stayed recently at citizenM on the Champs-Élysées and it was a great experience overall. The location is superb — you’re practically steps away from Champs-Élysées, right in one of Paris’s most iconic areas, and the metro is very close.
The staff are excellent — friendly, attentive, always willing to help.
The design and tech in the hotel are really cool. Rooms have tablet/iPad control for lights, blinds, etc.,
The bed is very comfortable, and the amenities (showers, towels, toiletries) are good quality.
Breakfast is strong, the rooftop bar (CloudM) offers nice views (including some of the Eiffel Tower in the distance) and makes for a great place to unwind in the evening.

Unbeatable location. Small room but has everything you need, things are new and very clean. The hotel decor is very chic and staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing bonus that the room was already available at around 11am when I landed early (despite the check in time being from 2pm onwards)! A very pleasant stay.

I’ve stayed at several CitizenM hotels in different countries, and they’re consistently great. This one is no exception—modern, clean, and close to everything. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact (as expected), but perfect for a solo traveler. If you’re not too fussy, it’s excellent value for money with everything you need right at your doorstep.

Location, location, location! Just steps away from the Champs Elysees. Walking distance to lots of activities. An Uber or Bolt ride to much more. The CitizenM crew are fantastic. Many have hotel experience from across Europe. English is spoken. Our room was super. Just like other CitizenM hotels we've visited. We didn't visit the roof top. It does have a great view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was a morning treat we looked forward to every day. Lattes made to order. An abundance of French cuisine - top quality. On a business or personal trip, this is a great choice for Paris.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are a bit small, but always modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was great. Always friendly and helpful.
I want to give a special thank you to Daniel. On our last night, my wife’s old ankle injury flared up and became swollen. Daniel kindly brought us a bag of ice to help relieve the pain. His kindness and professionalism made a big difference to our stay.

You can't beat this place as far as location. Smack in the middle of the Champs Elysee and close to a train stop (FDR).
This IS a tiny room!! The toilet is adjacent to the shower and behind a glass, frosted door. As far as sound goes, there isn't much privacy when you go to the bathroom. The sink is out in the open. There is room for one suitcase, but no place to put a second suitcase. The bed is against three walls. If you are sleeping with a partner, somebody has to crawl over the other if you need to get up in the middle of the night.
We kept asking for a second blanket every night and kept being told "we don't have any."
We were also told when we arrived that they had a pool, but I will chalk this one up to a language barrier. This hotel doesn't have a pool.
The outdoor space and rooftop deck are a nice feature. Breakfast for 20 euros per person is decent. Not great, but decent.
This room is great for one person. For two, I would think twice before I rent it next time I come to Paris.

Excellent location—most major tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and very comfortable. While the rooms are on the smaller side, this seems typical for many European hotels.

Great service ! I can not stress enough how good these people are. We are thankful for their service.
Pros: Excellent service, great location. Everything works inside the room. Interesting decoration.
Cons: The rooms are really small, it is like a cruise ship cabin stateroom. The coffee in the breakfast buffet was very acid.

Love this place. Second time staying here. Two words..... very cool 😎
Location and service is spot on, have never had any complaints. You are right in the middle of everything. Good food here too, breakfast is great! Cocktails at the cloud bar watching the Eiffel Tower twinkle is perfect!

The Citizen M Champs Eylssee was awesome..the rooms were small, but we knew that before arrival..the staff was amazing, the food was delicious and we were close to everything. The Arc de Triomphe was just blocks away and the Eiffel Tower was a short ride away, with a great view of it from our hotel rooftop! Highly recommend this place.
