Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel

We had an amazing experience here! The room was the perfect size and had the perfect feel for what we wanted. Modern but still classic and in such a great location! Easy walk to many of Paris’ icons. Super friendly and helpful staff. We had a hard time leaving the hotel to explore the city because we had such a great time there!

We had an amazing experience at the Sofitel Baltimore Paris! We chose this hotel for our first trip to Paris and to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. When we arrived, there were balloons and chocolate waiting for us in our room! Everyone at the hotel was nice and very accommodating with great suggestions for activities and restaurants. The rooms were well organized and clean. When we visit Paris again, we will definitely choose to stay here!

Stayed 3-nights and all was perfect! Room was well furnished, large bathroom, secure and great location. Continental breakfast was perfect, included in rate and with several egg options included. Evening bar was accessible and social. Plenty of lobby furniture to relax. Close to subway and walking distance to sites. Highly recommend this property and would definitely return. Would not have a glass vase in the bathroom :).

My sister and I came to Paris for my birthday week. The concierge Jamal was very helpful a few days before we arrived by booking a car and driver to pick us up at the airport. All went smoothly. Jamal and all of the other concierge staff were very helpful many times in recommending restaurants that were close by in walking distance. All recommendations were superb. All employees from desk staff to doorman to anyone else there were so friendly and helpful, it really made our experience extremely satisfying. Our room was very nice and the beds very comfortable with nice linens. The bathroom was very nice with a nice tub/shower. The location was great, just a few blocks on the north side of the Seine across from the Eiffel Tower. Just 3 blocks from being able to walk along the beautiful sidewalks along the Seine. The neighborhood was very safe and walkable. I would stay here again.

We had the best few days in Paris, staying at the Sofitel Paris Baltimore Tour Eiffel. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to see. The hotel is beautiful, quaint yet modern, clean and very comfortable. We found every member of staff to be extremely helpful, polite and courteous. They all went out of their way to ensure we were very well looked after. From Nina and the reception team, the Concierge, the restaurant staff .. everyone met us with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delightful and the evening meal we had was delicious! We would definitely recommend a stay at Sofitel Paris and look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire staff is super polite, attentive and takes good care of their guests. Coffee and water capsules are replenished free of charge every day. The breakfast is sensational, with all the care and attention of an employee, named SABER, who really does everything to make us feel at home. We will certainly return!

We had a great stay here. The hotel is located close to several metro lines. Service was great. The rooms are compact, but fairly typical for Paris hotel room sizes and have good amenities. The breakfast buffet was excellent with eggs cooked to order and a wide selection of breads, fruits, juices, etc. I would certainy stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Baltimore Tour Eiffel hotel. It is in a great location with easy access to the metro and Eiffel Tower. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and kind and helped make sure we felt welcome and comfortable during our entire stay. The hotel accommodations were exactly what we needed and everything was clean and cozy. We will definitely consider staying here if we find ourselves in Paris again.

My fiancée and I spent 3 nights at the Sofitel over the Bastille day, long holiday weekend. The stay was nice, but in honesty there are a few things that need a bit of work.

First of all, The staff are very friendly? Helpful and professional, so no faults there! One thing I was a bit surprised about however, is that they ask you to pay or reserve a €100 per night deposit upon check-in. This is a 5* hotel, in an expensive area of Paris, so I’m not entirely sure what that deposit was for.

The rooms are tastefully designed; small, but with nice touches however the bed pillows for us were very poor; two thin and too soft, which meant We slept terribly the first night of our stay. We also couldn’t fully open our curtains, the bathroom door handle was broken and our main door had to be slammed to be fully closed.

We also had to ask for a steam iron and ironing board from reception, which we thought would’ve already been in the room.. not a big deal but just a heads up.

We had a room that was opposite the exit to the elevator - which wasn’t a problem 1- however the maintenance/janitorial closet was right beside this and we could hear it be opened from very early in the morning, which woke my partner up.

All-in-all, mostly a good stay, but would’ve expected some of the minor details to be there. Will visit the Sofitel in Bangkok in December, so looking forward to comparing..
