Le Relais Madeleine Hotel

The room is a courtyard room on the ground floor. The room is quite large. The key is that it is located in the theater district and Galeries Lafayette, which is within walking distance for us to travel to Paris.

Hotels in Paris are still quite expensive! It is twice as expensive as Munich.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel le Relais Madeleine. Walking in the front door to the lobby, we were immediately welcomed. Clement recognized who we were and made the check-in process smooth and uncomplicated. We were offered small refreshments and information about the hotel.

We went to our room…. Adorable! Every bit of what we anticipated plus more! Cozy and newly decorated, clean and bright. The bathrooms were spotless and well appointed with incidentals. The bed and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE…. After a long flight, ready to take a short nap!

Clement and the entire staff was always friendly and willing to answer questions and offer suggestions, if asked. We had a small ‘bump in the road’ in our personal plans, and everyone was there to help us through! Concierge service at its best!

I stayed in a double room for 4 nights on a business trip. Easy walking distance to the Opera and Pyramid area. It was close to the Madeleine station and convenient to the metro as well. The room and shower booth were not spacious but clean and well stocked with amenities. Quiet environment with a small desk, some outlets and complimentary wi-fi, there was everything I need for my work. And above all, the staff was very thoughtful. It was heartwarming to receive a handwritten welcome letter on tidied bed. When I asked hotel staff to heat prepackaged meal from grocery store, he kindly put it on a plate with silver cutleries and handed me with "Bon appetit".
I felt like I'm home even though I'm away from home😊

Had last week a wonderful time in this hotel. Because check-in was not possible at the time of my arrival, I left my suitcase behind. Later I was welcomed with champagne and it turned out that they had placed my suitcase in my room in the meantime.

Great little hotel with a very friendly staff. We arrived in the morning and our room wasn’t quite ready, however the staff kindly checked our bags and left us to enjoy the city. Clemente greeted us on our return and he was great in explaining the hotel offerings to us. The hotel feels very private, we barely saw another guest. Would highly recommend a stay here. Close to the metro also which helps explore the city

Finally! I found my favourite hotel in Paris. We had a twin room which is spacious enough for two people and two big luggage, good size bathroom, air con that works very well, and very helpful front desk. Location is perfect, and most importantly great value!

Very good hotel

I stayed here in June with a friend. I must say the staff was exceptionally kind. I had lost my phone and Ghiels (receptionist) helped me to recover it by speaking french to the police and the taxi driver. I can’t thank him enough. Also the location is nice and the hotel has a boutique vibe.
