Mercure Paris Bercy Bibliotheque

Had a fantastic stay (two adults, two kids) during the Olympics. All the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Arthur who went above and beyond and the lady who manages breakfast. The location is fantastic, very close to the Metro and the River. The room was large (for Paris) and spotless every day. Would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, excellent service.
We took a group of 60 people and the attention and service were so quick and efficient! They are well prepared, whether you are traveling alone, with family, or with a big group, this hotel is for you. Additionally, it has an excellent location with everything nearby.

This is a great choice to be close to the tourist zone, but at a reasonable price. Our regular room size was the average size for Paris. In comparison, it's about 80% of a USA hotel room.

We are right next to the metro and the Seine. The rooms are well insulated so you can't hear any outside noise or your neighbors. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Location is very good and stuff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and good enough for 2 guests. Breakfast is fresh and tasty except the scrambled egg.

The noise in the 4th floor was not nice because of the maintenance work, but at least they didn’t start early in the morning.

Overall good and nice Hotel

The rooms are very small, but clean and comfortable. The beds are excellent. The breakfast was excellent, the staff was always there for us, ready to help. The do not have a cook in the evening, so the only dinner you can serve is canned food

Stayed with my family in the first week of November. I joined them at the hotel after 2 days of work. It was a home away from home for us, with warmth oozing from its tasteful decor.
Food was good & fresh.
Just a short walk from the Seine & the metro just across the road, travelling wasnt an issue.
What does deserve special mention is the extremely friendly & helpful staff and the housekeeping. Keep up the good work!

This boutique hotel is located directly across from the #6 line. Close to a market, an amazing bakery, and a Cafe it has everything you want in close vicinity. It's in the bibliotheque district ,which is often considered outside the center but I thoroughly enjoyed the new architecture and restaurants. You are on the Seine so the 15 minute walk to the Italian district and Notre Dame is beautiful.

The Mercure has had some nice renovations and is actually fun to hang out downstairs in the lobby. The staff is excellent and inviting and has made the stay very enjoyable. Angus made a great effort to make our stay even better.

As is usual on Paris the room is on the small side but was very comfortable.

Would recommend!

Because of the gold status we have in the Accor Live Limitless loyalty program, our room got upgraded. We celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary, and the team really placed so much effort into making the experience a wonderful one for us. Thank you for the effort placed in.

We had a beautiful room with a balcony and partial view of the river. That was really nice of them. The hotel is very accessible as it is directly opposite the metrostation.

Clean, good sized rooms and quiet. A good place to stay, near the metro.
