My daughter and I loved this little hotel! We were not in the heart of Paris, but we were only a short walk away. It was a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic.
The staff was fabulous! They were kind and helpful. They answered any questions we had. We arrived before check-in, but they graciously allowed us to go up to our rooms early after a short (less than 10 minute wait in the lobby) while they took our luggage to our room and put the finishing touches in place (champagne, chocolate, and a personal note). The room was small, but for two people, it was all we needed. Stepping out onto our balcony, we were able to see the Eiffel Tower, as promised. Our room was clean when we arrived and it was cleaned every day amazingly.
We did not opt for the daily breakfast, but we did eat there one morning. The food was delicious and there was a good selection to choose from. The only reason we didn't opt for the daily breakfast was because we wanted to experience other places outside of the hotel.
I would definitely stay here again if we ever were blessed to travel to Paris again! I highly recommend this hotel!

"I couldn’t rate the hotel and staff any higher—the stay was truly amazing. From the thoughtful touches like balloons and champagne on ice for my partner's birthday, everything was perfect. Caroline went above and beyond, recommending great vegan restaurants, and Elise was just charming and funny, helping us sort out a minor issue. I would highly recommend staying here!"

A perfect hotel located close to many tourist attractions or if you wanted to explore Paris. Rooms were clean and tidy and definitely worth 5 stars. A place I'd stay again

The staff were absolutely lovely, the room a decent size, the bed was SUPER comfy and it had a good shower. Lots of good options at breakfast.
Excellently served by all public transport options, for our visit to the Paralympics events that we had tickets for. And THE BEST view of the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadero, a mere 5min walk away.
Highly recommend, my Mum and I had a great stay.

I wish I could say the customer service here was more customer centric…. sadly it has a lot of work to do.
I booked a trip for a special occasion, (3 nights in London, before traveling to Paris for the last 3 nights), when I booked I didn’t realize the trip was non refundable. I understand at the end of the day that is my mistake but after the plans I had with my partner fell through the hotel offered no help, even with my trip was booked a year in advance.
They refused any service stating “They’re only doing what a business airline would do”. Delta actually met me half way and provided me half the miles for the flight….
The hotel in London understood my situation and showed the kind of service that aligned with a property that was not only understanding on a Finicial level, but more importantly a personal and people level.
In addition, I had friends that stayed at the The Hotel Plaza Tour Eiffel recently and said the service was lacking in many departments.
Next time I visit Paris I will overlook this property based off the level of service that was provided to me in this situation. Life happens and engagements fall through. I’d recommend being more accommodating to these outstanding situations, especially when the room was booked over a year in advance.

We loved Plaza Tour Eiffel.
The rooms were clean and comfortable (if a little dark!)
Breakfast was quite nice, we opted for the full breakfast (€22 per person) or the continental breakfast (€7 per person - coffee, a pastry and a glass of juice) a few of the days we stayed.
Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly.
We could not get any English speaking news channels, we were told that an accident had happened with the cable on the roof just before we came and they were waiting for someone to come make the repair.
The location is fantastic - a beautiful quiet street with easy walking access to restaurants and all of the activity at the Trocadero.

This was my husband's and my first time to Paris, and we were absolutely blown away by the friendly staff and incredible service! We have stayed in more expensive 5 star hotels who's service was significantly worse. The breakfast was delicious, high quality, and fueled us for the mornings as we walked everywhere. The hotel is close to everything, and staff have excellent suggestions on where to go. One staff member even leant us an umbrella when it was pouring rain, when he saw us exiting the métro!
The only problem we had, and didnt notice till the end of the stay, was some mould near the bed. We pointed it out to the front desk staff so Im sure they will fix this. We would stay here again!

I cannot say enough about the customer service here. Everyone has been amazing since the second we checked in for our Honeymoon. We have been treated so well and I appreciate the respect. There was some construction needed and I spoke with the manager and she was able to understand our situation and treat us with care and respect.
There is no better location, no better place and no better service than at this Hotel.

Closer to a 3 star than 4 star from the shape of the rooms and bathroom. No fans in the bathroom, the room became very very stuffy. As small as you’d expect for a room in Paris but the hallways had a musky smell, bathrooms - couldn’t tell if it was mold growing in the tub or not, definitely not a 4 star room. Service was great however.

I had a wonderful experience staying over this hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff I've found in hotels all over Europe. The room was quite comfortable, great bathroom and from our room we could even see the top of the Eiffel tower. Also in terms of location, it was perfect as we could practically walk to some of the best touristy locations in Paris and even returned late at night to the hotel on foot and it was really safe. Highly recommend to anyone spending some time in Paris
