The rooms aren't specially fancy but they do the job, the shower is easy to use and the bed is comfortable. They're too expensive for the quality, but it's understandable due to the proximity to the station. The cheapest rooms are about €100. The elevator is very small so if you have a lot of luggage you'll have to make more than one trip.
The man at reception was good to me, and speaks at least three languages (French, English, and Spanish) which is really helpful if you don't speak French, like me. He also helped me with my bags and was empathetic with a bad situation I'd had with the hotel A la pinte du Nord.
The breakfast is €9,50 and it's nothing special. However, it's plentiful and varied.

Great location if you are coming in via train. That's the last good thing I can say about this hotel. Super tiny rooms are definitely in need of an update. Beds are not comfortable. Pillows and towels are old and don't work well.

It is a simple hotel and the location to Gare du Nord is great. However, there were a couple aspects about the stay that warrant a 1-star review. First, the "three person" room we were placed in was far too small and not the room size or layout as shown on their website. There was not room for our three bags to be placed on the floor. Secondly, there was no shower stall, just a shower head in the bathroom. This meant the water pooled in the entire bathroom, which drained slowly. Water had to be turned off intermittently as to not flood into the bedroom.

5 stars for the location..its directly across from Gare du Nord..loads of restaurants and bars close by. This is a 3 star hotel at its best..the rooms are clean and tidy with a safe ..but it's small and only has a shower.
If you have mobility issues and have heavy luggage this might not be your best option as the lift stopped 4 stairs before the floor I stayed on...might be the same for every floor?

Great place to stay for couple of night when you need a low frills place during a quick stay in Paris. The hotel is located across from one of the busiest train station and one that is closest and most convenient to CDG-Paris Airport. Its also conveniently located next to great food and other shopping joints. The staff was helpful and very courteous. Breakfast in 'dungeon' can be convenient if you don't want to venture outside the hotel.
Room was small but clean and everything worked. I was on the 5th floor so no street noise or excessive in/out noises. When staying in a small hotel like this one in Paris all rooms are unique in many ways. One time you might get a fantastic room and next time we knows what to expect. I got a great room for a good price. I traveled on the train in and out of Paris and stayed here twice and both times got lucky and the convenience made it a great value.

I accidentally booked a date for the next day. Was so scared to stay at night with crazy junky people on the streets.And I was not allowed stay for 5 hours into the lobby( they sldo don't have even a chair there). They do not offer refunds for reservations and you can't change the date snd receptioniste became angry snd rude with you. The girl at the reception was rude and kicked me out into the street at night. Everyone knows what the situation is like on the streets of Paris at night. This person is completely impolite to visitors and did not help resolve this situation, it is not hospitality means right?.She even called to police for crying girl but police people where nice to me! I hope this receprion rat or her childrenwill stay once in her life alone in the street at night in in a bad and dangerous area.

It is a good hotel, humble workers, and there is a supermarket right in front of it which is quite convenient. Really calm area too, but the only problem is that its quite a boring place. Many of the good places are far. But other than that it’s a really good hotel.

Book this place on a last minute.
Rooms were very small to what u see on pictures, especially for a family.
Service was good.

It was just bad. The mattress was really unconfortable, the pillows were terrible, the bathroom had a burnt hair drier, the shower tiles were mouldy. The window was shockingly dirty and there was a weird smell. They say the room had a view, but I can assure you it came also with an audio..it's impossible to sleep,the noise from the street is too loud.
Breakfast price not worthed.
I regret having saved money and booking this hotel, because it was our last night in France and it wasn't pleasant.
This said, staff were nice and helpful, and the location is great if you travel to/ from Gare Du Nord. The metro is literally in front of the hotel.
Though this also means that the area isn't the safest and nicest.

Bad service at the front desk. The lift is broken when we got there, we asked to store our luggage in the front desk but they told us it was full but we see there’s plenty of space available. They told us to take our big heavy luggages to the 5th floor, my parents are old!
We arrived at the check in time, our room isn’t available yet. They told us to wait at the 5th floor with our luggages without giving us the room key. I had to go down the stairs again to take the key. And we still have to wait.
The room is mid, the heater isn't warm. Not recommended for the range of price.
