While the staff was incredibly hospitable and kind, prepare yourself for a very small room with little or no place to put your clothes. Admittedly, I haven’t stayed in many boutique hotels, but I was surprised at how small the room was. Also, I did not like having to drop my key off at reception every time I came and went. I’m not sure if this is customary for boutique hotels in France, but I was uncomfortable with it. On a good note, they had the best coffee I have ever had in my life

If you're looking for JUST great location, this is the hotel for you. Zero comfort, our bedsheets & towels were never changed. Otherwise, it's walking distance to most attractions.

It’s a great place to stay! Room was little small but no big deal. Staff wonderful, very helpful and friendly. You can walk or just take the train to most places. Very clean.

The hotel is perfectly located close to everything!!! Room was perfect, best views ever. The staff was simple amazing, kind and very informative. Very quiet and peaceful.

Worst hotel I have ever been. I had the marathon in Paris and I was late because my flight got delayed and they gave my room to someone else, they didn't want to refund the money for any of the nights, not even the future one and everything else in the area was fully booked due to the marathon. When I said the situation was crazy, the lady in the reception started telling me that I shouldn't insult her and that I was in her country, and she started being racist and yelling at me. The taxi driver tried helping me as my level of French is very basic and she started yelling at him as well saying that if he was not a client he should leave. I spent 4 hours looking for another hotel and these thieves made double money on the room. Stay away from this place. Read all the reviews. DO NOT BOOK!!! This is a terribly managed hotel. There are so many hotels in Paris, look for a better one. The management in the hotel always claims in the bad reviews that it is the guest writing as a revenge... do not believe it!! I did and this happen to me.

I would recommend this place. Few steps away from Arc de Triomphe. Many places to eat and there's a small grocery store around the corner to buy water, fruits, etc.
Room is not big as usual in any EU countries. Bed is comfortable, room is cleaned everyday. Bathroom size is better than other EU hotels.
The best thing that happened to me is when I left my Rolex watch by the night stand. I came back and it's still there. Anywhere else, it'll be gone. Whole staff of this hotel is pleasant and honest. Thank you!

The hotel was cozy, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the location is great, with easy access from the Metro and RER trains from Aéroport Charles de Gaulle. And the breakfast was excellent!

Nice impression when I walked in. I was greeted and welcomed. Quick check in. No passport and credit card surrender. You just have to pay the hotel tax so you don’t worry about paying for t when you check out. Room is small but that is expected. The bathroom is spacious, clean, and the shower has strong water force it’s enjoyable.Staff are nice and the area has everything you need.

This was the best hotel of our trip! The staff were friendly and informative. They helped me with speaking French so I could learn a little bit.
The bed was comfortable, though too hard for me. Great squishy pillows.
The whole place was impeccably clean. I liked that there were books to read in the lobby.
The check in and out was easy as.
Also there is a little bar with coffee /wine / beer if you don't want to go out. But the location is so central to the Arc de triomphe, with good connectivity lines on the metro nearby; including the RER A line.

Stella Etoile is a wonderful understated hotel. Service is great including early check in, storage of bags at end of stay, calling taxis to airport, supply of steamer and adapters. The breakfast was friendly and plentiful. The 24 hour desk is reassuring and helpful. The cleanliness was flawless. It’s a great location that had a quiet and happy vibe.
