet was clean, I probably would stay here again. But unfortunately this will be the last time we are staying at MO Paris.
The rooms are also just wonderful! Super well appointed, clean, modern/updated, and quite possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. Also the rooms are much larger than other hotels in the neighborhood. My only regret was not booking Mandarin Oriental for the entirety of our stay. Won’t make that mistake again! Location, quality of service, and hospitality can’t be beat.
Will be staying again on our next visit to Paris and are recommending to all of our friends too!
The check-in experience is personal, with a glass of champagne offered while you relax on a comfortable sofa—perfect after a long journey.
I loved the thoughtful gesture of two drink vouchers; it really reflects the hotel’s commitment to outstanding service.
The rooms are spotless, and the housekeeping team is meticulous in cleaning and restocking. I’m genuinely impressed!
All the staff are friendly, cheerful, and eager to assist, which is truly appreciated.
Great service is everything to me, and I make no apologies for expecting perfection. This hotel delivers with a charming Parisian ambiance.
From my room, I can hear the soft music from the garden restaurant, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. I can’t wait to stay here again!
A huge thank you to the management for inspiring your staff to provide such exceptional service, and to the staff for making our stay unforgettable!
Breakfast buffet, not super big but has the normal selection. You can order several different cooked dishes.
Room is good and the cleaning comes 2 a day. No real view and it is just not reaching a 5. The bed is hard from my standards.
