Best Eiffel Tower views! We were fortunate enough to experience a room with the views of the Eiffel Tower and it was the best decision we could have made. We could even see it from our bed which was a dream come true. The staff were highly attentive, the location was very convenient and the breakfast was so delicious with plenty of options. Highly recommend this hotel!

The front desk was amazing and very helpful. The room was spacious and the housekeeping service was great. The breakfast in the AM was wonderful. Will stay here again and look forward to another stay here

I just returned from a long weekend girls trip to Paris with 4 of my friends. We had a wonderful time and your hotel was the perfect place to stay. The staff couldn’t be more helpful with reservations, transportation, and getting us around Paris with ease. The rooms were nicely decorated and had nice amenities. Very comfortable beds and a large bathroom, separate toilet (with heated toilet and bidet), large rain shower, and heated towel warmer. The breakfast was great in a beautifully decorated restaurant. This is our second time staying here and will definitely stay again. Thank you all.

Very clean and great hotel! Staff was delightful and rooms and restrooms were very comfortable! Bellmen were always willing to help. Located in what I would consider a “designer district” great for shopping!
AC seemed to be difficult to work, but it was cold enough outside we just opened the balcony.

This was our visit to Paris to celebrate our anniversary. Hotel location is ideal. The staff were welcoming and caring. Eventhough this is a 5 star rated hotel, it wasn't grand or busy. We were disappointed by our room configuration. The toilet and the bathroom were separate and far apart. There isn't a washbasin in the toilet....created inconvenience for our stay and not hygienic either. The bed was comfortable and quiet. We were surprised and pleased that our room was decorated for our anniversary theme. All in all a memorable stay.

I recently stayed in the Prestige Suite at Hotel Marignan in Paris to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and it was a major disappointment. The air conditioning in our room was not working. I brought this to the attention of the guest services before heading out for dinner and they assured me it would be addressed but nothing was done leaving us extremely uncomfortable.
At 2 AM, I had to go down to the reception to complain, only to be told that nothing could be done except providing fans, which only exacerbated my nasal congestion and we couldn’t not get any sleep.
When we checked out the next morning, we requested to speak with the manager, but they refused to accommodate us. They claimed that because we booked through Expedia, they couldn’t offer any discount or compensation for our terrible experience and that we should take it up with Expedia.
This hotel is a sham and does not live up to its so called 5-star reputation. The lack of support from the staff and the overall experience was unacceptable for a suite that cost well over $1200 a night.
I would not recommend Hotel Marignan to anyone looking for a quality stay in Paris.

What a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. Felt five star all the way. So many nice little touches and attention to detail.
We were greeted with Balloons and the most delicious treat for my son’s birthday. Everyone was so hospitable. The front desk staff, the morning breakfast staff!
The location is amazing walkable to everything. It’s like walking through a museum, but with comfort and style. Love the flavored water in the lobby. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and will definitely be back! I did stay there when there was an issue with the A/C but the staff was so accommodating and went above and beyond to insure I was comfortable. I really enjoyed my time here and appreciated the 5-star service I received. Thank you!

Great location, very clean and spacious room with an upper level for a single bed within the suite. Location very convenient for shopping and popular restaurants.
Special shout out to Jean-Francois from concierge who went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations (and taking matters into his own hands to try) to fix my situation involving the Louis Vuitton receipt from my shopping. The client service from Jean-Francois was outstanding and was the perfect end to my trip to Paris.
