citizenM Paris Champs-Elysees

I stayed here for a month during the Olympics, it was fantastic. The staff were so friendly, they couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried… they welcomed you every morning with a smile and most remembered your coffee order ☺️
There was a great international feel to the place, very warm and very welcoming. The location was spectacular, a literal stones throw from one of the most famous streets in the world, so it was very easy to get around Paris based there.
There was a roof top terrace that was for guests only, that was nice, and if you sit in the right spot, you can see the Eiffel Tower lighting up the sky at night.
I will say though, the rooms were quite small(they don’t hide this fact), so 2 people is the absolute MAX that could share the room, but best suited to a solo traveller in my opinion. Also, and it’s only minor, the windows in the rooms don’t open. Even though Pairs was hot, it would have been nice to get some fresh outside air in the room. This is only a tiny critique… otherwise the place was fab! Highly recommend

We love this hotel. Every time we come here the team that works here are so incredibly friendly and helpful. And they’re always from a bunch of countries across the globe so if you take the time to get to know them you get to hear these super interesting little tidbits about their home countries and how they made it Paris etc.

My third time staying here and I will be back for more.

Stayed here 2 nights. Loved that the staff spoke English, all were smiling and friendly. Our airline lost our luggage and they were helpful to temporarily replace basic items for us. Loved the tech in the room and really loved the King bed, AC, and blackout blinds. The room was small but didn’t feel like we needed it any bigger since we weren’t there majority of the time. Location was great, too. Really enjoyed it and would totally recommend to a friend.

The location of the hotel was great, the hotel itself was clean and it seems like it was recently renovated. Staff were very kind and helpful. 2 issues I had and the reason why I took one star off are 1- the room we stayed in was sooooo small and I believe this is the smallest room they had, and we knew that, just didn’t expect it to be this small. The sink is literally 2 feet from the bed. Beds however were big and comfortable.
2- I would’ve really liked it if they had a coffee maker in the room or at least offer a complementary free coffee per person/ room in the lobby. I had to pay I think 4 euros a day for regular American coffee and milk. Would’ve been nice if we at least had a little coffee maker in the room and we can make our own coffee.

This hotel is an AWESOME value. So modern, clean, comfortable and filled with friendly staff. The location is incredible and the comfort of the bed and bathroom for a small room is unmatched. The inviting rooftop is another plus. Well done!!!

The Citizen M provided a wonderful stay for our trip to Paris. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious everyday and had a rotating selection to provide some variety. The hotel was always clean and quiet. The rooms were equipped with an iPad to control temperature, lights and other comfort features that were pretty convenient and cool. The location is very hard to be with the Eiffel Tower and several other popular attractions being within walking distance and a rooftop bar that even has a great view of the tower to enjoy it sparkle at night. The only negative thing I would say is the beds weren’t very comfortable, but would absolutely recommend Citizen M to anyone visiting Paris.

Location is great and walking distance from the subway too. The hotel itself is quite lovely and the rooms are good but a bit on the smaller side. It's ideal if you're looking for a place to rest and refresh. Would recommend as it's good value for money.

Superb hotel! Most importantly, amazing staff! I was greeted by Daniela as soon as I walked into the lobby, and she was kind enough to acknowledge my birthday! Abraham was working at the 2nd-floor bar, and he was so warm, easygoing and kind as well. He made me the best drink ever. I felt so welcomed. Cherry gave me a nice birthday card as well!!! Thanks for an amazing and cozy experience! I'll definitely come back.

Hotel staff is super friendly! We loved our visit here! The breakfast is superb and the atmosphere is super chill. We wish the room was larger, but I think that’s the payoff for such a great price in this neighborhood. We wished there were usb chargers in the rooms. That seemed like an oversight for such a tech driven hotel. Overall we absolutely loved our stay!
