The hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and recently refurbished. I’d definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The price was good too for Paris.

Really great experience here. The room was very clean and shockingly quiet. Couldn’t hear anything at all from our next door neighbors or the street. The size of the room was fine, typical for Paris, worked fine for the 2 of us. The location is excellent and very easy to get anywhere in Paris by metro or walking. Tons of food options within walking distance. Nice 24 hour front desk people. This is officially my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Paris! Highly recommend

All in all, a nice hotel on a great location. We stayed here during the Olympics and all venues were within walking distance. Gare du Nord not far away, which is convenient. Also some nice restaurants and bars close by. Rooms were on the small side, but very clean! Quiet place as well. Highly cooperative staff.
One minus: the breakfast was very, very basic.
Wifi connection in the hotel proved to be problematic from time to time.
But I would definitely recommend considering the hotel when going to Paris if you are looking for a place which is basic but clean, ideally situated and relatively fairly priced...

I have stayed a dozen times at this small friendly hotel.
It’s not luxurious but offers all the essentials plus great location, quiet dead end street, nice staff and excellent value for money. The partition walls are a bit thin but I always sleep very well! If you’re looking for simple and affordable accomodation I highly recommend it.
Breakfast is good and not over-priced and there are free hot beverages in the small lobby.

The hotel is in a fabulous location. Very central for visiting all the sights. The service was fantastic, the reception team are really welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great. Our room was a little dated though. Very basic but comfortable enough for a short stay. I would recommend putting 2 pillows on each bed as standard. We looked out onto a cute little courtyard, very quiet to say we were in a busy area of Paris. All in all the hotel is great for a mini break.

On the positive side, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly. The hotel is very well-located. There are many lovely restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay overall and would consider visiting again. Some issues to take note of: the walls are paper thin. It sounds more like you're camping next to your neighbour in a tent than being separated by walls. We struggled to sleep so had to use earplugs. The WiFi is so weak to the point of being almost unusable. On two mornings our water was switched off for no reason with no warning. Luckily it could be rectified, but we were disappointed at the lack of communication or explanation.

Clean and comfortable bed . But the room was too small for a couple. It's very noisy from
7h in the morning because the walls ate too thin. we heat all the doors slamming , the elevators and the cleaning people …. a disappointment

Helpful staff and great location but terribly worn down hotel. Rooms are extremely small for the price and you can literally hear anything in the building, next room and outside. Furnitures are out dated, old and worn. If you only care about location is fine hotel but rather than that I wouldn’t visit.

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel de la Cité Rougemont. All of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as very near to the Metro, couple of small supermarkets and plenty of non touristy bistros. Our bed was very comfortable and the room very clean. It was also very quiet once the windows were shut. My only remark would be that the bathroom was a bit tired and could do with a new shower curtain and hairdryer. Would definitely stay there again.

For a 2 star hotel this was a very good place to stay. Very well located, extremely clean, friendly staff and an elevator. The immediate location has many bars and restaurants filled with locals which was great, but it is also close to tourist attractions. The room itself was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. No frills, tiny room but fair for the price and we were happy with our stay.
