Great Rooms. Clean and all furnishings perfect. Room service was on point and the general service across the hotel was top notch. A beautiful lobby and while mostly an empty restaurant when we were there the room service food was always very good.
I have to say the service was outstanding. I noted ahead we would be early and the room was ready for us when we arrived.
I cannot thank enough nor praise enough the concierge team. They were incredibly helpful and quick in tracking down some wine.
Yes, the hotel is under construction and that does unfortunately mean there is a good bit of noise during the day. It never started too early and they were done by 5.

This is a decent hotel, but definitely 3 stars. The rooms are average, the service is average and the location is very touristy. They also asked us if we wanted to upgrade when we arrived. They didn’t mention it would be for a steep additional fee until I asked. We didn’t take the upgrade but it felt like a very unusual thing for a 5 star hotel to do.

Terrible service, rude staff and front desk. Room was nice however, I never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel where I am paying so much per night. I will NEVER stay here again, I recommend you do the same. Everyone had an attitude and barely spoke english. I could name a list of everything that I disliked from the hotel and front desk, overall terrible experience.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful and spacious rooms. Lobby is decorated in art nouveau style and its lovely. The service was amazing on all sides and the location directly across from the Louvre can't be beat. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of us and making our Paris trip one to remember

delightful! Our 3rd trip to Paris but our first stay here. elegant, yet comfortable hotel. front desk staff was very attentive as was the bellman. room service was prompt and friendly-we ordered food late in the evening. nuxe bath/body products were a pleasant surprise. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The location is good in walling distance to main attractions and high end places. The view of our room was spectacular except the ferris wheel totally blocking the Eiffel tower. This was a disappointment and we were not warned prior to booking. Moreover, you can imagine that you pay more for a room with the Eiffel tower view.
In a 5 star hotel you expect to have high quality room services such as cleaning the room, changing the used glasses, backfilling coffee/ tea and water in the room. Other than a semi-tidy bed nothing was done when we came back to our room from the first day. The funny part is when we called the reception and then also visited physically afterwards, we have not been greeted so politely and informed these are two different teams and they will serve. After a wait time of several hours, we received the water and then the coffee/tea bags in different times by different people. By then, all our appetite to have a nice coffee watching the lovely view has already gone…

Have stayed at the Hotel Regina off and on for over 25 years .....love the location, views, and neighborhood. Rooms seem to become smaller and smaller with each visit. Last visit solidifies that we need to find a new favorite. Too much money not enough amenities!

Lovely Hotel and not too big. Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Rooms all very clean and comfortable. Superb location for walking to many of the sights and restaurants and cafes in abundance. We would definitely return to this delightful hotel 😊

Had the absolute best stay there! The hotel couldn't be in a better location and the view from our room was breath taking. I almost cried because it was so stunning. The staff was amazing from the moment we checked in and made sure my friends and I had the best experience ever.
