We felt very warm welcomed as we travel and we were allowed to enjoy some good wine and be provided with ice box at a time kinds of late in night. The room is tidy and clean, breakfast is very French and we enjoyed. The location is also great, very safe and close to many historical sites.

You are paying for location and ambiance. And it was worth it. With so much in walking distance it was easy to save money on taxi costs. The room and building are showing their age, but the hotel was charming overall. The staff were very friendly and helped us even hours after we had checked out. Would stay again.

Awful hotel, amenities and rooms service.
Wonderful location and staff.
Hotel is very old and unclean, the air conditioners don’t work in the complete building even though its mentioned in the details, so avoid going in the summers.
Rooms are old, i was shocked even a heating kettle was missing, had to go to the reception bar multiple times just to heat some water.
The room service was awful, they would not clean the floor, sheets were soiled, they did not change it for 3 days.
Did not clean or replace the old cups in the rooms.
The staff was very very helpful and polite, thye tried their best to help us as much as possible.

Rooms were a tad small, but for the price and location were great. In general staff was super friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for 6 nights/7days and there was one gentlemen who worked at night who was extremely rude and refused to fill up our water. For context, the water is tap filled by a pitcher and is just a reusable bottle so that you have water by the bedside so the fact that one staff member wouldn't fill it up and made a big deal about it was ridiculous. Worst of all, his attitude was flat out rude. Every other staff member was extremely gracious about making sure we had towels, tissues and water. This one guy though... if it wasn't for him the hotel would have been 5 stars all around, but his rudeness, attitude, and inconsistency with the other staff members tainted the stay.

Room is too small, not enoughspaxe to open our carriers, noise from outside are not blocked, which last for 1 AM.

The service and location was very satisfactory, but the room condition is bad. It feels very old, and everything there is about to fall apart. The water is lukewarm and there are not many power outages. But the check-in and check-out staffs and everyone I met on site (even the cleaning staffs) were all very kind and helping. If there's no better deal, I might come back.

Disappointed for a 4 star hotel at this price
Too small rooms. I am used to stay in small rooms in Paris, but this was extremely small and lacking the usual comfort:
- No hooks for the jackets in the enterance of the room
- Only one electric socket in reach which you can use for TV or for water boiler or for charging your phone. No electric sockets at the night table of the beds
- The light switch is working strange, you need to turn on and off BOTH switchtes to get light of the room
- I could not see in the sealing of the room fire detectors
- Breakfast was OK
- Service and cleanness was OK
- Room was too warm although the air-device was set to 15 degrees by me.
- The air suction in restroom doesn't work well, such if you take shower, you can not use the mirror
Without black friday discount, room cost per night would be over 300€
Now they offer it much lower price. It is not appropriate to charge much higher price to people doing early booking in advance and pre-payment, and then reducing the price on different online sites.
I don’t understand their positioning of the hotel. It feels to me that they are operated by a chain where their profit maximization is the key and not the comfort they give to their guests

There are a lot of shops around the hotel.
It was close to metro station and there is the RER B in 10minutes walk which can reach the airport.
The Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris has reopened, and is near as well.
This hotel provided hair dryer which is an important amenity to me!!!
But the way, for those who are from other countries might need to bring the adaptable changeable head as the hotel is Europe plug, you would need to pay €10 if you want to borrow from the hotel.
Staffs were friendly.

It was nice and clean but the room service was not fully done everyday. The bed was cleaned and sheets replaced but some day we didn't have toilet paper replaced, somedays no towel, somedays the body soap was not refilled. In the end we had to ask something almost everyday. But the location was good and the staff smile was great. Overall it was ok considering the price

Great location and good sized rooms. Ten at the front counter was exceptional. It was appreciative that they spoke English. My only negative was that the wifi when in our room was not reliable.
